I have an Adobe Stock subscription and the invoices are automatically sent to my email address. The problem is that my company is paying for the subscription and the invoice should go to the financial department, but I cannot change the email address specifically for invoices (any other information should go to my ordinary address). Can anyone help?

Hello there:-) I just placed a lot of Shutterstock EPS illustration into a book and every one of them is slightly or a lot pixaleted. I opened them in AiI and saved as AI file, PDF, and PNG. But, nothing has changed. I also wrote to Shutterstock and am waititng to hear whether there's an issue on their side. Does anybody have any idea as why this is happening? This are vector that are supposed to be picture perfect at any size; I'm just surprised-and frustrated, to say the least. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I recently used the 4 out of 10 FREE Adobe Stock photos but found out that I'm being charged for Adobe Stock subscription (per month). And there is no helpful articles online on how to cancel it. I checked the manage plan to see if there is a cancel button but it does not exist. I would like to cancel my Adobe Stock Subscription but not my Adobe CC subscription. I am using the student promo under my schools authorization. Please help me I am getting frustrated 😞 

My question is on the resale term for Standard Licensing. While the video Adobe Stock has created mentions not using the standard license for mugs, b/c that is the primary reason someone is going to buy the mug.  WHAT ABOUT BOOK COVERS?  I understand the 500,000 limit, which in most cases isn't an issue.   Please help with this, I need clarity. Leslie Ann

Good afternoon, I've read the licensing terms and quite a few posts here. I believe I understand the limitations that stock clips cannot simply be uploaded to social media unedited. That makes perfect sense.  I'm using Adobe Stock Videos for two purposes:1. For a promotional video for online products. I'll use snippets of Adobe stock footage within a larger, commercial promotional video to be shown on Facebook, Youtube, and other social outlets. Many of the snippets will also have text or other corporate information imposed on them. I believe I can do this with an enhanced license, correct? 2. I'll also be including some clips in instructional videos that will be sold to various clients (but not used on social media or any other publicly hosted sites). They'll be a part of various intros and outros of corporate instructional videos. I believe I can do this with an extended license, correct? Also, as I've been able to figure out, I can buy extended lic

How do I filter out the premium content when I search for things in Adobe Stock?For example, I'm looking for InDesign templates. And I can only download 10 Standard License files a month.So I do _not_ want to see other than Standard License templates/pictures.Is there a filter for this?I have been stuck in the (not so helpful) help support chat for 1,5 hour now and have been chatting to 8 different people. They just keep transfers/connects me to another colleague or team over and over again, so please help me with this mkay?I found two old posts about this but they only mention solutions for how this would work with the old interface. I accidentally purchased a premium item because I thought that I was going to be asked for my payment information before the command was validated. How can I get a refund?

Hi.I just recently noticed that I have been charged for a subscription of Adobe stock which I have not signed up for, and only used when I was taking part of the 1 month trial I was offered. This has been going on for about 3 years, and the reason for me not noticing is that the stock and the creative cloud subscriptions gets charged on different days and in my currency is roughly the same amount and the fact that I am not using it since I did´nt know I had that subscription.Now when I tried to cancel it I got a warning that I will have to pay a cancellation fee because the subscription runs for another year. Can someone please help me out here? I would like some kind of refund, and for the stock subscription to be terminated.Best regardsMatilda

J'ai annulé en octobre 2019 un abonnement mensuel à Adobe Stock. Au moment de l'annulation, Adobe m'a "offert" 2 mois gratuits supplémentaires, que j'ai acceptés. Mais je me rends compte qu'au terme de ces 2 mois, j'ai été crédité d'un abonnement avec engagement annuel, aujourd'hui impossible à annuler sans frais. À aucun moment je n'ai accepté cet abonnement, à aucun moment il ne m'a été proposé. C'est une pratique commerciale abusive indigne d'une marque comme adobe, à la limite du vol (qui représente 39,99€ x 12 mois = 479€ !!!)Que faire pour annuler cet abonnement ?Merci pour vos retours.

What is the point of having a subscription if it doesn't include all images in Adobe Stock?  I find this annoying.  While they're excellent images, that isn't what I signed up for.  Have a subscription model that includes these, or allow me to filter them out.   Thank you.

I downloaded some new assets on the 4th February, as I had noticed that we were not using our account that effectively but we pay our monthly fees for the 10 assets per month plan. I searched for some new images that I wanted to use elsewhere and just started downloading the ones I prefered but I wasn't aware that some assets that show up on my searches were billed differently or apart from my subscription fee. the assets I clicked on were added to my library and I noticed later that funds were deducted from my account. I would just like to say that this was a very big mistake, as I wasn't even aware that I was busy downloading images that were not in my chosen plan to download. I used this system once when I first signed up for a monthly plan and I never paid for any extra images, therefore I assumed I was doing the same thing I did last year. I would like to reverse this transactions, as we cannot afford to pay that much for images at this point. I am willing to give the assets

Hi,Last night I started the process of licencing and downloading 34 videos.  27 went fine, but now if I try and licence either within Premiere, or direct on the Adobe Stock website I just get 'an error has occurred' - nothing more.  Payment details are all fine, I have logged out, logged back in again, but I am simply unable to download any new stock video.  Any ideas? While perusing images for a potential campaign, and in an effort to save previews of those images to my library, I accidentally licensed 8 images. After 3 images, I realized I was hitting the wrong link, and thought I corrected my process. I had been a contributor to Fotalia which is no longer available since Adobe Stock bought them out.I cannot access my account.  When I try to login to lync photos to Adobe stock I get this message  "the selected account is already in use".. Yes it's in use by me.  Help I'm stuck.  I can't see my photos.I go to Adobe stock, login and there is no history of my downloads that I've download and sold.Thanks

Hi Guys,I hope someone from Adobe is able to clear this issue up for me.I'm a writer and want to use Adobe Stock Images for my e-book, print-on-demand book, and website for my books. I can see that the Standard Licence allows for up to 500,000 copies to be produced and after that, the Enhanced Licence is required to go over the 500,000 limit.It would be great to get over 500,000 sales for one of my books! But being a realist, I know that my sales will be way under 500,000 copies. So, what I can't find a clear answer to in the Adobe Stock T&Cs, is will the Standard Licence cover an image up to 500,000 copies that I can use on the cover of an e-book, print-on-demand paperback book, and my website, or will I need the Enhanced Licence, as from what I've read in the T&Cs, the Enhanced Licence is required from print-on-demand paperback books?Thanks in advance for your help with my query.Best wishes,David
