Today I have bad feelings towards Adobe. I've just discovered that the 30€ monthly subscription to Adobe Stock, which I need no more, has been renewed for a full year until April 2019, and I have to pay 140€ if I want to cancel it. This is very near to a fraud — I'll never, ever use an Adobe service anymore.Really there is no way to exit this service without subtmitting to this extortive request?Also, is there a way to NOT automatically renewing this service?

Bigger businesses can pay $200/month to get 750 images/month.  That's 26 cents each.  And being 26 cents, it's obviously profitable for Adobe at that price, otherwise they would never accept it at that price.  So even though this is profitable for them, Adobe thinks it's acceptable to charge the little guy over 11 times more per image.  This seems rather greedy.I pay over $600/yr for software.  That's pretty damn spendy already.  Especially for one guy who doesn't even make a living from it.  It used to be that year over year you would be charged an upgrade fee (and that was only if you wanted to upgrade..  Now it's just the same full price over and over.  Could they at least not rip us off with the stock images?  Some of us were happy with the Dollar Photo Club.  But Adobe just had to work towards dominating the market and ruin that for us, buying the company and then charging 3 times the amount.  Cut us some freakin slack.&n

Yesterday, I could download photos as jpg.Today, all Adobe Stock photos have been changed to .ai photos on my computer and the only way I can download them is as vector files.Need the jpg. What happened?Help?

I licensed image #202424605 but it blows out my scratch disk (even though I have plenty of space) as it downloads in a size something like 62 x 59 (can't remember exact numbers).  Can this image be fixed so that it is usable or can I get a credit for the license since it is usable for me in the state it is in right now?Thanks,Michele Preste

Hi,I recently purchased an extended license for an image and was able to download it without the watermark. However, I can't find anywhere where I can download a copy of the extended license which details my rights under the extended license agreement. I need a copy of both the extended license and the signed model release form, or at least a clause in the extended license wherein Adobe guarantees that a model release has be signed and they have it on file. Any help would be great. Without an actual copy of the license, I basically spent $79 for nothing. The license is what protects me if my right to use the photo were ever challenged.

Hello,I'm interested in purchasing a photo of a model using an extended license. The photo will be used as a part of a cover for a novel. Can anyone advise me as to whether I am in the clean to use the photo under the extended license even though the face of the model is fully identifiable? I know there are some legalities to using photographs with identifiable faces, and unless a release is signed by the model, there could be legal claims used against my cover even with my extended release. Is this correct? Can Adobe provide me with the written release for this application? Is it included with the extended license? Any help would be very appreciated. I've contacted Adobe but don't have an answer yet.

Hello,not for the first time i've experienced that a vector file ip purchased from adobe stock does not in fact contain only vector data, but parts of it are rasterized so that it is completely unusable. I updated my credit card details - the invoice says I don't owe any money - but every time I go to download it says there is a problem with my card.  I keep ;looking for contact details but it just keeps taking me back to the same pages with NO information.I am so incredibly frustrated!!

I work for a small local insurance agency and I have been looking for a website where pictures are safe for me to use as part of our company ads . I signed up for Adobe stock but now I am not sure if I can use the images as part of my ads. The circulation of the newspaper is like 10,000 so it's less than the maximum amount but when I called Adobe Support it was super confusing to understand what I can and can't do with pictures. I just joined with monthly 29,99 euros subscription, the one that *technically* gives you 10 free downloads, yet when i try to download anything it still tries to charge me money? How does it work?? I need some stock pictures and its urgent, I wish I never joined this site honestly.

I'd like to buy some credits in order to purchase some pictures on stock.adobe.com.In past I bought them using a credit card (which I had hard times trying to figure out how to remove it from my account, see the other post of mine: Remove Credit Card Information - URGENT PLEASE  )Now I don't have any credit card connected to my account (and I cannot/dont't want to pay with credit card anymore).So I would like to understand if I can pay with PayPal or this option is disabled for my account.I am asking this because If I try to purchase some credits I get a popup message with an error (I guess because I currently have no credit cards associated to my account). Unfortunately I don't see any option to select in order to pay with PayPal.Please let me know.Thanks

I subscribed to the '3 Images per month (month to month)' subscription and downloaded 3 images this month. A few days after subscribing, I cancelled the subscription because I didn't want the subscription to auto renew next month. When I checked my account today, I noticed that I was refunded the subscription fee for this month.I contacted your chat support and asked them to cancel the refund because I still needed to use the images and that all I wanted to do was prevent the subscription from auto renewing, they told me that they didn't understand what I was talking about and said that the reason I was refunded was because I cancelled the subscription within 14 days.I didn't realize that I was going to be automatically refunded for cancelling the subscription within 14 days.I still need to use those three pictures. All I wanted to do was just stop the subscription from auto renewing.Please cancel the credit.
