I subscribed to the '3 Images per month (month to month)' subscription and downloaded 3 images this month. A few days after subscribing, I cancelled the subscription because I didn't want the subscription to auto renew next month. When I checked my account today, I noticed that I was refunded the subscription fee for this month.I contacted your chat support and asked them to cancel the refund because I still needed to use the images and that all I wanted to do was prevent the subscription from auto renewing, they told me that they didn't understand what I was talking about and said that the reason I was refunded was because I cancelled the subscription within 14 days.I didn't realize that I was going to be automatically refunded for cancelling the subscription within 14 days.I still need to use those three pictures. All I wanted to do was just stop the subscription from auto renewing.Please cancel the credit.

I'm trying to buy one specific image. I have tried from within InDesign, also via the Creative Cloud control panel and also via the website. When I select the image for purchase I am only presented with two subscription options not a single purchase option. I have seen lots of posts in the forum with similar issues but no definitive solution except for an engineer saying they will fix it and credit some free images. Does anyone know how you can purchase a single image without having to create a new account or ask a family member without a CC subscription to purchase on your behalf? It does seem crazy that an integrated asset supply system is so non functional. A year on from some of the first posts their seems no progress.To any Adobe sales / marketing people reading this, please note for a lot of us, buying stock images is a very rare occurrence as we mostly generate our own original content or commission original photography or illustration. Hello, I signed up for the free month trial for Adobe Stock and canceled before the month was over. However, I am still being charged for Adobe Stock on a monthly basis. I had no idea that I was still being charged since I canceled before the free month was over.I would like a refund of all my money. Hi! I've bought several photos and directly after the purchase downloaded them to my computer and saved them. Yesterday I bought a picture, but didn't have time to save it on my computer at that time. Thought it wasn't a problem because I have an account and everything should therefor be saved there automatically. The problem is that I can't find the picture I bought yesterday and actually not any other picture I've bought and paid for!!!! Where do I find them? My library just contains unbought pictures that I have saved for future inspiration.Would be grateful for some help!/Matilda

I have purchased many images in addition to the monthly ten images and none of them are showing in my library. When I got into Adobe Spark I can see them but I cannot find them in the main library. It is getting very very frustrating please help. If it helps, new images will show up as soon as they are purchased but the newest one will displace that one.

I am using a purchased stock video for a video background on a website. As I understand it, uploading the video onto Vimeo (for instance) is in breech of the terms of use of Adobes videos. Is there an alternative to self-hosting the video to avoid detrimental impacts on site speed and user experience? Thanks a lot.

Hi there,the licence agreement says "If the asset is posted unmodified to a social media site, attribution is required (© Author Name - stock.adobe.com)."so, in this case, what means 'modified'? Is it enough to crop the image and put text on it? I'd like to use an image as background. Do I need to post the attribution?Thanks, Andrea

Is anyone else having problems downloading from the stock website? It seems I can only download from 2 am to 5 am. Any other time and my download times out. The website is also very, very slow. I know it's not my connection because other websites work fine.This is one of many problems with Adobe. I was on a $10 a month plan and was switched over to paying $33 a month. When I tried to cancel, I was told I would have to pay for breaking my subscription and that I would lose all the images I had built up. I had planned on canceling this year, but they didn't tell me they would be renewing my subscription automatically, and now I am stuck in another year. Needless to say, I do warn all my graphic and web design friends away from using stock. If there was another better image software, I wouldn't use Adobe at all. I don't like the way they do business.

I want to cancel subscription Adobe Stock, but I can't log in my Adode ID, because accounts.adobe.com is unavailable. If I cancel my paid membership in the Adobe Stock service AFTER I have already licensed and downloaded a year's worth of images to my computer, will they still be available for me to use?

HI-I licensed the following image: #23941310  and would like to use it in InDesign on a colored background.  When I place it on the background, it has a white square around it.  I do not want the white square, I simply want the black image.  In the application, I have selected the image and clicked on 'Layers' and the image is a single layer, there is now 'background' layer to the image.  How can I remove the white square from the image?Thank you!!Danielle
