I searched how to remove an accidentally licensed image and this is the thread I found since there is no actual button to do that. Everyone on the thread seems to get their problems fixed here so that's a consolation. Are you now saying I should contact another person to get my problem fixed unlike the rest of the people on the thread?

Hi guys,I recently licensed some artwork through adobe stock, i realy like it and will be using it on my website. My website hase a styleguide section and i would like to credit the designer who made the artwork by providing a small bio (sentence or two) and a link to her/his portfolio.I want to ask if i am allowed to do so, get a link and small bio if i am.How do i contact the person who made the artwork knowing only the username?

I was originally a member of Dollar Photo Club that was acquired by Adobe Stock. In the year I was a member of Adobe Stock, I never downloaded a single image as I did not want to use the cloud. I cancelled my subscription after paying for a full year (over CAD $500), and was then horrified to find that by ending the subscription Adobe denied me access to the approximately 180 images I had paid for or carried over from DPC. I would like Adobe Stock to restore my access to these images. How do I do this, as they provide no way to contact them?

Everyone who is in my Creative Cloud team received this email from Adobe today. As Admin is there a way of finding out in the Admin Console who activate this?Thanks in advance.

What happens if I change my plan? So if I have a stock plan with all the apps, but am changing to the Photoshop/Lightroom Stock plan. Will I get to keep my current 27 unused credits?Thanks.

Good dayI want to cancel my subscription.  The renewal date is 20 April 2018.  Should I cancel today, will I still be able to download images until 19 April or will I lose it all.  I was transferred from Dollar Photo Club to Adobe Stock.  I have lost all my library images with the transfer to Adobe Stock. You guys did not transfer the Dollar Club Library as well.  I have about 95 images available.  Will you be able to grant me another two months to download the images, please?  Your positive feedback would be much appreciated.Await your response.Kind regards

Hi,I'm having a problem with AdobeStock_21223988.ai. It downloads as a 28kb empty file.

I used to be a Fotolia member. When Adobe bought them, they offered a deal where if you switched to Adobe Stock, they would give you two images for every image that was in your Fotolia account. My membership with Fotolia allowed me to rollover all unused image credits, so I had over 800. So when I switched to Adobe Stock, I had over got 1,600+ images.Ever since then, Adobe keeps implementing changes to Adobe Stock, and every time they implement a new change, I lose all of those extra images that came to me when I switched from Fotolia. And every time, I have to spend hours on the phone getting through to somebody at Adobe Stock (they are all in India--everytime I talk to them, they are Indian), and then I have to spend hours being transferred up the the chain until I can finally talk to a Supervisor who can take care of the problem. This have happened four times now over the past year and a half.In the last few days my available images have once again dropped from 1262, to 360. So I ha

I've tried everything, cleared cache, logged back in, tried downloading from license history and I can't download a thing. I get a TSL settings for this website are out of date error message when attempting to download from the license history. Otherwise, I get nothing, just, "your image has been saved to computer" and then ... absolutely nothing. Help!

I have licensed several images and saved to my library, and it shows that they are licensed, but no matter what the watermark will not go away. Does anyone have any idea why this would be happening?

Hi, Twaritar, I just starting using Adobe stock for 2 days now I have accidentally downloaded two vectors now, and this post was in 2017 and I have seen many other users complained about the issue, and now it's 2018, this problem still not solved, which makes me think about after using up my credits should I continue my plan here or not.Could you let me know what is your product team's reply and solution about this? I have!  I would!  This is the WORST customer service I have ever encountered.  The wait times are absurd, and then, if you can't fix the problem, to go through that again every time you try to call or chat - crazy.It seems if you have a monthly account,they treat you a lot better, with absolutely no regard for customers who spend thousands of dollars on their products, but not for creative cloud subscriptions.  At least when you choose the option that asks if you have a monthly subscription, they give you a wait time and an option for a callback.  Not if you don't choose that option.They should absolutely be sued.

Hello.I've been trying to cancel my Adobe Stock subscription plan, which renews on January 30, 2018. I went into my account, was not able to see the Cancel plan option under the Plans & Products section, nor in the Plan Details page. I've also updated my payment details, but still saw the error message regarding my payment details. If anyone in the community or on staff could help me out with this issue, that would be much appreciated.Thank you in advance!

This was my last day of subscription. I live in Canada but they ended the service at Indian Standard time. I thought Adobe is a USA based company but i dont know that their system work on Indian time. I got an email that my subscription is going to END on PST time. I talked to 3 people and all of them disconnected the  chat to avoid resolving my issue. Each time they said wait and let them check the issue. I tried 6 time to connect again and couldn't able to find a way to start a new session. After my 7th try I connected with a Guy named 'Keshav' and he disappeared as well. They just want time to pass so they can make an excuse to me. I think this is SCAM . I need my money back for all the remaining download.

Hello,I tried to call multiple times, sent chats, and emails. I tried the free trial and then it began to charge me. I realized that and began calling back in December. I do NOT want a subscription! I do NOT want to be charged for another month. I would like someone to answer the phone or respond to my request to cancel.

A couple weeks ago I had 70+ credits in my Adobe Stock account.Now they all seem to be gone.What happened????Can I get them back?I just checked checked my email and don't see any notifications that the photo credits I paid for would be taken from me.
