We're setting up a few chat bots for our website and would like to model them after "real" people, however, they'll be fictional people. I understand I can use generative images for the agents, but find they're not realistic enough.  What's a best practice for leveraging model stock photos for fictional people? I bought a stock photo but not on purpose. i wanted to view it and clicked the wrong button since my desktop started to freeze. Now i bought a 200€ picture i didnt want to can someone help me 😞Can i contact someone? is there a customer service? 😞

I used to be able to drag and drop a photo into the search bar and then select an option to search for photos with the same COLORS. That appears to be gone now. Is that option still accessible in a different place? Or is it just gone now?

I purchased a Photoshop template image to create a mockup of a magazine. Unfortunately, the magazine image within the psdt file is not the correct proportion to my magazine. I can't figure out how to revise all the layers of those the sizings. Any advice?

Agradezco mucho su ayuda para resolver esta situación lo antes posible.Además, necesito que me devuelvan el dinero del plan de Creative Cloud. I would like to cancel my stock membership. Auto renewal is 26/02/2018 today is the 25/02/2018. I do not want this to rollover!!! When I tried to cancel a few days ago the option to cancel was simply not available as it was not visible. Today it became visible however want to charge me a $230 cancellation fee!!! This is not right. I was told about 9 months ago by a rep on the phone that I needed to wait until the annual renewal date to cancel without any fee. And now when I do that, it want to charge $230. This needs to be resolved. We want to cancel!!!!we have done everything right.

Some Adobe Stock Free Assets include the Artist's graphic shown printed on a T-shirt, does that mean the artist authorizes their graphic to be printed on a t-shirt?  A.  For myself ? B. For commercial re-sale? (I'm guessing the Extended License is required).  Asking specifically for the designs that include a T-shirt withthat graphic. Are the graphics requiring payment different from the Free to Download graphics that also include the T-Shirt in the design?  A handful of artists display their graphics on T-Shirts.An example, this artist has numerous designs in their portfolio displayed with the graphic printed on a T-Shirt. Here is one of their Free Stock Assets. See Example Below of a FREE Adobe Stock Asset shown printed on a T-Shirt.

why can't I use my adobe stock free trial to download 10 standard license images as stated in the plan? Made sure all images are standard license within my search but I am still being asked to pay a lices when trying to download.

Good evening all.I made a Adobe Stock plan for 40 licenses per month as an annual plan, after 3 months (today), I changed my plan to the 10 licenses. in the instructions it was written what part of the amount would be refunded, and i was automatically charged for the new plan.Do anyone knows if i can be charged for the rest of the old contract? Hello, I am not succeeding to cancel my plan, I keep receiving error messages for 5 days. I've sent an email to adobe support ([Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers])  - and haven't receive any responce. It seems a very strange situation, I didn't expect this from such a big company. Does someone know what to do in this case? Do they have another email? Thanx in advance!

Redirection is not working. When I click on an asset number from the Japanese contributor page to view the asset page, the global (English) page is displayed. Previously it redirected to a Japanese page, but now it remains in English. AdobeStock does not automatically redirect to the Japanese page. (I verified this by creating a new user profile)  

Hi all, I'm trying to open a PSDT from Adobe Stock but when I do I get a popup saying that Apple could not verify it's free of malware. Has anyone else encountered this? Is it for real? please help, I cannot open half of the . Ai files I downloaded nor the one I purchased.  CMon Adobe, issues that completely make a service like this only half reliable shouldn't be.  This issue does not make me want to pay for a subscription for this service and makes me so glad I only signed up for a trial..  Thank you. 

I purchased asset #1486129933 but the version that downloaded was the 1 second version instead of the full 30 second version.Pleaase advise.Thanks in advance,Casper

Hi there. I work in a team of designers and we are having issues with the length of some of the file names of stock images. We work under extreme pressure at times, chasing tight dealines so changing file names is not a top priority. Some of the file names are really unnecssarily long and this causes issues when we package our InDesign files. Is there any chance Adobe could limit the length of file names on Adobe Stock? File names that are more than a few words seems totally unnecessary. Is it just us, or is this a wider issue for other subscribers?
