I usually do not have problems opening AI files in Photoshop, but image number 151501383 is not displaying correctly. It opens as normal, but it just shows a bunch of text instead of the image. Is it possible to get credited back for this image and have the image checked so others don't have the same problem? I downloaded it three times with the same issue.This is what I see when I open in Photoshop:

Hello, I was was charged $29.99 for the month of June (June 3rd) for an adobe stock plan, which reminded me that I needed to cancel the plan (oops). After I cancelled the plan, I was charged the $1.00 fee which was expected. HOWEVER, this morning I received a notification from my credit card that a SECOND monthly charge from Adobe Stock for $29.99 was being applied, this was unexpected and need to have one OR both of those charges reversed! I rechecked my adobe profile, and the plan is indeed cancelled, and I checked my credit card history and both $29.99 charges are there.Please Help!

My account says I have 85 images available but when I try to download one it says my billing is not up to date. I cancelled my service because there were too many but I still want to use the ones that I had accumulated. Please help.

We planned on using #97573623 created by elipsefx as a background video with a duration of 10 minutes. However, the 15 second video does not seamlessly loop. It jumps every 15 seconds. How are we supposed to use this 15 second video when it was not created correctly?

In the first picture below, I have an image saved through my web browser to my Adobe CC library. In Premiere Pro, I cannot load a library. How do I get anything to show in that panel? So far I have tried clicking the cloud icon and selected "Sync Settings Now," followed by the various options that follow. Nothing works. They make this look so easy at NAB and all of the tutorials that I've watched online. But this has not been working for me. Also, in tutorials that I view online, I see people can search in the Premiere Pro Libraries Panel for Stock video and photos. I cannot do that either. What am I missing here? I am definitely signed into my Creative Cloud account.

A month ago I decided to try Adobe Stock subscription as they offered me 10 images per month. I just got a notification from my bank that I was charged 36.29 EUR. The thing is I didn't plan on continuing using this service as it is way over my budget. During the first few weeks I downloaded a couple of assets and they were fine, it's just too expensive to pay nearly 4 euros per image to me. I instantly cancelled the subscription but it was too late. I didn't get a notification about the end of the trial.Therefore I am asking for refund, I haven't used it for a couple of weeks I think.I received refunds from other subscription based services on the web before and I know the EU law applies here, which grants me a free refund, so please help me get my money back. This situation has been going on for more than 6 months: CRM 01600000001475. I am a long-term customer of Adobe products and I am really surprised how this issue has been handled. It seems like no one is interested in resolving this issue, therefore I am posting it here. I downgraded my Stock Account and my image credits were removed. This information was not made available when I downgraded my account or I would have used the credits before doing so.First of all, the policies regarding image credits should be made clear on the subscription plan and in a person's account. Second, if image credits expire, the expiration date should be made clear in a person's account as well. These images are not cheap and it is not fair to not have accurate information about the products that I am paying a monthly fee to use.
