The short version: I've been using Adobe Stock for 1.5 - 2yrs with no hiccup. I had the $29.99/month for 10 images and .99 for additional image. One day I went to download an additional image and it said "Paypal is down, please contact support or update payment method". I tried to update payment method but the button was grayed out. Got on with support and they couldnt do anything with the current plan I was on. He suggested that I cancel current one and then start a new one where I could update payment method. I verified if I could keep all my old downloads and he assured nothing would change since its my old email that the account is tied to. I went ahead and told them to cancel, they put me on a new plan and voila, I could update payment method. Oh, but the additional image price is now 2.99 vs .99. I didn't realise I hadn't updated my card with you, Adobe. I have done so but my 47, or so, credits don't appear to be showing up still. It is saying I have 10, what thats not fair when I have been paying for your stock services for over a year now.  Please can somebody put them back on my account or refund me £88.76 for the 37 credits.I would rather the £88.76 but I know you would rather reimburse me the 37 credits LOL, either way I much appreciate it.Dale

HiSeems to be a common issue where you cannot cancel an adobe stock subscription.The way this is advertised is very misleading and is worthy of a complainant which would no doubt be upheld by an ASA ruling.The how to guide on how to cancel is inaccurate.The contact us page does not allow you to contact anyone from Adobe.Can someone from Adobe please contact me pleaseThank youBenjamin

So I had a Subscription but I never used it. So i still paid monthly and the money was on Adobe Stock in terms of free pictures i could download.I had like 60 free photos i could download and then i decided to cancel the subscription, as i wouldn't even use those 60 up.Now that i've canceled it, all of those 60 photo-coupons are gone.I already paid for those i just had to download what i wanted.so i lost money to adobe.Please help!

Hi all,I found the following stock video by a user named @iverb:https://stock.adobe.com/stock-photo/lightning-storm-at-sea-ocean/95743073?prev_url=detailhttps://us.fotolia.com/id/95743073I like it for my project but need it in 4k.  How can I contact someone (or who) to get it rendered out in 4k??    Since it's double the resolution I'm willing to pay double the price of the 1080 HD version.   Because of the low bitrate and nature of the project...simply upscaling this one isn't acceptable (water in clip also seems to be choppy/stutters...need it smooth)It would be helpful to not have the rain on the camera lens as well.  Any help to get a 4k render like this would be immensely appreciated!Thanks -Josh

I'm having an issue with some ai/eps files not opening or importing into Corel Draw Home & Student X7. I can import and open some files, but not all. I get an error message on more than 80% of the ones I try to use. I've upgraded to this version specifically so I can use my Adobe Stock membership fully and finding this frustrating.

Does Adobe Stock allow for printing of images as a means of showing a supervisor before purchase without charge?

I'm so frustrated! I was switched to Adobe Stock from Dollar Photo Club had over 80 credits left and I lost them when I canceled my membership. Well I restarted my membership so I can get them back and there is no way for me to contact support.I'll say, I'm really disappointed in this. I shouldn't have to spend 30 minutes clicking around a website only to be taken to some forum. If I want to contact support, I should be taken there immediately!

I want to merge two Adobe-Accounts. There is one Account I only used for selling my Photos on Adobe Stock. Now I've a new Account which i'm using for the whole Creative Cloud. Is there a possibility to bring the Content (especially my uploaded Photos) from the "old" Adobe-ID to the new Adobe-ID which I mainly want to use?

I am very upset. I accidentally signed up for a trial for adobe stock in October I could not figure out how to cancel it then, I  decided to go ahead and use it.  I remembered this week that my trial would be up soon I  tried to cancel but no plan or product shows up to be able to cancel. I have been trying to get in Contact with someone for the last few days but it is impossible. I got charged over 30 dollars on PayPal today and I am ferious because I have tried everything I know to do and I  can’t figure out how to get it canceled. I  can’t find a number to call or anything. I  am really hoping posting here will help. We will see. I don’t know if it is possible but I would appreciate a refund. Please help!  Also I have a lightroom subscription that I️ would like canceled also.

The pixel resolution is posted under the photo but not the dpi. What's the resolution on the free photos? In order to to larger files do I need to spend $?Thank you

Is there any way of staying just with fotolia?  and leave the Adobe-Stock?  or are they working sort of hand in hand.Anybody know?
