I was originally on DollarPhoto Club and had a large number of pre-paid license that I used whenever I needed them. Then Adobe took them over. I followed all of the instructions to switch my account to Adobe and it appeared to work last year. I used a number of the licenses, but still had plenty more left that I didn't use. Then I logged in this morning and it showed IMAGES as "0".  I spent about 15 minutes going round in circles trying to actually contact 'support' but all my efforts kept bringing me to the forums.Does anybody know who I need to contact and, more importantly, how to contact them?Sincerely,Erica Davis

I have emailed Matthew ford of Adobe Stock on several occasions about contributors selling images on their site that appear to be not created by the seller. They are ignoring my emails and the images are still for sale. I believe that this is a very bad approach to take as others buy these images in thinking that they are original creations. Hi,I subscribed to 10 standard assets a month but after three weeks it turned out I won't need it so I wanted to cancel.Problem is I was not able to do so, because in Chrome on Mac plans` management section of my profile literally doesn't work - I'm getting the blank page (see an attachment below). I tried to contact with support on chat, but as you can guess nobody was able to help me there. I was left alone with no any answer. Wrapping this all up - my plan has been automatically extended to the year subscription and I literally lost ~400 Euro, because I got something which I don't need and will not use.

I have the same problem. I had 80 images a week ago, I'm finally ready to download them and I have no access to download images. I wasn't the "paid" for images could expire nor was notified that they would disappear. I feel ripped off paying $30/momth for nothing. I need my image credits back asap. This is really slowing down my project.

I have a client I've been using Adobe Stock for who now wants to open their own account (which I would have access to for the work I do for them).  This is fine with me, since I haven't been marking up my stock purchases for them, but passing them on more or less at cost, so all it means is less paperwork for me.The potential problem is, I've got a huge library of images (over 100) that I've assembled on their behalf.  Is there a way I can transfer a library from one account to another?

The plan that I'm on has 10 images per month that I get. I currently have  111 Images in the little blue box on Adobe Stock. What happens when I cancel my monthly subscription for Adobe Stock? Hi,I've licensed a template from Adobe Stock, but when opening the file in Illustrator, I get this error message, "Can't place the illustration. Could not read the TIFF preview". I have a subscription, which I have discovered does not cover "premium" photos. I really want this particular "premium" photo, but it runs at $499.99, which is far beyond what I can afford. However, I'm confused about how credit packs works. Can I purchase this premium photo with credits? When I click the "pricing" tab, it leads me to believe I can pay $49.99 for one credit, which is enough to buy this premium photo(?). If this is true, how come premium photos don't display the cost in credits?

Which license do i need to print a stockphoto and sell that printed photo on the market?If i need the extended license, 63,99, and i print 100 of them, it is 0,6399 costs per print plus the actual printing cost, that is too high.

Dobrý den,na začátku tohoto měsíce jsem zaplatil za Vaše služby. S přítelkyní se nám povedlo zužitkovat nějak obrázky, které jsme si předplatili. Nyní už dál bych nerad zde pokračoval. Jen bohužel nevím jak. Prozkoumával jsem na svém účtu, zda není i možnost zrušení nebo odpojení od účtu PayPal. Hledal jsem zde a i různě na internetu. Nikde jsem nenašel požadovanou odpověď, která by byla přesně k mému případu.
