I've been paying £7.19 a month for the past year and all of a sudden I'm being charged £23.99 (with no notice whatsoever about this, may I add)I decided I would let the first payment slip, if I get to use my credits up whenever I like, I have 71 on my account unused!!Except I've been told I'll lose them if I cancel my plan. I don't understand why when I've paid for them?

I have spent today about four hours trying to get Adobe to change my country from South America to Europe, but no result from Adobe telephone help desk, no result from Adobe chat desk. Just wasting time. I want to order an upgrade from Lightroom 5 to Lightroom 6 and obviously it is possible only by entering creative cloud. When I want to do that, place my order, and want to pay for my upgrade my contract only comes up in Spanish and I can only give a billing address in South America, which I do not have. Also, I am not able to create a new Europe based account, because I am actively using my South-America based account. I am surprised that after hours of trying in all possible ways there has been no light in the end of the tunnel. Can anybody advise how to proceed?

Hi, I am interested in using the photography for packaging. The units will be significantly lower than 500,000, but I had a question about press and distribution. If we were to sell on a TV shopping network that has a viewership of more than 500,000 would that be an issue? Or is it just the printed item itself that can't go above 500,000?

I purchased the a month to month subscription to Adobe Stock a few days ago. Today I tried to download some footage and was only able to download 4 clips. After then I get this "payment error." I've cleared cache and cookies. I've tried and Mac and PC. I've tired different browsers and nothing seems to work. What's the deal? Also there isn't anyone I can call as it's Sunday and after hours. HELP, HELP HELP!!!Thanks!

I don't seem to see that I have any credits remaining. How can I determine if I do?B. Do I need to physically download what I have licensed or can I keep them on the My Library and access them even if I don't renew

It's been a slow year and I still have 127 credits in my account.  I don't see me using them up by the end of the year.  I would be very unhappy if they just vanished and I needed to buy more (elsewhere at a cheaper rate). Are you still planning on just evaporating credits left over from Dollar Stock Photo?  This would be unfortunate.Thanks!

Hi, I would like to redeem the " 10 free Adobe Stock Images”,we didn’t understand that them would be expired after 30 days.Our agency have 3 creative cloud active licenses, so it means we have lost 30 images!These licenses have been renewed at the end of January,is it still possible redeem them?Any help would be appreciated! I've looked and looked and can't find the specific date when you will delete my paid Dollar Photo Club credits.  Where can I find this information?  I would like to download my images so I'm not left entirely empty-handed. Any help would be appreciated!!Thanks!

The web page crashes continuously on Windows 10. I tried loading in in Chrome and Edge with not much success in either. I takes several tries and at least a few minutes to find and download a single image. It takes around 40-45 seconds to load a single image after clicking on it. Searching and scrolling crashes the page occasionally.I am not experiencing any issues with other image rich pages.Browsing incognito in Chrome (no extensions) seems to marginally improve the experience.

I have around 50 images credit to use before I unsubscribed. Then I signed in today found I have no credits left? I didn't get an email to notify my credit was going to expire???I need my unused credit back!

Does anyone know how to search (in Adobestock) for artistic themes that have more than one item available?Like a theme that applies to a tri-fold, a poster, and maybe another item or two?I need to throw some campaigns together quickly and would love to save time from having to adapt the theme over and over and over.

Say you decide to subscribe for a handful of months can you use the images you've paid for and downloaded after your subscription has been cancelled or are they only 'yours' while you are paid subscription member?

It seems the contributor Argus does not know how to spell the word Portuguese. Several of his/her images have the word misspelled: Portugese.Specially in the series Learn Portuguese.Those images should not be available for licensing.
