For the past 24 hours I have marked upwards of 500 photos to save to a named folder in my Adobe CC Stock library, for a project on deadline. Now I'm preparing for the final stage of the project, and only 179 of the photos are in the library! This happened once before, months ago, and it was a disaster. Do I have to check my folder every single time I save an image, even though it says the image saved to folder? The 179 images that saved were on a library computer using Chrome. The remaining ones (missing) were saved to the named folder on my updated iPhone 6 and now using safari on a library computer.Does Adobe have a record of my saved images?Please help!

Hello Adobe Forums,I signed up for the trial free month of Adobe Stock and went to cancel it today. When I tried the self cancellation method I was told there would be a $150+ fee! I was quite shocked and contacted support for help understanding why canceling my trial month would result in a fee. The support rep insisted I keep the account or pay the fee, and could only help me with a two free months of service. While they were helpful they were not able to help me cancel the subscription without incurring this surprise fee.Can you help me understand why I can't cancel my trial month of Adobe Stock? As a follow up, how was I unknowingly put into an annual contract with a service instead of a single trial month as advertised? Please help! Hi, I'm planning to get the "40 standard media files per month" subscribtion. I'm just wondering if stock videos is included in this term? Am I still allowed to use the files after my subscribtion ends, and can I use the files to create a video for a client? Thanks in advance,Axel

Is this really the support option? A forum? I'm paying $150 a month and I can't email Adobe directly?Anyway, I'm trying to get some clarification on the standard license. I know I can't I use an image on a product (t-shirt or mug) if the reason for the buyer to purchase the product is the image. For example, just slapping up a picture of a penguin on a shirt and calling it a day.HOWEVER, my question is: If the product already has value based on the text on the shirt, for example, the shirt says: Penguin Wrestling Champion and then there is a silhouette image of a penguin I downloaded from Adobe Stock, does the license cover that usage?Also, am I allowed to edit the images?Thanks for your help.

Hi,About a year ago I opened a dollar photo club subscription (10 photos a month). Within 30 days this subscription will be renewed and the costst will be a little higher. Last year I have downloaded more than 10 photo's each month, I can not find anywhere what a photo downloaded outside my renewed subscription will cost.Regards,Pieterjan

I have licensed several coloring book pages to use for my 501c3 organization's educational program. This seems fine - but my question is, i would like to allow several other organizations the ability to download a PDF that has this image embedded - there will be text added and the image is not able to be used standalone. This would be a free download for other 501c3 organizations - so I would not be profiting off of it. Would this be permitted under a standard license so long as reprints stayed under 500k?

Hello,it's the first time i'm buying images so i'm not very familiar with it, may i ask excactly how the purchase works?I want to buy 40 images, so i believe the "350 standard assets a month" plan is best for that.So, how do i do that? I pay for one month and that is it? I can then download up to 350 images in that month?Thank you in advance

When the hell did this happen? 

I bought an image on Dollarphoto. When Dollar was absorbed into AdobeStock, I checked the reference no. on this image and found it in Adobestock. But it has disappeared ... Is there a way of finding it again on the site? I have searched using all the logical words but  can't find the image. tx

I'm looking for some information regarding Adobe Stock that I couldn't find anywhere on the pricing pages.What is the price for additional images (standard licence and extended licence) for different team plans?I understand that without a plan, a standard licence image costs $9.99. And for individual plans (350 standard assets/month) extra assets cost $0.99. Am I correct?But I cannot find the price for additional assets if you purchase a team plan.Thank you!

If our number of followers are higher than 500,000 in a given channel (Facebook, for example), can we still post an adobe stock photo with a standard license there?2. I just paid for 5 images on Adobe stock images.  For the life of me, I can not figure out how to download them to me computer.

Mag deze klant ook hun resellers gebruik laten maken van het nieuwe beeld om hun product te verkopen? Bijvoorbeeld door het beeld te gebruiken in hun folders en op de website van de reseller.
