Ik begrijp uit de voorwaarden dat het gebruik van een uniek samengesteld beeld uit verschillende stock beelden niet is gebonden aan de regel over 500.000 kijkers op de website. Klopt dat?

I see from some other posts here that folks are having a mite of trouble like I am - untangling from Adobe Stock.  I went through 4 hours of heck yesterday trying to undo my account, including interactions with PayPal representatives, and have still not resolved the problem - HOW DO I CANCEL ADOBE STOCK AFTER MY 10 "FREE" IMAGES"?Adobe Systems, this seems like a problem that is directed to you, and that you need to solve on behalf of your user community.Anyone else agree?

I'm looking into purchasing an image with BTL, online and social global usage for 3 years and wondered if the Extended License allows for this. I have read the T&Cs and it seems to be fine, but it didn't specify whether the image is then exclusively mine or not.I'm assuming no for the low cost, but wanted to double check.

It is frustrating to see so many vector graphics to be pixellated and only available as jpg format.IMHO If Adobe wants these resources to be useful, they need to be available in editable formats.Adobe: why are you offering such a limited (and possibly mislabeled) set of options?

Adobe tricks customers into signing year long contracts that they must then pay a large fee to get out of. They offer you one month for free but neglect to tell you that you will then be charged 30 dollars a month for the next year. But don't worry, you can contact the Adobe support team and get jerked around for 45 minutes, directed to non existing support members, and inevitably told to shove off because your customer satisfaction doesn't matter. It is hard to understand why a company with such great products resorts to such cheap measures to rob consumers rather than let there products speak for themselves.

All i want is to know how to get the free adobe stock images.  I have a month subscription.  Trying to find "help" or email details for adobe. But nothing.  Every time I want to get the free pic it wants me to buy another subscription.  But I have one already.  So why do I need to buy another one.

One day, I could download some of my allotted photos to computer just fine.  Now, they all want to only open in Ps using cloud, which I don't want to bother with - So now I can't license the rest of my photos!

I have been a member for several months and currently have a 45 image credit. I download images only sporadically so the image credit number stays fairly high. If I cancel my Adobe Stock subscription, I lose the image credits I have currently. At the rate i am going, I will have paid another $180 over the next 6 months and will have  probably a 6-8 dozen image credit. Are there other solutions out there? The best is probably for a "shared account" but surely Adobe would take a dim view on that.Bob

Recently my searches for Stock Photos are full of photos that can only be licensed as "Premium", typically at $299 to $499. A Premium only photo is only apparent when you mouse over or select, not when you are perusing photos. My use of Stock is such that I would never buy a Premium photo, but do buy a lot o Standard License. This new "feature" fills up my screen with photos I can't use and many times I like something only to be disappointed that the one I selected is not covered by my monthly subscription.  Filtering by [$] [$$] [$$$] doesn't seem help.Is there a way to NOT get any Premium Only photos on my search results. This has greatly reduced the usability of Adobe Stock and my force a change from my all-Adobe-products-with-Stock premium subscription.

HiI plan to do video tutorials that I'm going to sell.Do I need to pay something to the owner of the images even if I use only the low res comps of the images?Images are only used to fill a layout, to explain how to make a layout, a slideshow, how to import a video in InDesign,.. they are not the main elements of the tutorial.Of course I can add a link and even mention in the videos that the low res comp images come from Adobe Stock.Thank you

The Licensing page says With a Standard license, you may not:Create products for resale where the main value of the product is the image itself. For example, you can’t use the asset to create a poster, t-shirt, or coffee mug that someone would buy specifically because of the image printed on it.I have licensed some images, standard license. I was trying to use them for the cover image on a puzzle book I am creating as a donation for a non profit.Why do I need to by an Enhanced license? These will never reach the level of 500,000 uses because they are not for public sale.The price of the license would increase my cost about $2 a unit and makes no sense.  While the image is being used on the cover, it is not the main value of the product. I use it only to depict the theme, which is waterpolo. The puzzles in the book are the primary reason for purchase. Can you offer any resolutions that will help?Gloria

Hi there, I'm confused about distribution with standard licences.I have received 50 free Adobe Stock images  as  part of a trial with Creative Cloud/Photoshop.What I want to do is to have some images that we can use on our website AND distribute with our press release. We are a tiny campaigning organisation, so no huge coverage.When I look at the licenses for my free downloads they say Standard license - which seems to suggest I couldn't forward the images onto another organisation as part of a press release. Is that correct?But when I look here https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/faq.htmlit says that Adobe Stock images are royalty free: "A royalty-free asset is licensed such that it can be used for any illustrative purpose, even in a professional context, without geographical restrictions or expiration dates". Nothing about any license restrictions.Is an image with a standard licence a royalty free image or not?Sorry for naive questions, am a newbie to all this. Thanks for help.

Many posts have made clear to me that I can license a photo, and I can transfer that license to a client.  My question is, how should I document this transfer to my clients, so that they have proof they have the rights to use the image?  I thought I could provide them the invoices for each photo purchase, but as far as I can see, the printed Adobe Stock invoices don't include the image/item number. Or does the "Material No/Description" column contain an internal Adobe reference?
