I recently purchased the Stock subscription...however,when i try to download a video without a watermark it requests that I purchase the video. It was my understanding that the subscription included standard licensing for images and videos. Please advise. Thanks !

Specifically this fileFlux / Vague de Dollars - Illustration - image | Adobe Stock I tried to rename the file with .pdf extension, but FoxIt would not open it.I tried to install Inkscape but it would not open it either. I tried to convert from .ai to .png with FFMPEG, but it gave an error ".\AdobeStock_35571058_WM.ai: Invalid data found when processing input".I need to convert it to PNG format.

I have a student adobe cc subscription which I use all the time and adobe stock subscription which I cannot figure out how to remove. I NEVER use this product and I can't see any options to cancel anywhere. I really do not want this subscription, it was a mistake to get it in the first place and now I feel like I am stuck paying this which I simply just cannot afford!! If anyone has any advice it would be very much appreciated!

Hiya - I figured this would be resolved by now, and I can't believe it hasn't, but it should not be this easy to license an image without getting an "are you sure" or "would you like to proceed" message before purchase!! Even Amazon walked back their One-click buying after thousands of accidental purchases. I've accidentally licensed image #81971156 just a minute ago - is there a way to undo this??

So I understand my DFC migration offer ended in February. So today I get billed $32 for the new adobe plan. That's fine, if that's your price, it's your price. But now I want to cancel my membership. When I go to do so, I'm going to get billed $175 cancellation fee! Are you kidding me? So when was I supposed cancel? Or when can I cancel without getting slapped with your ridiculous fee? Was this hidden in your fine print? DFC was easy, seamless, and no hidden charges. Switching over to Adobe has been anything but easy.

Hi-I'd like to use an Adobe Stock image on a product label for a client. They only want to use royalty-free images, with UNLIMITED print use.The standard Adobe Stock License is limited to 500,000 printed, and my client doesn't want that.I saw on Adobe Stock's License Terms page that there is an "Enhanced License" and an "Extended License", and it seems that BOTH are free of the 500,000 restriction. But what is the difference between these two licenses? Which do I need? Why would I go with one and not the other?I can't seem to find answers to this anywhere. If anyone can help me with this, I would be extremely grateful!Thanks.

Hi there,I know it might be a silly question but please can someone confirm for me how the pricing for Adobe Stock for teams works?Basically, we are looking to purchase 750 standard assets for £128/per month. We currently have team of 9 people who are using full Creative Cloud apps. Does it mean that all 9 people will be able to use those 750 images for £128/month or we will have to purchase 9 licences x£128? I just received this information from my IT administrator and would like to clarify as it doesn't make sense to me.Thank you!

I am subscribed to Adobe Stock along with other services.Why does the Stock page in the Cc desktop app look like an advertisement ("Get 10 free Adobe Stock images.") rather than something that looks like access to my St subscription?This and the impossibility of figuring out how to simply download licensed images is very frustrating.

I am TRYING to use an Adobe Stock photo I just purchased: "Money Jar With White Label Isolated on White By Carolyn Franks." Photoshop give me an error message "This application does not support the editing of banknote images."I understand the anti counterfeiting efforts, but this is a photo of crumpled up money in a glass jar, so I don't understand why Photoshop won't open the image.Is there some way to get Photoshop to open this image?WHY does Adobe Stock sell & license images that can't be used in Photoshop?Thanks for any help.JimP.S. I keep getting this popped up whenever I get done ULing a series of images to AS, and am getting ready to go tag/name the files.  Any ideas how to stop it?Especially since any files I might want to get rid of from my portfolio don't seem to have the delete option specifically listed at Adobe Stock.

Correct the items highlighted in red below and try again."  But I have everything filled correctly and nowhere is there any red marks.

HelloI have a question about the ranking of the picture.How  the order of appearance of the images is defined for a search?Is it just with word key ? Or is there an human intervention to evaluate quality of image ? if  2 pictures have the same description and key word, how is define the ranking  in a search? Thank you so much for your response.

Adobe needs to rethink the whole Adobe Stock UI. At the moment it is real easy to select an image that is exclusive and can cost upwards of $500. For an agency, that would not be a problem, but for a freelancer, it is unrealistic.

If I want to remove the adobe stock option from my creative cloud plan, but keep creative cloud and just switch plans, will my unused adobe stock credits remain, or are they tied specifically to my adobe stock subscription instead of my creative cloud subscription?

I like an image (99182350) in adobe stock, but it has a lot of icons on top of the photo. I would like to manipulate the icons, removing some, and changing the people to words.
