recently started a trial with Adobe, but the payments continued after the trial period without my consent, charging me £47 monthly. I attempted to cancel the subscription but was met with a cancellation fee, which seems highly unreasonable for a service I did not intend to continue. I did not make this purchase knowingly, and I have made multiple attempts to resolve the issue. Despite this, the payments kept going through, and the subscription wouldn’t cancel. I would like to request a reimbursement for these charges and a resolution to this frustrating situation. Has anyone else experienced something similar? Any advice on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

Could you please guide me on how to access the purchase history and licensing documentation for my Fotolia purchases? I need this information to verify my legitimate ownership and usage rights for these images. Please advise on the steps to retrieve these records from my previous Fotolia account.

Hello friends, what could I do if I forgot to cancel the free trial of illustrator and adobe stock and now they are charging me but I have not used and will not use adobe stock? Yes, I can pay for illustrator but adobe stock doesn't make sense because I won't even use it

Image 937823059 in Adobe Stock is supposed to be a transparent background. but..... when you open the file and try to delete the background or hide that layer it exposes black circles around the lights... I accidentally licensed the HD version of a stock video rather than the 4K -- I didn't realize they required different licenses. How do I change that?

Hi,  I accidentally licensed the following, intending to download only previews. I'm happy to delete the assets on my end, as they were only for an exploratory project and never made it to anything we used. Hello, I have an enhanced license with Adobe Stock where I’m purchasing videos, and I’d like to know if it’s legal to take still images from the purchased video and use them on web banners? 

I downloaded this video and it says it has a transparent background, but when I add it to Premiere Pro, the background displays black. I purchased the all apps 100GB and 3d texturing for just under £840 January and was going to renew it again next year, but I'm debating wheather to or not as the price is so so high. I can see why people go for other programs apart from Adobe. Also I've just gone to download a music track for a premiere pro video and have noticed I have to pay even more for the assets. Is this right Adobe, since I have paid all this money and still need to buy stuff.

HI, I cannot see an open discussion for this-  I followed the free trial steps for adobe stock and then it charged me regardless. I cancelled immediately. Please confirm I am being refunded and will not be charged anything at all for this, since this was supposed to be a free trial. Thank you.

Bonjour, je ne comprends pas pourquoi les vidéos étaient rémunérées 24$ et maintenant 2,40$ !!!!Adobe les vends 169€ ou 63€ ! Et nous ont touche 2,40$... C'est inadmissible une rémunération si basse.... Cela donne envie de tout supprimer. J'aimerai donc savoir pourquoi cela a étais changé ? Sans avertir les contributeurs clairement...Les rémunérations vont-elles être améliorées dans l'avenir ou non ? C'est quand même pas une belle pratique, les autres banques rémunèrent bien mieux maintenant qu'il y a l'ia....
