Adobe, you're still including Generative AI in my search results despite me using the "exclude generative AI" filter option (see attached image). I wanted to flag this as a clear error. It's really important that AI stock images aren't bleeding into genuine ones; for my work it's very improtant we're clear about what images we're using and we're to avoid AI wherever possible. Thanks.

Hi guys, hoping someone can help me here..  I've noticed lots of images I've purchased over the years are showing up as unlicenced when I go to use the image again. When I hover over the thumbnail in the libraries panel it clearly shows as licenced. When dragged into PS / IL / ID etc i get the water marked version. All software / CC is up to date. I've been purchasing images again as I need them quickly. 😞 Any feedback grately appreciated. Thank you!

I love the new GenAI features such as Generative Edits, and using an existing image as style / composition reference! When using Adobe Stock generative edit to make change to an image such as remove or replace the background or expand image, there seems to be no option to download the edited image. Clicking on the license button on the top right gives me an "Unable to Edit" pop-up error message: "Generative Eidts can only be made before you license your photo or illustration. To continue editing this image, please use Adobe Crative Cloud".  I have no option but to exit out of the editor. Then there is no longer an "Edit" option on Adobe stock for the same image. It took me a while to figure out that I can go to my libarary and under "Generated by you" to find my edited image for download. Suggestions for better UI/UX: It would be great to indicate to the userin the GenAI editor on how to download the edited image. I work for an organization that prides itself on diversity. We need to use stock images of people engaged in a variety of activities. Are you able to filter images by ethnicity and age like you can on Getty? 

How is it this easy to post sketchy garbage to elearningimages.adobe.com? In my opinion, everyone should block this subdomain until Adobe cleans up this spam. Below is a list of paths on this subdomain that demonstrate the sort of abuse I'm referring to. I accidentally clicked on the following licenses (ASSET ID) which were downloaded directly: #139281833#140151459 I just wanted to see what they looked like and when I saw the License button I thought I got more information about it. I don't need these. How can I return these? Or are these included free in my subscription (Creative Cloud)? How does this work? Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this when looking in Adobe Stock? I find it extremely annoying and distracting and it gets in the way of what I am trying to look at. I don't want to see any Generative Edits. At all.  Period.

When using stock.adobe.com/free resources for editorial purposes, do I have to sign the photos with the author and that they were downloaded from adobe stock?Isn't this required for these photos? I use the photos to illustrate my posts on the website.

I'm an Adobe CC user with a subscription that includes Adobe Stock.  I've verified that my account is active and that access to Stock assets is still a benefit. When I attempt to download an image (while logged in), I'm required to join Stock before completing the download. I've never encountered this before; any thoughts? I just licensed an animation (for 8 credit) that was a result from a search looking for a transparent background. The item is on a white background (not a transparent background). How do I return this f or a refund in credits?

I downloaded this asset from adobe stock #532173568, I need it to be transparent. I have limited knowledge of Illustrator and I cannot figure out how to make the background transparent. I thought I turned off the background layer but then it was black instead of transparent. Can someone please help me figure out how I make this transparent?

J'ai cliqué par erreur sur le bouton "license" en bas à droite d'une vignette dans Adobe Stock et cela a enclenché l'achat de cette image...Il devrait y avoir une étape de confirmation pour éviter ce genre d'erreur...Est-il possible de se faire rembourser du crédit inutilement dépensé ?

Ich versuche seit über einer Stunde mein Kostenloses ProbeAbo von Stock Foto zu kündigen. Bin in mein Konto drinnen aber sobald ich auf das Abo verwalten gehe und es kündigen will  muß ich mich neu anmelden und plötzlich muß ich mich neu anmelden und kommischerweise ist da dann  mein Kennwort falsch. Deswegen schreibe ich das jetzt hier das ich das StockFotoAbo offiziell kündige ! Das wirft ehrlich gesagt kein gutes Licht auf die Praxis von Adobe wenn man solche Schwierigkeiten  bekommt wenn man was kostenloses Abo nicht  in ein 1jähriges kostenpflichtiges Abo überwechseln tut. Ich bin nach diesem ganzen Ärger am Überlegen mein Kostenpflichtiges Abo mit der AdobeCloud zu kündigen. I have a question about Adobe Stock free images. Can the images be used on a website if I promote products as an affiliate? The licence type for free images is a Standard licence as shown here- https://stock.adobe.com/uk/license-terms. The part I'm confused about is where it says 'Editoral use only'. I'd appreciate any clarification about this. Thanks.
