I have an Adobe Creative Cloud + Adobe Stock license through my work organization, have checked that the license was correctly provisioned to my email address, and am unable to access Adobe Stock. The other Creative Cloud applications all work, but when I navigate to Adobe Stock, I'm registered as "no plan" and am prompted to begin a free trial. What could be going on here?  Thank you for the help!

Can't believe Adobe doesn't check if a file is vector or jpg. Just because the artist pasted a jpg into an Illustrator file doesn't make it an ai or eps

Hello,In the past I've licensed dozens of photo's on Dollar Photo Club using my monthly download credits. However, a certain company is now asking me proof of license for a photo purchased using my DPC credits in 2015.I've succesfully migrated my DPC account to Adobe Stock and with it my credits, however my history is nowhere to be found. I would like to deliver some kind of proof to this agency, since the fee they're asking is pretty darn high.

Hello.  This is a laptop with Windows 10.    There is an icon on my desktop and don't have any idea how it got there.  It's about photos on Bing page.  1) It was saved with title "Learn About This Picture".  2) If you right click choices are:  Open, I like this photo,  Switch to next photo, Not a fan of photo .(!)   3) If you highlight:  shows name of photographer and info  4) if you left click and open: [moderator removed external link]     I saw "adobe stock" when highlighting another photo.    I do not use Bing or Edge.  Or anything about photos (photoshop, Stock, etc.)   Just simple Internet use and typing Word Documents.   The icon won't remove/delete.  There isn't anything in "Programs & Features" in Control Panel for this.  So I removed the Adobe program altogether and the icon is still on Desktop.  Can't get rid of this icon.  Sorry but I'm concerned

How do I cite adobe stock images that I intend to use on an Adobe website? These images are available in the "free" subscription, and I do not see any information on author/ photographer. Do I need to cite these in-text and in a bibliography? Thank you!

Hello, I've looked through the forums but I am still unclear. This is an issue that has come up for me several times recently, and I'm guessing it comes up for other designers as well. If I license an image to use in a brochure for a client, and they then ask me to send them that image so they can use it in other pieces (i.e. a web page or a display), is that allowed? And if so, do I have to do anything to physically transfer the license to them (like fill out a form)?Thanks for your help!

I'm having same issue, All my browsers are up to date, I delete all cache and history, This problem comes and goes I think you have some issues with your server this is very annoying, I want to cancel my account, this is not reliable at all.

Hi, The email address attatched to my account is no longer in existance. Is there a way for me to change my email address without retrieving the verification code from inbox? 

I bought a material with the number 624947429 not long ago, and then was sued for pirating because I didn't download the authorized invoice at that time. Later, I downloaded the same material with the number 796445762 again. This time I downloaded the invoice. How can I be provided with evidence that I can use this material? We have a 10 download per month plan (Adobe teams). Can we use these images for cultural purposes with a standard licence?  I.e.  We would like to use about 5 print images in a small private museum that will not charge for admission.

Have been downloading Adobe Stock videos for a few years and all has worked fine. Today however, once videos are downloaded to my PC they will not play. In WIN10, I get no message on fail in Windows Media Player. However, on my WIN11 system I received from Media Player "APCH format not supported".  Files download as notmal, just will not play. I have previous .MOV files on my system and they play as normal.  Any Ideas would be appreciated!E

I've requested a trial version of Adobe Stock, but unfortunately I can not access to my personal email to confirm my Adobe Stock account!! So I can not access my Adobe Stock account. Can someone tell me if, although the Adobe account is not yet confirmed, is the first charge carried out after 14 days anyway?

Ich hätte das Bild niemals lizenziert, wenn ich gewusst hätte, dass es den Wert von 2,5 monatlichen Abonnement-Kosten hat. Das Bild (177171786) brauche ich nicht und habe es bereits von meinem Computer gelöscht.Es wäre hilfreich, wenn zukünftig deutlicher darauf hingewiesen wird, dass bestimmte Bilder wesentlich teurer sind. Hello, I am currently registered as a single (private) person and work for a company that creates content for a museum. I want to buy licences (HD video footage) on behalf of my customer, a museum. Is it possible to buy the licences for their use? Do I need to name my customer somewhere, when purchasing the licence or video? What else would need to be considered or to do when puying licences for my customer? Thanks in advance!

Can anyone help me with cancelling adobe stock without the cancel fee? Its close to $300 for me.. unacceptable. I thought I signed up for the trial, and it would cancel on its own. But its charged me $80 a month for the past three months and I havent used it either after the first few days. 

I would like to filter so that I see all of my licensed audio tracks only.I would like to be able to play a few bars of each track without having to go to a new page to play every single track and then try to find my way back to the filtered licensed audio tracks.thank you
