Asset: 344201798 and the corresponding assets on the same profile all lable themselves as vector files. But when you download them they are just flatten JPEGS. I did try a couple of times to be sure I was selecting AI/EPS, and each time I got nothing.Any assistance on how to report those assets that are labeled incorrect? I do run across it quite a bit.Thank you!

I have just joined. I am a novice. Found some perfect pictures. All were landscape. Have spent hours on the net on all sorts of sites, trying to change these to the vertical format of 1600x 2400 that I need.  Tried reducing size, cropping it without losing much of the original ! etc. Nothing works. Setting  it to keep ratio, does not give me that size - or anywhere near it - so I could at least take that and try to resize it. Unticking ratio that gives me awful squashed pictures. Finally found how to get Filter to be visible on Adobe. Selected vertical - to maybe find some other images that would suit. Can't find one picture I like.  Is there any way  i can somehow keep the horizontal pictures I found and end up with a 1600x 2400 image that looks similar to the original?  Or is it a lost cause?  Maybe compressing the whole picture and cropping it a bit? Hello, I downloaded a RGB image template that should be in color, but I can't get it to "appear" as a color image. I already confirmed it is in RGB color mode and the RGB Channels (Ctrl + 2) are visible.  Can anything be done to obtain the color image? Thanks! AdobeStock_1075046892.PSDT

I have licensed several images that say they are vector, but after wasting a credit on said "vector" image it turns out to be a low quality raster image layer in an .ai file format; no vector data/paths at all.  e.g.: Image 94992748 .  How can I report this and recoup this credit, if possible?  I have searched for a place to do this, but a solution is not forthcoming.Thanks in advance for any asisstance.

Is there any way to include in the CSV bulk upload file that the image was created by AI and that poeple and property are fictional, so both options are checked in the upload file, so I don't have to check each one?On the CSV sample file I only see ""Filename,Title,Keywords,Category,Releases""No option to "check" both AI options. Thanks!!

Trotz das ich bereits dreimal am Support geschrieben habe, kommt das gleiche Problem - welches wohl auf irgendein Systemfehler hindeutet, aber seitens Supports einfach nicht geklärt wird. Klar. Hi, I have the same problem. I am not able to download the audio files. This is the first time I am downloading an audio file. There is no problem with downloading images and videos. I am new to this and was scrolling through images, apparently I single tapped instead of double for scrolling, and happened to be over one of the "licence" icons.  The window came up with the options for formatting to select, and rather than selecting one, I x-ed out of that box, thinking it would undo the selection, but it immediately started downloading and I had no way to stop it.  It's not an image I want/need, and it seems risky to have those "licence" icons as a single click option without a secondary verification? Any way I can undo this and save my credits? Thank you!

In sending my client native adobe working files (when we choose to do so...), I realize I cannot send them the unaltered adobe stock images with the license tied to myself (aside from transferring), but if these stock images are layers within an .ai or .psd, is that legit to simply send along without any additional license terms or transfer, etc. Trying to keep this simple and uncomplicated, but not trying to sneak around any licensing by just tossing dozens of stock art into a psd to just transfer files either. Seems like a grey area that I need to solidify language on for my team and for our clients.

I am trying to cancel my free trial of Adobe Stock but I keep getting an error message. My free trial lasts through November 22, 2024, so there should be no reason why I cannot cancel it today.

Adobe stock is included in my current plan but when I try to download a template to use it asks me to do a free trial and sign up for another plan when I should already be able to use it. Can anyone assist me in this issue? 

Hi, recently, my entire team has been having this issue downloading assets from Adobe Stock. We are unable to download assets from the Adobe stock; we have never had this error before, it has just been a couple of days since we got this error. The available stock quota is "Unlimited Images". Newbie here...I am showing that I have "10 assets" available based on my request to our asset manager so I could have access to Adobe Stock for a few images per month. According to what he's saying, he purchased a "credit pack". Every item I've selected so far to license (illustration or vector) has failed - I get a message saying to contact admin because the asset type or license requires a quota that is not included in your plan, asset type or license is not authorized by your administrator. They have all been "worth" 1 asset. Is there a way to filter my search to find only the assets that I have access to? Frustrated...
