Hello,    Due to a manager account issue on renewal license, I had to switch to another contract but I'm losing all my license history on adobe stock.   License that I paid.... I transfered the cloud assets to the new and how you can see in the attachment there's the license.... But if I try to download again that image ID from Stock I can't....   In the attachment you can see my previous VIP details   It's not accetable to lose this amount of stock that I already paid!   Best Francesco   [Moderator deleted private information. Gostaria de expressar minha profunda insatisfação com a qualidade das imagens fornecidas pela Adobe Stock. Somos assinante dos aplicativos e banco de imagem e fiquei extremamente decepcionado com a baixa resolução e qualidade das mesmas. Além disso, percebi que algumas imagens foram geradas por inteligência artificial (IA), o que provavelmente explica a baixa qualidade das mesmas. Como um cliente da Adobe, esperava que as imagens adquiridas pela Adobe Stock atendessem aos padrões de qualidade que a empresa sempre ofereceu em seus produtos. Sendo assim, sugiro que a Adobe desenvolva um campo de pesquisa de imagens onde podemos selecionar ou não imagens IA. Isso permitiria que os usuários pesquisem por imagens com mais facilidade e rapidez, além de garantir que as imagens fornecidas pela plataforma atendam aos requisitos mínimos de resolução e qualidade. Como cliente, tenho o direito de esperar que as imagens que adquiro atendam às minhas expectativas em termos de qualidade e resolução.

So if my mebership ends for adobe stock does the liscence aggrements end for all the images that i ahve used or gained from adobe stock or does the liscnce aggrement go for as long as i want???

I accidentally licensed the HD version of asset #516349496, but I wanted the 4K version. I can't find anywere where to swap versions, the only option I have is "download again" buttom and thats it. I didn't even finish downloading the file, I had it cancelled. I tried contacting support but it said there was no one available and to try at another time. Is there a way to fix it? I still want the file I just need the 4K version.

After licensing an icon template on Adobe Stock, is it permissible to edit/modify icons?For example, I download an icon template of 'e-learning' but I need to modify some of the icons to fit my project deliverables. 

Recently received a free 10 stock images for your creative cloud team. GREAT! I say. No purchase required they say. GREAT! I try and go buy an image, and it costs $9.99. How do you actually redeemed the "Get 10 free Adobe Stock images for your team" offer?

I just downloaded an image and did not realize it was premium, over 200 credits! Please let me know how to get this refunded. 

I had 10 credits a month subscription.I recently upgrade to 750 plan credits.I used around 380 credits for the month and when i was charged for the month the credits from previous month dissappeard.I now have 750 credits and this 370 that left are gone.Are the credits active only for the month becasue when i have 10 they accumulate every month.Thanks

An employee purchased and downloaded several images that we do not want/need. Is there a way to get those credits refunded?

I am an individual user.Is it legal for me to use videos or photos from Adobe assets that I downloaded as an individual user on my company's website?

I'd like to purchase Storm and sunset. - Buy this stock photo and explore similar images at Adobe Stock | Adobe Stock but do not want to have to sign up to a plan or pay more than the cost of just the one single image. Is it possible to do this?  I realize there is an option to sign up to an annual plan whereby I can download 10 images for free, but I am guessing that there must be a catch because once I have passed over my payment details I am pretty well certain to keep getting charged each month.I mean what would be in it for Adobe if I were to sign up, download the image of my choice, only then to cancel my account? Always supposing I were to manage to download this image, would a standard license cover me for using this image on printed flyers of up to let's say 20,000, and/or on a website?

Dear Adobe-Community. I need your support with a specific request. Years ago, in June 2020 we downloaded and licenced the attached image from Adobe Stock. It was used in a Social Media Post which is still on the internet. Unfortunately we got an E-Mail claiming a Copyright Infringement of this image. While going through our licences on Adobe Stock I couldn't find the mentionned image anymore and it generally wasn't visible on Adobe Stock anymore, even if shown in Google Search (see attached screenshot). Therefore we can't find the needed licence reverse the fraud claim.  Thank you in advance for taking care of our request.

Tenho asssinatuta a mais de um ano do nada me cobraram R$124,00 por adobe Stock. Coo podem ver eu usei apenas 7 dias cancelei e removi a renovação automatica, e após meses me cobraram de forma indevida R$ 8 mais os R$124,00. Além de quando vou cancelar querem me cobrar R$198,40. Isso é ridiculo.

Hi there, its kinda crazy. I got 3 animations, that were labeled as "seamless loopable animation" , which turned out to be false. Now i noticed there is no option to report it to adobe and not even a way to return?Is that correct or am i just blind?Best regards

Hey bekomme Diese meldung: Eine Transaktion kann aus verschiedenen Gründen fehlschlagen. Überprüfe deine Zahlungsinformationen noch einmal und stelle sicher, dass sie korrekt eingegeben wurden. Wenn das Problem weiterhin besteht, musst du möglicherweise eine andere Zahlungsweise verwenden oder bei deiner Bank nachfragen. Ich versuche seit Wochen zu Zahlen, egal ob Keditkarte Paypal oder Bank es kommt immer diese Meldung. Wollte gerne noch Adobe Stock kaufen das geht aufgrund der Meldung auch nicht

Ive bought a design under extended license , am I ok to put it on a mug soley using that design for selling?

While searching for the appropriate image, I mistakenly clicked the license button instead of the preview button for 462788209 today. Despite my efforts to rectify it, I couldn't find a solution to revoke the license. I discovered numerous individuals who encountered similar issues. In my opinion, adding a secondary confirmation step for the license button could prevent such inadvertent actions. Regards,Juan

So, I had a test subscription for Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for University in december. Apparently that included Adobe Stock aswell since I don't recall ever booking it. After cancelling the test subscrptions including Adobe Stock in time I got the Adobe Creative Cloud for students. However today I noticed that Adobe ist billing me a monthly 35,69€ for Adobe Stock and Firefly. I checked my mail and it seems that immediately after cancelling Adobe Stock for the first time a new subscription order was placed. I do not recall doing so neither intentionally nor accidentially. Now if I try to cancel said subscription it is telling me that since this appears to be a year long order that I have to immediately pay 177 something euros to unsubscribe immediately. Since I did not book this willingly is there any way to cancel my Adobe Stock subscription without paying the extra fee or maybe to get a refund???  

Ich bin völlig neu hier und auch wenn ich mich bemüht habe, sämtliche Lizenzinformtationen zu studieren gibt es doch einige Dinge, die mir nicht ganz klar sind. Wenn ich als Selfpublisher selbst eine Standardlizenz für ein oder mehrere Bilder für ein Buchcover erwerbe und möchte die Datei meinem Coverdesigner für die Erstellung meines Covers überlassen, dann muss ich, wenn ich es richtig verstanden habe, vorher vertraglich sicherstellen, dass der Designer diese Bilder ausschließlich für mein Cover verwendet. Angenommen wir haben alles notwendige vereinbart, in welcher Form könnte ich die Datei dem Designer zugänglich machen, wenn die Weitergabe einer eigenständigen Datei nicht zulässig ist?Über eine Antwort würde ich mich sehr freuen.

Ich wollte nachfragen, was genau der Unterschied zwischen Illustrationen und Fotos ist. Persönlich erstelle ich ausschließlich KI-generierte Bilder und bin oft unsicher, welche Option ich wählen soll und wo genau da der unterschied ist.

I have tried to restore a link in an InDesign document, but the asset which I bought in 2017 is no longer available? #8256812.How is it possible to restore or at least increase my available assets by 1 if this is not possible? Many thanks

Hallo Zusammen, ich bin gerade dabei einen Clip für ein kleines Social-Media-Projekt zusammenzustellen. Vor der Veröffentlichung bin ich nochmal alle einzelnen verwendeten Videos auf die korrekte Lizensierung durchgegangen und siehe da, eine Datei taucht auf, die laut Adobe nicht korrekt lizensiert wurde. Es handelt sich um ein Video:Fire and Stone cinematic background loop, stock.adobe.com/de/363669438Da kommt jetzt aber ein Fehler 404 - Seite nicht gefunden, mit der netten Raumfahrerkatze. Dafür finde ich das gleiche Video von Motion Templates jetzt als fire and stone background, stock.adobe.com/de/398389767aber plötzlich nur noch im Probeabo kostenlos und unter neuer Nummer. In der originalen Dateiinfo findet sich nichts brauchbares zum Ersteller des Videos, so dass ich nicht mehr feststellen kann, ob das ursprünglich auch von Motion Templates war oder ob das jemand anderes veröffentlicht hatte. Klar, es ist jetzt kein Kunstwerk sich ein neues Introvide
