Stock

I just downloaded a stock image, but instead of landing in the "Download Folder" as they used to do it was sent to one of my libraries in the cloud. I don't remember making that change and I want to it back to the Download Folder on my computer. How can I do that? Please advise. 

Hello, I have an Etsy store where I sell posters.I read Adobe stock's stardart license but I want to make sure that I can use a free Adobe image (like the image I put here as an example), with a standard license, as a mockup for my poster in my Etsy store. I will NOT distribute the file, I will use it as a mockup to insert my art, I will only sell my art, for example a poster. I will NOT use the free Adobe image to create a poster, I will use the Adobe image to demonstrate how my poster would look in a frame, the costumer will only buy my poster and will not receive the Adobe image in any way.  For information: on the "License information and Terms" Page it says:"With a Standard license, you may:Include the asset in email marketing, mobile advertising, or a broadcast or digital program if the expected number of viewers is fewer than 500,000.Post the asset to a website or social media site with no limitation on views. With a Standard license, you may not:Di

Hiya.  Can I use images with a standard license to make fact cards on a subject (e.g. trees/birds/animals)? Most images will be my own but I'll need additional images for some.  One side of the card will be an image/s and the other will be information on it.  Thanks!

I used a fotolia credit for a photo image on January 8, 2016.   Two weeks agom some company called Copytrack came after me about the image.   I have the invoice for using one credit for the image which is on the cover of my book.  To date we have only sold 200 copies of the book.  Should/would Adobe "still" honor my purchase and use of that one image. - Here is my book: http://ow.ly/Wy4rq 

I had some Dollar Club images back from 2015 and they have been on a blog post on my website. A couple of months ago I got a copyright infringement claim. Given the time passed and that dollar club no longer exists what can I do to prove I've used this image correctly?

I wanted to put a post here so that folks are aware and perhaps I could help someone avoid what I went through. I have used Adobe Stock periodically since its inception. I have a credit stored up of 86 images. Recently, I discovered that those credits expire. The way I noticed was when I logged in and tried to download an image and it asked me to pay. I chatted with support and image credits expire and you will not receive notification of that expiration. So be certain to use your credits up before you lose them.

It been few month i Paid for adobe stock and didtnt not notice now i want to get rip of it and they charging me a big FEE !!! over 200usd !!

Hallo zusammen, ich habe ein paar Mockups für 1 Credit mit der Pluslizent heruntergeladen. Darf ich die jetzt auch für einen Onlineshop also Produktbild verwenden? Würde da gerne meine Designs draufmachen, da ich keine realen Fotos verwenden möchte. Verkauft wird dann sozusagen das Design auf dem Mockup. Aus den Lizenzbestimmungen werde ich nicht ganz schlau. Hier steht "Stockmedium darf für Handelsartikel, Vorlagen oder andere Produkte für den Verkauf verwendet werden.*", aber das Shirt oder der Hoodie verkauft sich ja nicht wegen dem Mockup, sondern wegen meinem Design. Könnt ihr mir hier weiterhelfen? Möchte einfach auf Nummer sicher gehen 🙂 Liebe GrüßeSusi

May  i buy the music at Adobe stock  for my live event to use?

I've been working on a project and saving stock images to a library for consideration. I discovered that a lot of what I tried to save wasn't saved. Where I had downloaded a preview I was OK and could go back and located an image, but even then when I tried to save it would save. I tried to delete images I was no longer considering and that didn't work. They came back. I cleared the cache and history on all three browsers I tried and then rebooted the computer. Still the same problems. Please fix this. It's creating a lot of extra work and some hours that I can't legitimately bill the client for.

Hola. He cancelado mi suscripción pero aún dispongo de casi 100 créditos sin utilizar. Hoy he intentado bajar una imagen y mi cuenta aparece bloqueada. ¿Cómo puedo usar los créditos que me quedan? Me parece un robo que se queden con algo que he pagado. ¿Qué puedo hacer?

I did the free trial for adobe stock and I remember cancelling my account the same day, only to find, by suprise, 4 months later, that I was being charged for it !!! then I went to cancel and I discovered I had to pay a fee of 160 euros in orther to do so !!!!!!! what is this ? there is no indication along the way that this might be the case and since when this is even a legal practice ? I gave no consent to this. I'm a student and adobe stock is super expensive, anually is even more than my abonment for the suite !!!! there is no way I can afford to pay a fee for cancelling a service I was already paying, I payd already more than 100 euros and now I should pay another 160, for which reason ????  I would like to have this fee cancelled and the money reimbursed ! 

While scrolling through assets on my phone, an image was licensed without intent. It has not been downloaded as I have no use for the asset. Is there a way to reverse the licensing of an asset? This seemed like a glitch of some kind. As the license button was nowhere near my thumb and when I found the image I wanted I found out a purchase had just been made on something I didn't need. Have there been other reports of this kind of thing happening and is there a way to stop it from happening again? Info: Samsung S8 on Chrome Browser.  

Whenever i try to cancel my plan it says ''You'll be able to manage this plan shortly'' and i dont wanna get charged

I tried to save something to my library and it said I have to license the item. I thought it weird so (never having used Adobe Stock before) I clicked on license waiting for the next set of instructions. Nope. I just licensed the damn thing. I'm a bit annoyed and PO about this. [ Something like a "This action will substract x credit from your account. Are you sure you want to proceed?" would have really helped. ] What are my options?

I'm a Photoshop user trying to work with an Illustrator mock-up file for a brand identity kit. In photoshop you typically have a smart layer that says: put logo here. When you save the smart layer and go back to the original doc, the logo appears perfectly adjusted in all the different mock-up elements...Asset #448354365 is a good example of what I'm referring to. Am I going to find a similar procces in Illustrator or no? I don't have to drop the logo into every single little design itteration in here do I?I hope that makes sense... 

Twarita, I seem to be stuck in AI pergatory.  Can you help me with something.  I purchased the 5 credit package earlier today and now that I am trying to download and license a couple of the images it tells me that there is an error.  But I can't get any direction from the AI assistant on how to get around this  

Where can I find the original Fotolia purchase date? It was not imported correctly to Adobe stock.

hello,  i am at a loss. I have a full Adobe account and I want access to the included Adobe mockups. However it is saying I need to start a free trial. I already have an account and I don't know what to do.
