When I search Adobe Stock, I get a lot of results that have nothing to do with my search.  It's a real time-waster. I search for [boat race] and the search includes images of motorcycles, bicycles, and airplanes (with no boat in the image).  Is there any support for Boolean searches, e.g., ["boat" race] to force it to find only images with boats, or [boat AND race], to only return results with both terms?

Hey I subsrcibed to Adobe Stock Free trial and I thought that I unsubscribed but unfortunally I've got bills today and at the sam time I unsubscribed. Will i get refund?

Hello, I'm creating an app that uses Adobe Stock images as various visual elements, like backgrounds. Based on posts I've come across, it seems as though for websites and social media, modified images can go unattributed, but unmodified ones should be attributed by overlaying "(C)[Creator name] / Adobe Stock" on the asset itself. This doesn't seem correct for applications and games, especially when using assets for things like backgrounds and button textures.  What, then, is the correct way to attribute Stock assets in an iOS application?

I purchased two extended licences from Adobe Stock (Adobe Stock – On demand). I have the emails for payment confirmation, however when I click to follow the link "If you’d like to print your invoice, sign in to view your Billing History.", the only invoices that show up are the ones for creative cloud products.

Using Adobe Stock images, every time I license something it autosaves to the last library I saved to.How do I turn off this feature?  My libraries are constantly in disarray because of this forcing me to constantly re-organize them, such a huge waste of time!   If I'm ♡ (hearting/saving) something to my library it gives me the option to choose which library, but when I'm choosing something to use, why does it autosave to the library anyway? I've already got the asset I don't need it to waste space in the cloud and clog up my library, especially when it goes to the WRONG LIBRARY.   I hope there's a shut-off valve for this somewhere, please help?

I often add Adobe Stock photo and video previews to my Libraries via the browser. They then show up in the Libraries tab of Premiere Pro. I add them to my project - with the watermark - and get approval from the client. When I get the ok, I click on the shopping cart icon on the asset in my Bin and proceed to license the asset. It tells me how many credits and I click ok. It shows up in my browser as a licensed item. Sometimes the licensed version is downloaded to my project and the watermark removed. But more often than not, the watermarked preview version is not replaced. The Progress window (attached) shows that downloading fails pretty frequently and I've got to do the extra work to download the assets manually and attach them to the project. It's been like this for years. So frustrating, particularly with fast moving and/or large projects.

Nun kommt  immer öfter die Anfrage seitens Kunden, dass sie diese Sujets ebenfalls nutzen möchten, aber in veränderter Form. zB. Wir machen Sujets für den POS für ein A1 Plakat Hochformat, die Bilder sollen dann aber für Social Media oder eine Videowall im Querformat verwendet werden. Wie können wir die Bilder lizenzieren, dass sie auch von unseren Kunden genutzt werden können und nicht jeder Kunde das Bild extra kaufen muss?

I want to know details about using a stock video in a film that might be released in theatre, in festival, in OTT, orin Youtube, or in social media. The stock videos will be used without modification except the color. Is it ok only to buy them under enhanced license?TIAAdit

I'm trying to purchase some vector graphics, but I've been getting this message for the last six hours:"Our systems are currently down for maintenance. However, you can still search and save assets to libraries. You can start using your credits again in 15 minutes."I can't figure out if there's an issue with our credits or if Adobe Stock is down.Can anyone help?

Hi,Is a standard licence sufficient for an image used as a printed marketing material, such as a display or poster in a physical store? The printed item won't be sold to store visitors, but only has marketing / decoration purposes.The print will definitely not exceed 500.000 reproductions, but maybe seen by more than 500.000 store visitors after a long period of time.Often the image would be cropped, altered or otherwise edited.Hope someone can clarify if the Adobe Stock standard licence would be the correct one in this situation.Thanks in advance.

Before I started a free trial with Adobe Stock, I created a library where almost all of the 20 assets I stored said "Free with Trial." So I started the free trial assuming I would get these assets. Then I downloaded one asset and it deducted 8 of my 10 credits rather than giving it to me "Free with Trial." How do I get these assets "Free with Trial"?  

Unfortunately despite again trying all the potential solutions offered last week, we still seem to be experiencing isues with out Adobe Stock Account.  As explained during our chat on Friday, our current '10 assset a month' account hasn’t renewed as we’d expected it to this morning and it seems as if its reverted to a pay on demand account? Whats more confusing is that I’m logging into the business profile yet appear (on at least some occasions) to be getting some aspects of my personal profile and even showing two Adobe Stock accounts at times ? All of the other users on the account are now only being offered pay on demand images whereas in the past they’ve had access to the aforementioned 10 assets a month account but are still unable to license any of those images due to an error with the payment method that doesn’t seem to be apparent on the admin account? I've tried to get in touch using the virtual assistant which is completely useless and are unable to reply

I'm about to join the adobe stock service. If I should gather 120 credits after register subscription plan can I buy some extended assets with credits or take just discount 20% and have to pay another bills? I read the price information but I can't partially understand.is it same credits in between subcription and credit pack except of losing properties? 

I need to know if there is an additional cost above the normal subscription cost if we needed an extended license for an asset. If so, how much extra is it?I should probably be clear also if the "Cannot use asset prominently in merchandise or products for resale" listed on the different license options list means we could use an asset under the standard license as long as it is not the main focus of the design?I appreciate the help!Amy

Can I use the adobe stock free images from my subscription in my client's website?

Ich habe ein 16 Credit Pack erworben und würde gerne umtauschen gegen ein 40 Credit Pack. Habt ihr Erfahrungen, ob das möglich ist und wie man das veranlassen kann? Mir jetzt ein 40 Credit Pack zu holen würde mir nicht viel bringen... ich würde auf ungenutzen Credits sitzen bleiben. Aber ein 2. Mal ein 16 Credit Pack zu holen, würde mir nicht ausreichen. (Ich benötige 3 weitere Videos.)

I have a persistent issue with my Adobe Stock account for months now. I am unable to buy more images when my credits run out. I just get an on screen message as per the attachment.... Can someone please help? I have contacted Abobe and their 'support' team are largely useless. I have seen community articles on here where people have spoke to the Engineering Team, but I cannot see how I can raise a ticket with them. Anyone know how to do this?  This forum is my last resort before I consider cancelling my Adobe account. I have numerous other issues with the other software too (Illustrator mainly). Adobe are fast becoming one of the worst choices for software on the market.  Cheers all. 

Hello. Is there a actual  person who can assist me? I am working on a fragrance  ad- and have purchased/ licensed  5 movs as " enhanced" and 1 image as " extensive". What else should I be doing to secure these clips and image for my 2 year usage?  I have read everything but I want to run usage by an actual person to make sure I am am doing everything. I need help/ a person! Thank you so very much. Liane

Hey all,  I'm seeing online in various places that I should be able to find SFX on Adobestock. However, despite numerous attempts, I can only find music in their audio panel. Does anyone know where I can find SFX on stock?
