Bonjour,un membre de mon équipe est tombé sur une image à caractère pédopornographique en faisant une recherche dans Adobe.stock. Pouvez-vous m'indiquer s'il y a une procédure pour signaler ce type de dérive afin que les images soient supprimées au plus vite ? Voire que leurs auteurs soient sanctionnés ?Merci

Bonjour,  J'ai souscris à un abonnement adobe stock avec un mois d'essai, or je n'ai reçu ni mail de confirmation ou quoi que ce soit. Cependant quand je vais sur mes comptes bancaires, je vois bien que le premier prélèvement est prévu. Je ne trouve pas non plus sur mon profil quelque chose qui m'indique que j'ai souscris à quelque chose. Je ne peux donc pas annuler mon abonnement. J'ai quand même pu utiliser 4 crédits (sur les 10 de la formule) le jour même de mon inscription, cependant, je ne retrouve pas non plus sur mon compte les éléments qui sont censés être dans ma bibliothèque.  Est ce déjà arrivé à quelqu'un? Ais-je raté une étape?  Merci par avance pour votre aide. 

The transitions available in Adobe Stock almost all require media replacement. Which is wildly inconvenient in a sequence of 5 or more clips - especially if you've applied characteristics to them (scale, position, etc.) With the downloadable transitions, you're just at the mercy of the transition and have almost no control over many things. Am I just using them incorrectly? Here is an example. I find every transition out there now adopts this method. There must be a better way.

I downlaoded an Adobe Vector image and it has this flaw in it when opened in Illustrator.

I finally opened an Adobe Stock trial account on 10 March 2024 after having an existing Adobe Creative Cloud account that apparently doesn't offer free stock images considering it's a very pricy $59.99 monthly fee.I tried to cancel that Adobe Stock trial account on the weekend of 5 April 2024 because I didn't have need for it anymore. For reference, I followed the instructions on this page, but now I have these errors showing: I'm worried because I also use the same PayPal account to pay for my original Adobe CC plan. I tried to have PayPal link it to an alternate card, but it defaults to the original that I used to pay for the Stock plan, and now I'm unable to fix this.I've also called up my bank for a second time to check if the hold was from their end, but they said it was already fixed as of last week which was when I called about this issue earlier.Any help would be most welcome. 

Hi, I accidentally bought the extended version and only wanted the standard one. Would it be possible to remove this license, refund the credits and give me the standard one? These are photos with ID #448099014 and #124717256.

Is thee a way for me to know what percentage of the image or what part of the image was AI generated? And who the creator is?

Hi, I wanted to know if I am allowed to use the adobe stock video for a video loop on the login/signup screen for an app that I am building? And if so, what license do I need?

I recently downloaded an image that claims to be seamless but really when tiled there are lots of little color inconsistencies. Very important while printing! Beware when downloading seamless vectors, I know from experience that converting JPGs to vectors creates these inconsistencies and I think that's what some artists probably do that results in this issue.

I downloaded an image from Adobe Stock without downloading the preview first.  After importing it into Photoshop I noticed that there appear to be faint artifacts of other watermarks on the image.  I knew this was an AI-generated image before downloading it but I didn't expect to find these additional watermarks on the image.  This makes it unusable. Wanted to report this image for further review.   I'm not concerned about getting refunded but wanted to keep others from making the same mistake. https://stock.adobe.com/images/icing-frosting-texture-seamless-background-close-up-created-with-generative-ai-technology/598401760?prev_url=detail Also, this is kind of a red flag... I was under the assumption that the images generated with AI were using a dataset of other Adobe stock images.  These watermarks make it seem that Adobe stock is stripping images from Google or elsewhere without consent (hints the watermarks).

If I have plan credits and pack credits available, is it possible to specify which I want to use for a particular purchase? It seems like any image licensed uses plan credits by default, is there a way to override this?

I accidentally downloaded the wrong stock image.  Is it possible to be credited the 1 license it used?  Thank you.

FILE #: 535769840 is a misleading stock asset. It says it has a transparent background but the grey checkerboard background is baked into the video and impossible to remove with After Effects. Would like those 8 credits back.

So after many many hours of trying to download previews for images and being unsuccessful, I am at my wits end.Thought I figured out my problem when I realized I was not on a new Stock plan. So I switched to one of the current offerings .This did not resolve the issue. Following what little help I've found on the website none of the suggestions helped either. Cleared browser, logged out of Creative Cloud and logged back in. Creative Cloud app up to do date. Have tried 4 browsers on both a Mac and Windows machine (up to date versions of latest OS). Still no resolution. Depending on the browser a message may pop up briefly that says "your download will begin shortly". Shortly never happens. Unless Adobe's definition of shortly is days, then I guess I have still waiting to do.Since I'm just trying to get preview images, going into License History is useless. They are not even listed there.Any help is greatly appreciated. Trying to start a new project and practically have hit a brick wall

Hi. This set of icons is uploaded under two different image ID's; #641892173, only available as JPEG and #641892519, available as JPEG *and* AI (as it should be considering it is even presented as editable and an obvious vector graphic). I, of course, downloaded the first one for a project never thinking it was only a JPEG download. Then I saw the other one when it popped up after I checked [vectorized] in the filters.  The producer have uploaded loads of icon sets, so I hope there isn't some sort of hustle going on. It would be a good idea for Adobe to look through so there isn't more double files with different file numbers than those mentioned above.I also would like the credit refunded. I need help if I can get it. I accidentally liscensed "african Drums" audio twice on my account.. how can I reverse this? 

I've downloaded some frame borders from Adobe Stock Images. They are in a jpeg file format, but also have in AI file type not knowing which is best. How do I extract a single image from these files to use as a border in a different file containing a photo of mine?   [moderator message: do not post the licensed files in this public forum. I had a email to start a free trial to only then use the link to be charged?isn't this illegal practice? adobe - refund please...
