Estava apenas olhando as imagens no site, cliquei para saber mais informações e a página de licenciamento abriu, fazendo com que eu clicasse sem querer e comprasse o ativo (pedido AE02254400051CBR, imagem #696068166). Não há página de confirmação nem nenhum aviso de que não é possível cancelar a compra (mesmo com a imagem custando quase 1000 reais, um valor altíssimo), o que é um absurdo, fazendo com que o usuário realize a compra por engano - parece até proposital. Não fiz download da imagem, não quero e não vou utilizá-la e quero o imediato estorno e cancelamento da compra.Solicito que algum funcionário da adobe responda o tópico e por favor resolva o meu problema.

Ensure that a pop-up blocker is not blocking the download page.2. Ensure that your browser accepts cookies and your firewall doesn’t block outgoing information.3. Sign out from Adobe Stock, sign back in, and try downloading the asset again.4. Try to download the image using a different browser.5. Clear your browser cache and delete your Internet history.It still won't download to my PC.Please help me. Thank you.

This asset is identified as "Penticton Bridge" when in fact it is Okanagan Falls, British Columbia. Please correct the location. Thank you.

Hallo zusammen, für das kommende Release meiner Band würde ich gerne ein Stock-Bild (KI-Generiert) als Single-Cover nutzen. Es würde in soweit verändert werden, dass es zugeschnitten wird und ein Bandname und der Titel darauf geschrieben wird.Die Single soll nicht physisch erscheinen und es soll kein Merch (T-Shirts etc.) erstellt werden. Sie wird im Streaming (Spotify & Co.) veröffentlicht. Das Cover ist nicht der Hauptbestandteil der künstlerischen Veröffentlichung, sondern die Musik. Meine Fragen dazu wären: 1. Welchen Lizenztyp brauche ich hierfür? Reicht eine Standardlizenz oder brauche ich eine erweiterte Lizenz. (Hierzu vielleicht auch die Frage, ob das Aufrufen von verschiedenen Konsumenten im Streaming als Kopie bzw. Ansicht zählt).2. In wieweit ist eine Quellenangabe erforderlich? Bei der Veröffentlichung kann z.B. in Social Media problem eine solche Bennenung stattfinden, auf Spotify beispielsweise könnte ich keine Referenz zu dem Bild angeben. ich ho

Leider finde ich keine konkrete Anlaufstelle, um die vor kurzem erworbenen Bilder zu reklamieren. Die Bilder wurden als Stock-Bilder angeboten und sollten für eine große Kampagne genutzt werden. Die Vorschau sah gut aus, doch erst nach dem Kauf der finalen Daten mussten wir erhebliche Fehler in den abgebildeten Personen feststellen, was den Einsatz der Bilder verhindert. Es handelt sich um folgende Bilder: #657873091 (Fehler an der Hand und an den Zähnen der Frau und Fehler an den Augen des Mannes und der Hand (Daumen zu klein))#657872957 (Fehler an den Zähnen der Frau und an der Augenpartie des Mannes) #664862997 (Zähne der Personen nicht ganz einwandfrei, defekte Kette am Hals der Frau)  Auf stock.adobe.com konnte ich keine Möglichkeit finden, einen Reklamationsvorgang einzuleiten, darum wende ich mich jetzt hier an den Support. Freue mich auf eine Rückmeldung. 

Hi i purchased on 2021 a AdobeStock picture with extended  licence. The picture was not flag as "special" so standar extended licelce applies. We used the picture to print a travel catalogue and put it into a page. Question is if i want to use the same picture for a reprint of the same catalogue today, in 2024, should i buy again the same picture with the extended licence or is still valide the old one of 2021? in other words: does the extenede licence usage of a picture expires? I tried with the customer care support but their answers were contraddictory and i ping pong with an endless ticket. Thanks for the ones can help.  Ciao Luca

Hello,I have an inquiry regarding Adobe Stock. I had previously made a payment around April 2023 for a free trial of Adobe Stock and Firefly when Firefly was released, and I understood that a refund was processed. However, upon checking on January 15 for a change in payment method, I discovered charges for Adobe Stock, which I hadn't used for the past 10 months. Additionally, there are charges for the refund. I am willing to continue my subscription for Creative Cloud, but not for Adobe Stock. As a student turned working professional, the amount is quite burdensome. Could you please review this matter and confirm that Adobe Stock has not been used since April? Also, I would like to know if a refund for this situation is possible. Thank you for your assistance.

First let me highlight my exasperation, the customer service from Adobe is non existant, they make it very difficult to solve problems, particulary around billing!! Instead relying on their customers to provide the customer service to other customers (eye roll) I have disovered I am being charge for Adobe Stock Shutterstock, on a yearly plan. Adobe Stock Shutterstock is a program I rarely use and when I do, I have an on demand subscription.     I have already been charged for two months. When I attempted to cancel I was told I would be charged almost $400 to cancel because apparently I have a 1 year subscription.  So if I cancel I subscription I don't believe I sighed up for I will be charged.  If I don't want to pay the $400 I get to continue paying for a subsription I don't want for another 10 months!!  WT!! The following image is of unacceptable quality to be included in the stock repository. It is a whale generated through AI which has three fins (one of which is coming out of its eye). I signed up to Adobe Stock prompted by an ad claiming a 30 day free trial. I was billed instantly, which I can live with, but now when attempting to cancel I have to pay out the year and lose the credits I haven't used‽  Can anyone explain to me how this is a reasonable strategy? I feel very ripped off.

Hi!   A bit curious about what you can and cannot do with Adobe stock footage.   A creative agency in Sweden has used the lioness from Adobe Stock-images as a references, (most likely without buying). The logo was annouced yesterday, and it seems that it will be printed on various merchandise items such as cups and shirts.    The owner of the football club just went out in media and said that nothing is wrong, and that "its hard to create an unique lion".    My question: is it ok to copy Adobe stock footages, and just changing a few small details, such as the eyes in this instance?     The football club: [link removed by a moderator] The creative agency: [link removed by a moderator]

Hi. I've payment creative cloud account and yesterday I used adobe stock to download a few photos. Today I started to work on another project and searched some free adobe stock photos. I've found but when I try to download, it says: "This asset cannot be licensed."when I try to add it in my library, it added succesfully but I cannot reach it in my photoshop. I can see the thumbnail but there is a "buy" button on it. and written "licanse image..." when I try to use another photos, I have same situation. there is no free assets in my stock adobe account right now. what should I do right now?

Curious if anyone knows why there is such a massive pricing gap between HD video licensing at 30 credits and 4k video licensing at 20x the cost at 600 credits.

What happened with filter choices? I can't sort out Ai or Illustration when I'm searching for images anymore. Get tons of really bad AI-images when I'm looking for pictures. Very frustrating and time consuming.

Seulement j'ai souvent un message qui m'indique que mon quota de téléchargement est dépassé et que je dois prendre un abonnement pour continuer. Effectivement en lisant bien les termes, la version gratuite de stock et limité en termes de téléchargement mais selon une base inconnue et non communiqué par adobe.La question est: quelqu'un sait à combien de téléchargement on a le droit en étant en free ? Et comment ça se passe si c'est par mois, période, ou journalier, etc. J’ai cherché sur divers forum et question sur adobe et je ne trouve pas cette information.

I have an enterprise account through my school and I wanted to try Adobe Stock. I now want to remove the subscription but there isn't an option for it at all. Additionally, when I reach out to customer care they don't see anything showing on my account saying I have Stock. I have attached a screenshot showing that it is visible on my end. I received a number to call for enterprise issues and EVERY SINGLE PERSON can't understand anything I am saying because they have the worst phone service in whatever country they are in, so they keep asking me to repeat what the problem is. Is there anyone who can help with this or someone from ADOBE who can call from a decent phone in the US so we can sort this out? [Moderator deleted private information.
