I had an email from adobe that HD video's are now included in our subscription, but when i want to download one, I'm still being asked for a subscription or to buy it seperatly. we have a Creative Cloud Alle apps Pro-edition licence.

Hi  I have two questions. 1. I have been using Adobe stock images standard assets (not marked as Editorial Images on the Adobe stock photos website) with standard licence (not extended license) on my travel-focused website without credit. Is this ok?  2. I have just been approved as a direct publisher on MSN.com. This means that I will be publishing my travel-related content on the MSN.com platform. There might be references to recent travel-related research and trends in travel in my content. Do I need to add photo credit on MSN.com for Standard photos (not marked as Editorial assets on the Adobe Stock website) for which I have bought the Standard License (not the Extended License)? If I should add photo credit on MSN.com, do I do it in the form "Image credit: [Photographer's Name] - Adobe Stock" or is "Image credit: Adobe Stock" enough, since for many photos I only have the nickname of the photographer? And do I add the credit on the photo or in the

Now I’m located in country where Adobe is not available ("...Russia, Belarus, and China...") , when I downloading paid photos and vectors (with trial) from Adobe stock I get the following message: “Licenses cannot be purchased online in your region. While using stock.adobe.com I get a "Risky domain blocked" warning from Norton safeweb. The warning is presented after I license and asset. I am concerned that Adobe is leveraging an unsafe cdn.

Adobe Stock does not indicate the number of purchased credits, which is unfriendly.This type of sales method is illegal in Japan.The number of credits required to purchase each asset should be clearly stated on the website or Help.

I am subscribed to Adobe CC via my organization, which includes unlimited Adobe Stock downloads. The message "Your plan includes unlimited Adobe Stock downloads" appears in my Creative Cloud dashboard. However, whenever I search for an image and the browser window pops up with the results, every single result has the blue button that says "Free with trial". When selecting 'Manage Account' and being directed to the account screen, I can see that I should have access to unlimited Adobe Stock downloads as part of my organizations plan.It appears like it is trying to get me to pay for something that my employer is already paying for.

Dear Adobe Developers,Thank you for creating such a fantastic suite of incredible tools. However, as a designer I'm requesting that there be some way to bookmark favorite templates/images/whatever within Stock without needing to purchase a license. Sometimes I want to filter down to just a select few before making a decision and selecting a single asset.It would be nice to be able to go back to my "bookmarked assets" in the future and not have to search everything again to find something I found intriguing a few week prior. Sincerely,A big fan of your work

The asset in question is 625062663, I downloaded it because the thumbnail looks ok, however upon opening the .ai file I can now see the image very poor quality and cannot be used in my project. I'm afraid the misleading thumbnail will cause other users the same problem, I had, please remove the asset from the library.  Here is a closeup of the asset:

Dear Adobe Support,I am currently encountering issues with my Adobe Stock account. Although I have an Adobe Enterprise version provided by my university, which previously allowed me unlimited access to Adobe Stock, I am now unable to download any assets. After realizing that I needed an extended license (not just the standard license I already purchased with credits), I have been trying to find out how to purchase the photo again. I tried looking in my license history because, apparently, there should be an option to re-purchase, but this option does not appear.

Hello, I'd like to find out more about contributor "Top Images" and the description "Generated with AI". Is "Top Images" a human designer using AI tools with existing images or are the images entirely AI generated?  Any information is helpful. Thank you.

I use a lot of Stock for my companies marketing, and have noticed the sheer MASS of AI Art being dumped on Adobe Stock. Its mostly not even retouched AI Art, but just straight up what Midjourney (or whatever AI) generated. Thanks, but if I wanted AI Art, I'd go and subscribe to one of the many providers, and ask the AI specifically for an image. I don't care if there is AI Art on here. If people want to buy it, so be it. But a FILTER and tags are absolutely essential to implement, yesterday. Its wasting my time, its clogging up searches and occasionally the AI images uploaded here are just an insult to my eyes.What i'm saying is, AI Art is dragging the quality of your Stock site down, Adobe. I just want to filter the garbage.

Hi, I am new to Adobe Stock and was browsing to add images to my library. Unfortunately, while searching, I mistakenly clicked on the icon to license picture #235618788 instead of viewing its details. Can this picture be unlicensed, considering I have not downloaded it? I get this error when trying to access my adobe stock librariesand this error when trying to load a specfiic libraryThis has been happening for a week now. So far, I have tried a different browser (firerox, chrome, edge), cleared my cache and cookies, restarted my computer, logged out and back in, and temporarily disabled my firewall. It seems to only be an issue on my computer as it works on my Husband's computer. Has anyone else had this issue and know how to fix it? Thanks! 

Hi  I am trying to understand why the search engine returns a different number of images depending on the order in which the keywords are entered. If I search for "england cottage" I get 27,613 images, AND If I search "cottage england I get 27,613 images If I search "english cottage" I get 1,282,804 images returned, BUT If I search "cottage english" I only get 23,924 Any ideas why?   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hello! Hello, so I needed Adobe for a project that I was working on and I cancelled it today, after billing me for the first time. The page that popped up said that I will get a full refund, but in the email it doesn't say anything about it. This concerns Creative Cloud and Stock, I cancelled both and they both said I will get a refund, but nothing in the email. Can you please help me?
