Hello. About 5 months ago I subscribed to Adobe Creative Cloud as part of my curriculum. After some time, the amount debited from the card doubled and it turned out that I also had a second package with Adobe Stock included, which I did NOT add myself. I tried to cancel my subscription, but now it asks me for 180€. how to avoid this penalty payment and why was it added by itself? thank you in advance.

Hello folks,i've downloaded File 575072874, which is named "Water electric splash logo reveal fully editable template.".I'm pretty new to adobe stock, so i thought there may be something more after licensing it, but it seems the .mov file is all i can get. Unfortunatley this means this isn't a template at all (seems to be common with the files provided by "Designation"). Is there a way to get my credits back, since it isn't really useable that way? Best regardsAlex

Im pretty sure it is not allowed to sell images of copyrighted characters. This AI focused contributer has many dragonball z themed ones along with other infringing designs: Vector Dragon Ball Goku t-shirt design anime style, Generative Ai Stock Vector | Adobe Stock Infact this contributer has many half assed ai-generated vector designs of low quality in thier gallery. Is there anyone that actullly checks this stuff before it's offered for sale?

I can no longer see the most useful filtering features: sorting by image shape, and filtering out AI results. Why make it more difficult to find what we need? The AI generated content is abysmal and I do not wish to see it.

Hola a todos, Deseo cancelar mis suscripción a Adobe Stock Photo, realicé la suscripción a través de los 30 días de prueba gratuitos. Tras estos 30 días me han pasado el cobro pero en ninguna parte puedo ver la factura ni tampoco aparece que esté asociada a ningún plan y por lo tanto no me permite darme de baja. ¿Esto le ha ocurrido a alguien más? He contactado con Adobe a través de su chat y he revisado toda la información que ofrece Adobe para estos caos, pero no me dan ninguna solución y tampoco puedo hablar con ellos por otros medios. ¿Alguna manera diferente de contacto: e-mail o teléfono? Necesito solucionarlo. Gracias. 

HiLibraries avaliable in app and online differ:online: in app:some are in both locations, others are in one but not the other (eg. 'Stock Templates' only in the online version).  Also, some stock images open in photoshop when double clicked, and some don't. Can I please ask why that is? 

I purchased an adobe stock photo with bank notes in it. Now photoshop will not open it saying it is against the rules of this program to open images with banknotes.  How doI bypass this?  How can adobe stock be sellign images you can use with adobe cc?

Obnoxious reporting system. I've been on with support for almost 40 minutes to report a single image. Absolutely ridiculous. Image 672170050 is a very strange image of a little girl on the floor with her legs spread apart with the focus being right in between her legs and everything else being blurry. I got the free subscription for adobe stock. I meant to cancel it before i was charged. i thought i did cancel it but i was still charged. Is it possible to get a refund? i haven't used it since i was charged and i don't plan on it. Thank you

Hallo, ich konnte mein 1 -Monat Probe Abo von Adobe Stock nicht kündigen. Nun habe ich die Nachricht bekommen dass es einen Fehler bei meiner Zahlung gegeben hat. Ich möchte das Abo aber gar nicht haben. Abofalle ??

Cambien el plan, tenia como 200 creditos acumulados y cuando se actualizo me saco los creditos que tenia anteriormente y por los cuales ya habia pagado. Es correcto ? Los podre recuperar ?

Is there a way to set a budget or allocate credits to users or teams?ORIs it possible to limit who can license images in adobe Stock? We have a single enterprise account that covers a number of smaller teams / users.
