Hi,I'd like to report a bug, that in the plans page, I can't change from 40 credit packs to any other numbered credit packs in my browser. I've tried two different browsers, but still, the problem occurs. I still use Windows 10. I'm unable to buy 5 credit packs.Just about a week or two ago, the plans page worked fine, and I could change the credit packs and buy the credit packs normally. But now I can't change them. Please, fix this bug. Thank you very much!

Hi there I'm after a stock credit refund on licence download #497307822 because downloaded a pic and on zooming in it bad AI. Thank-you!

I am not able to cancel my Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription. From past few days i am seeing You'll be able to manage this plan shortly.

I have over 100 Stock credits, but whenever I want to download the preview picture, Adobe asks me to purchase the free subscription. Anyone have the same problem? The german support could not help me.

I downloaded a business card template which I edited. It went to print only for me to discover it's formatted as A4.An A4 business card. This cost me money through printing errors (yes - my bad, but I was in a hurry, hence using an Adobe Stock template). Why is it not possble to report the asset? The only reporting options are:Content contains the names of people (including artists' names)Content may infringe on IP rights (such as copyright, design, or trademark rights, model or property rights)

I use Adobe stock frequently for a client, and just went to download some previews and was served a paywall. I'm hoping this is a bug.

I can't download preview on stock videos. It keeps popping up a paywall. Just last night, I was still able to download video previews. So I believe is a bug. Please investigate and fix.

Hello everyone, I requested a withdrawal to my Skrill account on the 15th, but as of today (the 24th), the payment is still pending in my Adobe Stock contributor dashboard. Could someone please check why this delay is happening and let me know when the funds will be cleared? Thank you!

Have not been able to download and preview photos to share with client today. I just keep being directed to the select a plan page. When will this be fixed?

I'm looking for high-quality photos of places and objects that exist in the real world, not fantasy slop churned out by a mindless algorithm. Using the "exclude generative AI" filter helps a lot, but I still sometimes run into images that are blatantly AI-generated, like the one below. Is there an easy way to report these images? Thank you.

Hello,I can't download any images.I still have the same error : "error": "Service Unavailable""code": "100""case": "83c3c40061f05f5ba86a3ce466fbd424"It seems there is an error with the server. Can you help me pls ? Thank you ?

Issues is affecting multiple users from all browsers.

I've tried on Chrome and Firefox.

I purchased an annual subscription last year, and recently received an email stating that it will automatically renew with monthly charges unless I cancel. However, despite trying to cancel for months, the system doesn’t even show that I have an active subscription. There is no accessible way to cancel - emails to support bounce back because the mailbox is full, and the chatbot is unhelpful, refusing to connect me with an agent since it claims I don’t have an active account linked to my email. This situation feels like a scam, as I am being charged without any clear way to stop the subscription or reach proper support.

I am not able to download the images and videos from the adobe stock whereas i have unlimited image quota for me

Yeah I was wondering the same as I'm currently trying to use some Adobe stock footage my client selected 1426758896, and it's terrible quality. While being 4K it looks like somebody did a bad pulldown from 24p to 30p, as there are inconsistent doubled frames and it has really bad compression artifacts. Users should be able to quickly file a complaint not just about copyright issues but the quality of your stock.   [moderator detached this from a different thread] [Moderator cured the subject for clarity. Was: How to report issues with Adobe Stock imagery?]

I've been seeing more questionable images both culturally and right-out racist intent images. There needs to be a way to flag these if Adobe is not going to have due diligence to preview images before posting.Just saw this one posted : https://stock.adobe.com/images/alligator-alcatraz-vintage-badge-design-for-t-shirt-retro-prison-emblem-with-aggressive-gator-alligator-alcatraz-is-camp-for-holding-illegal-immigrants/1613393094

A problematic image has been posted to AdobeStock. It is strange to see a man wearing a woman's obi.Men's and women's kimonos are different, and a man cannot wear a women's obi.https://stock.adobe.com/jp/images/%E8%A6%8B%E3%81%A4%E3%82%81%E5%90%88%E3%81%86%E6%96%B0%E9%83%8E%E6%96%B0%E5%A9%A6%E3%80%81%E7%B5%90%E5%A9%9A%E3%83%BB%E5%92%8C%E5%A9%9A%E3%83%BB%E7%9D%80%E7%89%A9/728218017?prev_url=detail The kimono the woman is wearing is not a wedding kimono. She is wearing a "furisode" kimono, which is worn for coming-of-age ceremonies and other occasions. For weddings, she wears an "iro-uchikake" or a "shiromuku."It would feel out of place at a normal wedding.https://stock.adobe.com/jp/images/%E5%92%8C%E5%A9%9A%E3%80%81%E7%B5%90%E5%A9%9A%E5%BC%8F%E3%81%AE%E6%96%B0%E9%83%8E%E6%96%B0%E5%A9%A6/734202704?prev_url=detail The shape of the kimono is strange.Rendering errorhttps://stock.adobe.com/jp/images/young-japanese-couple-in-traditional-clothes-kimono-blooming-garden-sakura-spring-time

Hello!I regularly see AI images and assets that are not marked as such available, like this one here:https://stock.adobe.com/images/fort-wayne-vector-art-featuring-parkview-field-and-historic-skyline/1525558027?prev_url=detailIt would be great if there were a way to report to the team that an image appears to be AI generated and should be marked as such. Thanks!

Lack of sharpness. The file can't be used for large formats (as I wanted to do)ID 797530990

I came across this image, which was perfect for my needs, but upon closer inspection, it is very strange. It's like one of those 'what do you see first' images. Is it a guy with a cap on backwards, taking a golf shot, or is it a guy looking at you but his torso is on backwards? And if the cap is on backwards, why??  https://stock.adobe.com/au/images/golfer-silhouette-on-golf-course-with-dynamic-splatter-paint-effect-on-abstract-background-painted-illustration-concept-of-professional-and-luxury-sport-leisure-time-recreation-games/757324336?prev_url=detail Is this the best place to report these types of errors?

Unable to download audio preview file from Adobe stock.Getting this below error from past two days.  Any solution???
