Stock Contributors

I have files that have been under review for more than 5 months, and others that seem to be following the same path as they keep piling up. The new files I upload are reviewed immediately, but the backlog never gets cleared. Previously, this issue affected around a hundred files, but now nearly 400 have accumulated over the months. I would like to understand why this is happening and if there is anything I can do to resolve the situation. Last year, I had to delete all the files that experienced this issue because they were never reviewed. 

Hi everybody I have a question  I know that  at Christmas and occasions,the sales rate begin to decrease for some images.And the sales of the event photos start to increase.I know that the quality and number of photos also determine the sales rate  for me: I had nearly a steady sales rate.There were many types of pictures being sold. But ,During Christmas, this rate dropped by about 80%, which is normal. Because i don't have Christmas photosBut why is the sales rate still low? Of course it gets a little higher but it's still low after Christmas ending For you, is it now normal or the sales rate of normal photos still quite low?

Hello everyone, I recently submitted four vector files to Adobe Stock, and while two of them were approved, the other two were rejected. The rejection was due to the following potential issues: The vector file contains raster/bitmap images (vector files must not include raster elements). The JPEG preview was overly compressed, leading to texture issues. The JPEG preview resolution was below the required 5,000 x 3,000 (15 million pixels). Anti-aliasing was not used when exporting the vector file to JPEG, causing line-related problems in the preview. However, I’ve thoroughly checked my rejected files, and they adhere to the same standards as my previously approved submissions. The vector files are purely vector-based without any raster elements, and the JPEG previews meet the resolution and quality requirements. Hi everyone,I’m new to stock and joined Adobe at the beginning of October. I haven’t been uploading very regularly, and most of my images are AI-generated. I uploaded lot of image for Adobe stock and most of the images are rejected, the main reason is QUALITY ISSUES,  how to improve the image quality? 

I uploaded various textured gradient backgrounds, but they are being rejected due to similarity, even though they are almost all different, varying in both color and texture. However, the entire batch was not accepted. Is there a way to solve this problem?

It's been more than 8 weeks since I uploaded my design. Still my design is not approved yet. what do i do now

Who sets the price at which the image is sold? I notice that images are sold differently; an image I considered sensational was sold for $0.33, while another of lower quality was sold for $1.36. What should be done to sell all images at a higher price?  What is the maximum price at which an image can be sold? I’m referring to purchasing the standard license; I doubt anyone would ever buy an image with a $60 extended license.

Hi everyone I'm a beginner here and some of my files were rejected . All my contents are made using ai tools so if you are also using ai for your content please I need help identifing the specific issues with my art and suggestions on how I can fix them, thanks.

 pleses clear me one thing ,  where there is written photos , illustrations , vectors, on the left side , the photos means they are actuall photos taken by camera or these are AI created ones ? second things is if i am generating poples images through AI , should i select photos or illustration in the upload section ?  

Hi everyone, I recently requested a withdrawal of $100 from my Adobe Stock account around January 11, but my account was deactivated just now. I’m concerned whether this will affect my pending payment. Has anyone experienced something similar? Will Adobe still process payments for a deactivated account, or should I expect issues? Hello,may i know why this issue happen? When I clicked in to view it, I couldn't see the relevant pictures and reasons. Has anyone know what causes this? Thanks for your help. 

I uploaded some images, submitted them, and they were reviewed and approved. After that, they were visible on both my main profile and the Adobe Contributor Profile. However, a day later, I added one or two keywords and removed one or two as well. Since then, the issue is that these images are no longer visible on my main Adobe Stock profile but are still visible on my Adobe Contributor Profile. The rest of the images are showing perfectly fine. There's no problem. Only the ones where I changed a keyword or two, only one image is showing in the main profile, but they are visible in the contributor profile What could be the reason for this? Is it safe for my account, or should I delete the images? The keywords I added were basic words and do not violate any rules. Can someone guide me on this matter? Please advise. Thank you!

Hi! It’s my first time uploading PNG files to a stock website, and I’ve run into an issue: light-colored images are hard to see on the white background. I’ve noticed that some other authors upload PNG files with a semi-transparent black background. However, the upload guidelines state that there shouldn’t be any background. What’s the correct way to handle this situation? There’s no option to upload a JPG preview or select the display background for your PNG files. Can I add a 90% black background directly to the PNG image? Thank you!
