Stock Contributors

Hi, they all got rejected due to quality issue, but i dont know how to improve. Can anyone advice ? Im new. Thanks so much !

It's been 10 business days and i'm still waiting for payment. How long do i have to wait? It's sayin 7 to 10 days but still nothing...

Few days ago I uploaded some vector files in ZIP but then I learned that Adobe Stock can't accept ZIP file anymore, so what should I do in this circumstances? My vector files I uploaded in Zip are still in review, should I re-upload them or wait till the reviews done?

Hi,the last two days I tried to upload a .zip-File with an .eps-Vector-File (saved with Inkscape) and the preview .jpg-Image (5000px * 5000px).Everytime I try to upload the file the site returns the following error:".zip cannot be uploaded, since the file has no valid filetype." (I had to translate the message because I found no option to change the language to english.)(.jpg-Upload alone works fine)I read the other discussions from three month ago where several people had the same problem because Adobe turned off .eps-Upload for a while and turned it back on later. But I cannot find any information why it doesn't work for me today. I already wrote to Adobe Support but they haven't answered yet.Thanks for any help.Best RegardsC

Hi so submission for contributor have options . People and Property are fictional checkbox or Recognizable people or propterty (Yes or No). I am subbmitting AI image simple (wheat seeds on whtie background) )and have checked the AI content checkbox already What should i choose between those two?Context: I have already submitted some files and there were no people images or property (ex. wheat plants, flowers image ai, etc) but contributor moved it to reminders saying that it needs a people or property release. what should i do? wheat seeds images does not need a property release right?   

 I ve been awaiting for more than a month my vectors for review! All them are in zip ! So what do I have to do now?? No support in Adobe Stock any more, no any announcements about changing, etc. Nothing. What to do, please help anybody!

I have an image I posted to Adobe Stock 3 years ago which had been downloaded a number of times is now rejected with the following notification:Thanks for giving us the chance to consider your image. Unfortunately we were unable to process your file. Please contact us for more information.I have 2 copies of the same file but both are post processed in differnt ways. Both have multiple downloads. Anyone know why one would be suddenly rejected?? and can you advise how i can contact them?? I cant find any way.

I withdraw my payment Sunday, June 30, 2024 and today as per my country, the date is Friday, July, 2024. I have not received any payment yet and status is also pending. Please guide me about this issue. THis is the first time in 3 years with me that my payment is too late 

How can I create a canvas that will meet the 4mp min requirement. I am confused, I created the canvas with the dimensions 720px by 1280px, with the dpi set to 300. I do not see any other settings to adjust to get it to 4mp. Is there some sort of trick that will get the canvas to 4mp, but keep the same aspect ratio. I am trying to create images with those dimensions specifically. Even if i have to upscale the image with another software, I just need to keep the aspect ratio the same in the end

I uploaded images to Adobe Stock more than 2 months ago, but my images are still in review. Adobe Stock said that the maximum review time is 4 weeks, but it has been 10 weeks for me. Hi, I upload an illustraition and it was rejected Could  somebody please explain to me why my illustration rejected? It is not a photograph it is an illustration. They said it has exposure problems etc.

I see Adobe stock take more time to review process any artwork. If I focus any upcoming events and I upload image it takes long time to review and almost event time gone.i think Adobe stock moderators need work this problem 

Hi,This is regarding a background design of a single colour with space to insert text.Is it accepted to submit images of the same background design but with a different colour in each image. Since customers might go for different colours depending on their preference and requirements, is that allowed? Thanks.BJNM

Hello, recently almost all AI generated images are rejected because of "quality". I have not changed the workflow, the images are enlarged to the minimum size and I pay attention to the content (number of fingers, anatomy etc). I can't explain where the error is, as some of the series are also accepted. Where is the error? Enclosed 3 examples . Thanks for any hints

Hey, everyone you can see that my file has been in review for the last 4 months what can I do with this single file only whenever I upload other files those will approved but this one is not why adobe is not reviewing this specific file?

How can I delete the images that are not approved?

Is there a way to find the cumulative total for a picture? How much money a picture has generated. If I find a certain subject is selling nicely I would shoot more of it. However I'm finding the information that adobe gives me is next to useless.
