Hi! Please help me to find a reason why my image has been rejected.Reason is "Quality Issues".

Hello, does somebody know a way to set a metadata tag so Adobe Stock automatically understands that the image is AI generated and sets the corresponding checkbox automatically as it does for Keywords, Title, and Description? I've tried setting 'XMP:Label': 'AI Generated', 'IPTC:DigitalSourceType': 'trainedAlgorithmicMedia', but with no luck so far.

Hi guys, I generated a few hair textures picture and they got refusedI know they may not be "perfect" but i was wondering, is this linked to the fact that i "bunch uploaded" them or is it only causeed by quality ? Thanks !

Hi folks, learning on how to avoid rejections and spot problems on photos.... 1.png was rejected2.png was accepted those are people on literary costumes, I will appreciate if you can give me tips on why this different outcome for the two of them.Thanks

I am new to adobe stock and want to know whats the max limit of files i can submit to one account is it 10000 filesand what will happen after i reach 10k uploads i saw many contributors with max 100 pages only

I was trying to create a fun image for a friends Ultimate Frisbee Team. I kept getting the message that a word didn't meet guidelines and will be removed and then realized there was never a frisbee in the image. I've tried a couple different prompts now with the word "Frisbee" and found out this is the word triggering the user guidelines. I don't understand what is happening.

Hi everyone,My Adobe contributor account has been deactivated for more than 2 months. Adobe never responds to my emails. I think the reason for deactivation was because I opened a second account. I was unaware that Adobe had such a rule. Now, if I delete my account, open a new account and upload my works there, will it be blocked again?Thanks in advance.

Hi!I'm having problems trying to upload .mogrt files to Adobe Stock. I already tried following the tips (zip file includind the mogrt, jpg thumbnail and video) from the requirements page. I also used SFTP, which the app tells me the file was successfully uploaded but nothing appears on the uploaded files page even after waiting a while. The zip file is just 1.55MB.What should be the correct way to do it? Am I missing something?

Hey there, I've been wondering about public domain and copyright-free images as potential assets for contribution. Do any of you have experience with such images? I know that most of these images may be used for commercial purposes, but I'm not sure how Adobe Stock views them. Thanks

Hi, i am uploading generative AI photos, but the rejection ratio is too much, does the rejected stock affect my account?? i still have many photos to upload should i upload them or stop it if rejection affects account or lead to block. 

Hi this is my first time submittting images to adobe I read the article about avoiding newsworthy and people as well these are AI generated and adobe rejected . can someone help me understand why.

I am a stock contributor and been working since the last year. i was doing just fine but the last month i got a payout and since then the submission time became horrible. Like literally horrible i have a vector that was posted 30 days ago and still didn't get a review.If someone from adobe is reading this post i'll be so much thankful for a fix.

Why is it that since Monday so many accounts in my country have been affected by de-activated accounts, and we sent email questions to them and there has been no response, I saw several posts in Facebook groups where lots of people experienced this en masse, will the accounts be able to be opened again in the future, but If you made a payout last week, it was sent quickly with the account de-activated, does anyone have the right answer to why all this happened and whether the account can return to normal?thank you 🙂

Hi,I'm a new content creator. I sent 12 vector content to Adobe Stock. It was approved 1 month ago. When you click on the My Portfolio button on the dashboard, this is the URL that opens: https://stock.adobe.com/tr/contributor/212036621/tasarmdolabm, but none of the 12 images are shown. "We couldn't find any all results for . Try your search outside of portfolios." this message is shown. What might cause this situation?
