Is there any way to delete rejected photos. I had some that were deleted for technical reasons that I fixed and resubmitted and were accepted. I'd like to get them out of the rejected group.ThanksJim McNees

I received a warning about AI image QUALITY ISSUES. Below I have attached the AI images that I rendered using stable diffusion. So, can someone tell me what's wrong with my photos? Are they defective in which body parts (face, hands, arms, legs)? Or is the tone of my photo too warm? Even though I've upscaled those pictures, I still don't know what the problem is. Seriously, it seems complicated to me to offer pictures here... Everything is rejected for false reasons, for example it's an AI... No... Poor blurry quality.. It's an original that's not fuzzy at all... Or when it's AI it's about quality ? How is it possible ?

Hi, I have photos which I took many years ago and file size is less than 4MB. The file size is light but quality is around 2000px so that seems enough for web usage I think. But the requirement of stock is over 4MB so I could not post great photos taken a long time ago.Any advice?

How do I get model releases for people who can't be id'ed? Adobe gave an example of a image that doesn't require a release, and it's an image  of a woman's face: where her eyes and forehead are hidden in like a 'milk' bath, exposing just like nose and mouth with red lipstick on in a opened position.  I feel that person could be id'ed faster then my shadow people.

Hi, If I have 2 images which can have the same keywords and titles, and If I make changes in the 2nd image's title and the keywords are same, can it affect the ranking or some how the little bit chance of ranking high on a different keyword on adobe.I just wanna ask if it's worth it to spend my time to change the title?

Hi everyone, I uploaded some files more than a month ago, after that I uploaded several new ones and they were reviewed. But the old ones are not reviewed. Can anyone tell me what the reason is?

My account has been blocked for uploading similar content, I don't know if uploading several photos that look similar can get the account blocked. Although all photos are taken from different angles. Maybe because the description and keywords look the same.I've tried contacting contributor support but it's been a month and there's been no reply at all. Is it possible to get my account back and if not, can I create a new account by re-uploading the old portfolio and use this blocking as a lesson for the future? You may create more than one contributor account if you wish to track different asset types in separate accounts, e.g., video submissions versus image submissions, or generative AI submissions versus traditional photos or illustrations.Can I get paid into a single payoneer account? Or do I need to create a new payoneer receiving account?

Can anyone help with some contact details for stock contributor support?I keep getting emails saying I have sold an item, but the email address they are sending that message to doesn't have an account attached. I have tried to sign in on the email address that the sale notice was sent to, but it's saying the account doesn't exist. I'm getting frustrated as I had a couple of accounts over lockdown, but cannot seem to sign in on that account. Trying to get hold of anyone in support is a complete nightmare.

It is truly amazing to see what criteria they use to select images. To be honest, I don't see a rule. My images are all in high definition because a Nikon D7500 SLR with high resolution. I understand that duplicate photos are eliminated but in the case of these images of Bologna Piazza Santo Stefano you accepted one and rejected 12. It all seems to depend on the good mood of the selector. Sorry but I don't see any other criteria since the opposite also happens and that is that the photos all pass, even the duplicate ones .What can I do for them to be reviewed?Send them identical or with changes?Thank you, bye Enrico Aliberti
