Hi, I am contributor of Adobe Stock from last 5 months. I have some confusions in my mind;1.I always wonder how my images get downloads. As many of other contributors and old contributors have better images than me whose content is also shown at first page when someone search about the image.2. I want to know if the age of image effects it's visibility to the people? Means if I have the image for more than 1 year in my portfolio, will it be downloaded?3. I want to know that which time zone does Adobe Stock use in it's contributor website, as it didn't match my country's time.4. When I check my Activity there are 2 types of Licenses: Custom and Subscription. When our image sell on our Custom License?5. I want to know exact number when our images review limit goes up.6. I am not able to sign in to my account. I am trying to sign in but keep getting alert that We don't have an account with that email address. I emailed adobe support on the same day but it has been 7 days and I have not received any reply. I sent several emails but not getting and reply. I am very worried and I need your help. I have been a contributor to adobe stock for a long time and I have more than 8k images there which someone else is accessing now. I don't know what hackers are doing with my images. Please help

Hello!I am Adobe Stock contributor, and one week ago my account was hacked. I emailed to contributor support but it's no reply till now. All this time I'm trying to apply to Adobe support but it's no result. I had to create new Adobe account to be able to get access to this comunity. Please help! If nobody wants to help me to get my accout back, I'm asking just about declination of all payment requestes which was made from it and temporary ban of account. Just this!

I understand that Adobe Stock prefers to evaluate the work of professionals who have been with them for a long time first. I think it's fair.However, even though I'm not a professional, I tried to do my best to generate photos with AI.- I read the support material that Adobe offers and spent a lot of time. After, I added some images.- I later discovered that the deadline of one month that appears in the system is false and the deadline would be three months. OK.- I looked at the photographs they post weekly for inspiration and I looked for information on social media. This way I discovered that I would have to make adjustments to the images. As there is no option to change, I deleted everything and redid this process 3 times.With the deletions and insertions I made, the deadline for approval increased, but I was willing to wait.Now, in the email I have from Discord, I received a message saying that there was an update and all images made by AI would have to have Generative AI in the ti

Hi,   Maybe someone else already had the idea, but wouldn't it be nice to have some kind of Plugin for PS and/or LR were you can say "Please check if the criteria for Adobe Stock are met" and if so give some kind of "checked" and/or "not fullfilled please check -> (link to the corresponding Adobe help/FAQ Page)" ? If not can someone please make such a thing?! I have committed no crime. Some suspicious files were sold to my account.I informed your team but then seven days afterI paid out my account was blocked.I am not with any offense. 

Any word or recent discussion regarding the "Feature request" for the basic ability to set the thumbnail for submitted videos?  From what I am reading here, this issue has been going on since 2016. This request being ignored makes me wonder just how serious Adobe is about selling video.   This five-second spec is not reasonable and is certainly costing us all sales,  You can't possibly expect buyers to watch every single clip to get to the best part of the content.  This is a huge disservice to ALL parties concerned.  C'mon folks it's almost 2024.  Either give us some control over how our content is displayed or give us a workaround, such as putting a 5-second jpeg at the beginning of each clip.  (Which is considerably more work for us.) Imagine the chaos YouTube would be in if content creators were not allowed to choose the thumbnail for their videos. Como sabéis no es legible y no se puede leer ninguna marca en especial. Mi pregunta es ¿Adobe me va a rechazar esas imágenes tal y como están? ¿Tengo que retocarlas y quitar todas las letras? Hello Adobe Stock Contributors Community,I've encountered an issue where the images I've uploaded to Adobe Stock are not visible when searched within the platform. I've attempted to locate them using the Image ID, but I'm greeted with a "page not found" message. This issue persists even when I try to view the original image from my Behance profile, where I get the same error. Strangely, I've noticed that there have been three sales of these images.Could someone please guide me on why this might be happening? Is there a typical delay in visibility, or could this indicate a problem with my account or the way I'm uploading the images?Any assistance or insight into this matter would be greatly appreciated.

It's been 3 months since my Generative AI content was sent, but until now none of it has been reviewed, I have also sent an official email so that my content can be reviewed, but until now none of my emails have been answered.

Hi. Is it allowed to resubmit AI images that have been rejected due to quality issues after the problems have been fixed? Or is the image "dead"? Do I have to rename the file? I have had many rejected, but have since found some causes.Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a rejection with "we don't need that, thanks". I don't want to re-upload images that were rejected because they were unusable, even though it said "quality problem". Thanks for help

I've uploaded more than 51 photos and just 5 of them AI generated waiting for more than a month in review... Can anyone help?
