Stock Contributors

Hello Dear Adobe Community, My name is Alicja and I have a big problem. Maybe some of you had a similar and can help me. Someone hacked into my email address and Adobe Stock Contributor account. The hacker changed of course my email address - Adobe ID and phone number. I lost access to my Adobe Stock Contributor account. I asked Adobe for help via the contact form. I sent also to contributor-support@adobe.com files confirming, that i am owner of my Adobe Contributor account. I sent also my account registration confirmation. The thief changed my account settings and i can't log in. My recovery phone doesn't work too. A similar situation happened with my Shutterstock Contributor account. Fortunately, Shutterstock Contributor care helped me immediately get my account back. Adobe doesn't respond. Adobe chat tells me "you need to crate a new account" ha ha ha. 10 years of cooperation, 17,000 photos and I should create a new account and leave the other one to the thief? There must be so

Gibt es da feste Zeiten oder wird das immer mal wieder aktualisiert oder nur wenn Verkäufe regisitriert werden?Vielen Dank im Voraus!

Hi all. I'm an accredited photo journalist. I applied and received media credentials from the United States Navy to shoot the Miramar Airshow. I uploaded the Navy's email that stated I was given media credentials as the property release to Adobestock. I attached this to my photo submissions to Adobestock. I then received notification from Adobestock that my photo's were rejected for IP. This information has been used by me on other stock photo sites with no issue. What can I do here at Adobestock to get the photos approved. The United States Navy is not going to fill out one of your property release forms.

Hi, I'm trying to upload a zip file with an .ai (vector file) and the jpeg preview file, but every time I upload on the site I got this error: .zip had upload errors. Hello, Just wondering if someone could look at my screenshots supplied and explain more exactly as to what the problem is with this video clip so i can learn more to avoid future submission rejections, thanks. I'm just a bit confused as to why this clip got rejected and not the others, as part of a sequence, that were shot with the same camera, lens, lighting, settings and editing adjustments. It's not easy to see what the problem is when you get a generic reply covering all sorts of possibilities and not saying exactly what the problem is. Anyway, many thanks and Cheers to you! I'm from Qatar and a  stock contributor. Suddenly the downloads have dropped    When I cross checked on the Adobe stock site except one image non of the images from my profile is showing.    Even when I search for Qatar. hellomy Adobe Stock contributor account is blocked, am I allowed to use the Skrill account, which I have been using to receive payments for that account, with another Adobe Stock contributor account?

Hi Everyone,I am still new to the art of AI and am struggling to get the fingers of people right. Either 6/7 fingers instead of 5 or pieces of fingers missing. I have tried several negative prompts but just cant get it right. Any suggestions would be appreciated.Kind regardsPercy

Ironically, within 30 or 40 minutes of meposting this comment, theymoderated one of my images. Although I got turned down because ofintellectual property, leaving me with a question. Someone in the photo iswearing their school choir shirt, with only a small fraction of it visible,although there are a couple of music notes visible. My editing process has not changed, but recently a much larger percentage of my images are being rejected for quality issues.  I've attached 2 that seem fine to me. In the past I might have 1 out of every 20 or so rejected; now it seems to have almost flipped.I've created these with ai, and then enhanced them.  Any feedback would be helpful.  

I have been waiting for quite a while now on images to be reviewed. I noticed on one of the forums that someone else had a ton of images to be reviewed and,like me, had one image accepted but the rest have not been accepted or denied.Is the current wait time much longer than 1 month?

Regarding re-uploading those files to new contributor account, it's essential to ensure that you have the full rights and ownership of the content. If these files are your original creations and you hold the copyright for them, I should be able to upload them to your new account, even if they were previously on mine terminated account. However, it's a good practice to check the terms and conditions of the platform to ensure compliance with their policies concerning content re-upload from a terminated account.

Hi ,  I was wondering if it is possile to change keywords and language of keywords (settings) of an image while it is been checked?  It would be very helpfull to be able to do this.  And It also would be helpfull if we could see the full image while hovering over the image instead of only haven a square representation of the image.    [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hi,  Just wondering if the IT team / data modeller behind the Stock Dashboard are aware (& maybe fix?) that there are inconsistencies in the different reports based on which date/time zone logic is used?  For example the various daily individual sales records don't count up directly to the same day in the earnings report and the main dashboard chart does not quite match the one under 'My Statistics' For me (I think) some are summed based on my local time (Brisbane, Australia) others seem 2 hours out (NZ time). I assume the  direct reports running off different record date/time attributes or have different date logic applied. Happy to forward some screenshot examples to support if wanted. Either does not impact sales and total numbers, just a messy and could be fixed up.

I can upload a video footage with my face showing on adobe stock?

Hi, Today I made some Ai generated images as always, made some postproduction on them, like folds reduction, and shape them lil, up-scaled them (everything like I always do), but every time I try to upload any file I get this red line notification at the top  "filename.jpg had uploading errors" 

Hello, does anyone know how to help me solve this problem? I made a payment request to my PayPal account, but I forgot to enter my bank details, which ended up causing the payment to be reversed. I contacted Paypal support and they told me to speak to the sender so that a new one could be made. payment. In the payment history, the status is as payment made, but the money was refunded, what measures should I take to have it deposited back into my account? I await your response, thank you in advance

Hello, I'm a newbie to the stock community! I just had a photo rejected for "Quality Issues" but I'm not sure what for exactly. I was hoping I could get some feedback from you experts to see what I can do better for future photos! Any thoughts are appreciated 🙂
