Stock Contributors

Hi! I submitted an image around two months ago, and I recently noticed that it has been marked as "Not accepted". The reason cited for this rejection is "SIMILAR IMAGE(S) ALREADY SUBMITTED". I would greatly appreciate any advice or clarification on how to address this, as it was my first image of its size (4096 * 1024) and the only food banner image I have uploaded that features multiple cuisines. Thank you for your assistance.  

Hola, anteriormente ya he subido 41 imagenes sin una demora excesiva(1 semana maximo) y ahora ya hace mas de un mes que no me han verificado ninguna foto en lo absoluto, quisiera saber la razon ya que no he bajado la calidad de las imagenes ni nada por el estilo, de hecho he mejorado las calidades y la descripcion de las fotos, por ello me parece extraño, alguien sabe que puedo hacer?

Hi all, I was a fotolia uploader long time ago, now to login I used fotolia "forgot password" form, got a link to change my password, changed it and got a confirmation to my email. BUT, when I try to login with my user name and my brand new password I get "Selected account is allready in use" message. See the attached files.  Any help appreciated.

Hello. Could I ask you for help? I operate a contributor account as an individual, there have already been sales, but I have not yet requested a payment (I could). However, due to changes in the law, I now have to start a business and bring this activity of mine into the business. My question is, how can this be solved? Is it enough if I change the data and upload a new tax declaration? Or is it more complicated than that? Do I need to ask customer service for help with the modification? My other question is, as long as there was no payment for it, is it easier to transcribe it? (That's why I waited until now to request payment.) Or can I request payment now and can the data be easily changed afterwards? Thank you very much for the answers!

Hello everyone, colleagues.I encountered a problem with many AI rejecting images and I don’t understand why, because sometimes images with worse quality are accepted, and images with better quality are rejected. hey , how much is the monthly limit of AI upload ?

Empiezo a entender porque son rechazadas y a partir de ahora, procurame esmerarme aun más en la calidad de las mismas, aunque veo algunas de ellas que la verdad una vez comprobadas, no entiendo el rechazo. Tengo varias preguntas:1º ¿Esas imágenes se puede retocar y volver a subir? ¿Se pueden subir con nombres de fichero distintos?2º Adobe acepta el formato Webb?

Hi,I received a message yesterday that my account was temporarily blocked because I had submitted Generative AI content that did not adhere to their guidelines.The email read:"Your account was temporarily blocked after we noticed that you had submitted Generative AI content that is not within our guidelines. Once you review these terms, simply respond back to this message confirming your willingness to remove and make any necessary corrections to your portfolio, so we can reinstate your account again."Yesterday, I sent a response apologizing for my mistake and assuring them that I would remove any images that violated their guidelines.However, my account is still blocked. When can I expect it to be reinstated?

My account has been suspended due to similar content. but i think every contribito waste the time on this platform because million of content available on this platform so similarty can be possible with one to another contributor content that do not means suspend the account. simply remove the content or not accept before publishing.

I've uploaded 300+ images of different bird species and never had a problem until today. I always use the same styles, poses, trees etc. so I have no clue why they were rejected for Quality Issues. 16 out of 40 images weren't accepted.  Here is 3 of the 16.... thanks in advance for any advice!

Ik heb ongeveer 30 dagen geleden foto's doorgestuurd om beoordeeld te worden en er wordt geen enkele beoordeeld. Ik heb er ongeveer 30 in de wachtrij staan en er gebeurd helaas niets mee. Ongeveer een maand geleden zijn er tegelijkertijd 25 foto's afgekeurd wegens niet aantrekkelijk genoeg. Ik heb dat in 2,5 jaar tijd nog nooit meegemaakt. Gewoonlijk worden er 1, 2 of 3 beoordeeld maar sinds een maand geleden niets meer. Ik weet niet wat het probleem is. Ik heb al 2 keer contact formulier ingevuld en 1 keer mail gestuurd, maar krijg geen antwoord. Ik word stilaan wanhopig en depressief.

Hello dear friends.We have already argued with you on this topic, but without much result!Therefore, I propose a more rational way to identify the cause of the deviation. If this reason, or the quality criterion that would be violated, is really known to someone, then he will easily indicate which of the given images were accepted and which were rejected! Otherwise, please admit that this is not known and there are no specific reasons for the deviation, and that such deviations have a chaotic principle without any reason! p.s. I found a way to also download accepted images in original quality, hope the watermark doesn't hurt anyone! I am contributing from 3+ years with 10K plus videos and etc 2 week back i got some good high sales and submitted withdrawal application after that my account has has a validation status issue. i have wrote to contact us and support . but got no email from last 5 days Can you kindly look in it 

I thought were were supposed to clarify an image is AI in our titles (and keywords?) but saw this: Don’t: Add 'generative AI' to titles and keywords. The checkbox "Created by using generative AI tools" classifies your image as a generative AI image. https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/generative-ai-content.html

Don't submit anything that has tell tale signs of being ai generated, it wont be accepted and customers arent interested in that. When you do submit bad ai images where things are out of order, mutated hands, weird archifacts and filled in patches not only will you lower your own standing with the site, you also increase the overall review time for all of us. So please. Really be selective with your ai images, do a lot of editing.If you're new to AI or worse, new to professional editing, calm yourself and study and practise for a while before you attempt a new career as a microstock baron.

I sent in some photos a few years back, got approved and have a very small portfolio. Have had some sales. Would like to start uploading a lot more photos, but can find nothing about how to get paid.  Need directions for selecting  payment from Adobe stock , moving away from paypal and wondering what other avenues of payment are available for contributors. 

I can definitely understand the prolonged review time due to the flood of AI generative content but I now have a lot of assets ready for review that builds up because twice has it been reviewed but first time only 3 assets were reviewed and the rest ignored, second time only a single image were reviewed. that's kinda disparaging. I stopped creating stuff because I don't know what's going on. anyone else, anyone has any intelligent clue on the current situation?

Support form on thw Adobe Stock website also doesnt work - there were no answer for more than 3 weeks. Could you please let me know if there any working way to contact with support?

Hi I got this mail in response of my email - Since your account has appeared in the context of highly irregular sales activities, the account will remain blocked until further notice. This Problem Happened After Money Withdrawal Request. I'm Contributor from past 8 Years with 15000+ Images and 1000+ Videos. But suddenly Blocked my account with Irregular sales activities. But on same day I got huge sales on my Other stock site also. I didn't think those are Irregular sales?. Can anyone share your experience. Have your account unblocked after this type of Incident?

HelloI have just discovered that a lot of my files that were accepted earlier, and even already had some sales - had been removed from my portfolio without any notifications. Some of them now have "generative Ai" added in description. I never upload AI-generated content to stocks, neither write it in description. Why it happened and how to return it?
