Stock Contributors

HiI am an active contributor on adobe stock and recently some of my content approved and can be accessed at https://stock.adobe.com/contributor/211651948/Noman%20Soofi I want this profile to be public and present my content for sale for all. How can I achieve this and whats the process, anyone could help me out? Looking forward for your guidance.Thanks!

Is it okay for the Generative AI content description that the Generative AI description is only written in the description and not added in the keywords? 

I can't figure out the purpose of collections and series.  1. From what I understand, a series is formed in upload order, but I think that even uploading vectors and videos with the same aesthetic at the same time, I can end up with 2 or 3 different series. Sometimes there are only 2 or 3 files put together and if I send images without correlation they may be in the same series, which doesn't make sense. Can I control the images within the "More from this series" option? 2. What makes a collection useful? Is it just for off-site self-advertising?

What is the minimum resolution for images created by generative AI, it says resolutions of less than 5000×3000 will be rejected, is that true? 

I constantly receive notifications from here to my e-mail address.My e-mail address is full. How can I prevent this? I do not want to receive e-mail notifications to my e-mail address.

Hi Everyone My Adobe Stock Contributor account is blocked. I didn't receive any email from Adobe Stock kindly reply and let me know the reason Why my account is blocked. All the artwork that I uploaded is 100% original work made by me. They show this message (Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us.)

Dear supporters of the Adobe Help Center, first of all, I wish you all a good day. I have a small problem that I would like to consult you. I got $4.87 dollars Firefly Bonus in my Adobe Stock account. Total $5.17 I clicked on the "payout" button and I chose "payoneer" as the payment withdraw option. I waited few days and finally got a status "payment error" in Adobe Stock. That money was not returned to the account. I didn't get any mail. I don't see that money anywhere. what should I do now? I wish you all a trouble free day. Thanks

Hello, I've submitted several vector illustrations that have been approved, I just got my first rejection yesterday and I'm having trouble understanding the reason. This is the reason given to me: "Your file has one or more of these issues:Your vector file contains a raster/bitmap image, and vector files must not contain raster elements.Your JPEG preview file has been compressed too much, so textural problems have occurred in the file.Your JPEG preview resolution must not be less than 5,000 X 3,000 (15 million pixels)You didn't use anti-aliasing when exporting your vector file to JPEG, so there are problems with lines on the JPEG file." Now, I believe none of these actually apply to my submission so I'm wondering if it's possible the issue wasn't actually listed here. I've included a link to the ai file(as I can't attached it for some reason) as well as the jpg. Hi! I uploaded two images approximately a month and 15 days ago, one of them was JPEG version and other one was PNG Transparent background version. JPEG was approved after around 28 days. However, PNG today was "Not accepted". The given reason for rejection is "Quality Issues". Could someone provide insights or guidance on the specific quality problems with this picture? Although I'm confused why JPEG was accepted and PNG was not. Hello community. How are your sales this fall? Usually every year there is a noticeable increase, but not this year.

Iam at awe at the number of images of mine being not accepted due to technical issues and needing property releases where non is need.    I work with 6 different well established stock agencies and have done really well.  All of my images have been approved except on a rare occasion where a logo or branding slipped by me.  I have been a photographer for many years and worked as a commercial real property and their services photographer until my retirement.  Because of this work I have a lot of knowledge about releases and when it is necessary to acquire them.   I sell almost daily on Adobe Stock with the ones that were accepted.  Funny to see what they declined as technical issues and needing property releases are some of my non editorial top sellers on other stock agencies.  I believe the reviewers are not of top quality, or training.  Anyone else have this issue.

We apologize for this unusual circumstance" All my works are AI marked. Both in descriptions and keywords. The buyer must know what he is paying for.For me this is a fundamental point. I am primarily a photographer, AI was a new opportunity for me. We all need to evolve and try new things. I don't plan to go back to AI. I've sent a lot of files, but why does the review take so long, it takes a month, unlike files that are rejected, sometimes within 5 minutes of being uploaded they are immediately rejected, then files that are approved take so long, can't it be accelerated, especially when I'm chasing moments like autumn in my content that

I got a lot of irregular downloads in the month of september. I can't out why I'm getting so many downloads. Will there be any problems with my account for this extra download? And what will be the solution? I am very worried about it. Thank you.

My account is blocked. Even before the blocking, I submitted a request to withdraw funds. Three weeks have passed and the money has not been transferred and I have no access to my wallet. Administrators do not respond to emails.
