Halllo!   Ich habe früher in Fotolia.com die Bilder hochgeladen um zu verkaufen und ich habe einige Bilder verkauft. Über die Übertragung weiss ich nicht genau, ob ich das gemacht habe oder nicht. ich habe es vergessen, ich sehe aber folgendes: ich habe Credits, aber alle meine Bilder und mein Kontent existieren nicht mehr. meine frage ist: Warum? Kann ich irgendwie meine Dateien nachholen ?   (Moderator hat das Thema in das richtige Forum verschoben)

Hello,I've posted a few photos with success, but the 4 attached were not accepted and not sure why.  I wondered if it was to do with de-noise but the others I've had accepted also used de-noise at the same settings.  Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Have quite a few images in moderation. States up to 4 weeks that your images may be there before approval. Have some that have already hit the 4 week mark. Any ideas on how to get the images approved for sale?Since my images are seasonally based they season may pass before they are approved potentially.   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Bonjour, Je suis nouvelle "contributeur" sur Adobe stock, je me demandais, quel format de fichier pour les images vectorielles se vend le plus, ai ou eps? Et le format png est-il demandé fréquemment par les acheteurs?  J'ai lu qu'on ne devait pas mettre des virgules dans les titres d'images, j'en ai mis quand même car j'ignorais la façon de faire. Est-ce un problème? Merci!

I recently uploaded an AI generative image depicting a colorful illustration of human brain hallucinations, with a focus on the mental health concept. However, I was surprised to receive a disapproval notice for this image, citing quality issues.What baffles me is that I've previously uploaded a similar illustration using the same illustration mode, which was approved and has seen considerable success with more than 30 sales. Can you please clarify the reasons for disapproval, and could I request a second review?i attatched image from this.

I have two questions, the first: Is it allowed for all the images that I post for sale to be from artificial intelligence? The second is that I sent profits ten days ago. If they do not arrive today, is it possible for them to arrive on Saturday or Sunday, or are these not their working days?

How should I proceed when I take a photo of an illiterate person who does not know foreign languages?

HELLO2 MONTHS AGO ADOBE STOCK SUSPENDED MY BUT AFTER 3 WEEKS THE UNSUSPENDED ME.before suspensions i was doing around 20-30$ per day but now after i got unsuspended i have around 3-4$ per day max.what could be the reason? how can i fix it ?thanks

Hello..... I have ensured that the "Daily moderation updates" and "Daily earnings summary" options are enabled in  account. However, why am I still not receiving the Daily Earnings Report and Updates Adobe Stock submission emails?

Hello all,I just had a wonderful picture turned down for lack of commercial appeal. It's a great, original shot. So, if it's fine technically, why can't it be included? How can anyone definitively know what someone might be interested in?I'm purposely not including the asset because I'm protective of my ideas.Is there an appeal process? Perhaps it would get in if I had chosen a different category. I think maybe I mislabeled it. I'm not in this this to get rich. Even if it meets one person's needs, isn't that worth it??Thank you 😃

Is there any problem if I convert the AI generated black icons to vector and submit it?

Problems whis quality IN my MANY PHOTOS, THAT, MAY BE, WERE MODERATED BY RUSSIAN moderators? Another moderators, i think, accepted my photos every time.

Hello, My adobe stock contributor account showing this error (Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us). I have contacted the team and they said in reply (Since your account has appeared in the context of highly irregular sales activities, the account will remain blocked until further notice.) So I'm disapointed because it takes hardwork to upload and build profile. I got good downloads and  account was bloacked. Hence, you will be blocked if your sales are high. Then what's the benefit of uploading data or getting good sales. 

Hi!Last time some of my photos was refused due to property rights. Something that i don't understand is that before uploading photos i checked if there are similar photos already. So if many photos with the same item were accepted for me is logicall that my photos should be also acepted. But actually.... notGood example photo of silver coins with panda coin in the foreground. I don't think that patern is restricted. Anyway many if you enter "panda coin" in adobe stock search engine you will found many phtos of that coin  

I am new Adobestock Contributor. I withdraw last Friday, September 15, 2023. But I got a payment error And this balance is not added in my contributor account.

Hear me out. I only submit hand made vector illustrations and all my designs are of high quality without any amateur mistakes. I judge mysleft not based on taste but on Adobes quality control guidelines. But ever since AI made a huge impact on microstock sites it's been a pain for us normal folks, Photographers and illustrators formost. We continue to produce quality content for the market but I've been getting refusals and rejections left to right as of lately. Before this I've got about 10 rejections over a period of 5 years. Now I have a heap and it's not that I've submitted low quality talentless junk crap that Ai can produce but hand made vector illustrations first drawn out on paper like they did back in the days. Quality issues? What. It's the same style, same quality I've been submitted for years.Adobe! Please just inform your quality inspectors to actually understand the difference between ai crap and real actual original art from actual real artists. It's getti

I posted the attached photo of a burrowing owl, which was rejected for Quality Issues.  I have posted similar photos in the past, which were rejected, and was able to repair, submit, and accepted.  This one appears to be in focus, and blank space clean.  It may be obvious, but I am at a loss...any suggestions?

Maybe I didn't look hard enough to find the answer to my question, but I'm exhausted, maybe someone knows something?

Can I name any specific place within my prompt? Will there be any problem in that case? And if the title also has the name of a specific place, such as Cox's Bazar in Bangladesh, Sylhet, America's White House, India's Taj Mahal, etc.

Who do I reach out to?  These are AI generated images that were waiting for approval for over two months ...they were all thrown in "not acceptable" today.  Can someone tell me why?  It looks like someone just grabbed the ones that have been in there the longest and didn't even review them.  They were just moved ...Why are they not acceptable   There is no explanation.
