i recently uploaded some images out of which only one was accepted, so i need to know exactly why werent they accepted so i can upload photos according to the exact criteria and reducce the chaces of rejection.
I've used the same process for all my other files and haven't had this problem. I've checked my colour profile settings always using the standard RGB.
My contributor account popped up as locked today with the message, "Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact Us." I immediately contacted Adobe as instructed, but I'm wondering how long Adobe generally takes to respond to these issues and what the outcome has been for anyone else who got this message. Adobe Stock is a main source of income for me, and I have about $300 waiting to transfered to Paypal in my account. I'm not really sure what the issue is. I do create modified art from AI generated content for the most part, but my understanding is that Adobe accepts that as long as it is labeled as such. Any clarity on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hello everybody!Do I understand correctly that I can safely generate natural places and attractions using AI, such as Mount Fuji, the Grand Canyon, the Matterhorn, Alps, etc. This will not be followed by a ban from Adobe, because there are no copyright violations here? And I can also generate places in cities if I am sure that they are not copyrighted? Like the Eiffel Tower without lights and the Statue of Liberty
I have a great amount of resources which are reviewed for more than 5 months! Why does it take so long? Am I doing anything wrong?
HiI'd be happy to understand why the attached photos were rejected for QUALITY ISSUESBTW, the majority the photos I submit to AS are rejected for QUALITY ISSUES and in other sites such as SS, dreamstime, gettyimages most of them are eccepted...I would be happy to understand why and how can I improve it...Thanks!
Unreported Generative AI contentAre you serious?
I wanted to share my experience with uploading AI-generated content to Adobe Stock. I've recently submitted a bunch of AI-generated artworks, and while a few have been accepted, the majority are still under review for over a month now. I've been eagerly waiting for updates on their status, but unfortunately, there hasn't been much progress. I just wanted to clarify that I have followed all of Adobe Stock's policies regarding AI-generated content. I made sure to comply with the guidelines and standards set by Adobe. However, the delay in reviewing my submissions has left me a bit puzzled. I'm not sure why it's taking so long for the other pieces to be reviewed and approved. I understand that the review process is important to ensure the quality and appropriateness of the content on Adobe Stock. I appreciate the effort put into maintaining the high standards of the platform. I'm just curious about the delay and if there's any additional information or clarification I need to provide. If
Hello,I submitted my assets for approval two months ago, and so far, only 44 of them have been approved. Several of my other assets have been waiting for approval for the same duration, which is longer than usual wait time. Thank you

I need to delete a few files that were submitted for approval. How do I do that?
Hey, could anyone lend me a hand? My account ended up getting temporarily blocked over a copyright violation, but the thing is, I didn't actually break any rules. It seems there was a mistake in my title. I reached out to the support team via email, explaining the situation, but unfortunately, I haven't received a reply in the past 20 days. I'm kind of stuck here and not sure how to proceed. Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.
I have a question about characters / works in the public domain. Can you post illustrations of Cthulhu or Jane Austen characters or Moby Dick? All of these are in the public domain not under any sort of copyright, but where does this fall under Adobe's stock image terms?
Hi, friendsToday, 9/1/2023, I was unable to access my contributor account. I have not violated any Adobe policies. I have always followed all the guidelines that the Adobe provide. There is a pending payment and several images for sale and under review. This lock makes no sense.any tips to solve the problem? or does anyone have any contacts from the distributor account team that can help me?
I create video backgrounds meant for streamers. Is it within Adobe's terms to use the name of the platforms that people might use these on as keywords? (eg. Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc?)
Like I created my account few months ago . I posted some of my content to see how it goes . You know what its been long wait for me, almost 2 months and nothing happened . Then I deleted some I thought there must be quality issue with them then I submitted other which were already waiting to be submitted . But they rejected 6 contents and accepted 0 . Then I thought once again I must have quality issue . I deleted most of them again and currently my 3 content are in review list for 2 months and rest 48 contents from last 12 days . And 643 in a waiting list because amount to be submitted is just 51. SO now am curious is it usual that it take so long for content to be reviewed ? or am just posting poor quality content that team doesn't bother it to review ? Asking because my 643 more content in wait list just because submitted content is not being reviewed from last 2 motnhs . I can't post ss of my content here some may do pliagrism since its not availible in market yet.
I am submitting file two months ago. But now it is pending. How to solve it?

Hello Adobe Community!I hope all of you are doing well. I'm excited to be a new member of the Adobe Stock Seller community. Last month, I submitted a collection of 25 meticulously crafted vector artworks. I'm thrilled that 23 out of the 25 pieces have been successfully approved. However, I'm quite intrigued by the rejection of the remaining 2 artworks. I'm eager to learn and grow, so I'm reaching out to understand what might have led to their rejection. I sincerely want insights into any missteps or shortcomings that might have caused this outcome.Your expertise is incredibly valuable to me, and I'm genuinely interested in avoiding similar mistakes in my future submissions. Your guidance would greatly contribute to my growth as an artist within the Adobe Stock community.Thank you all in advance for your time and assistance. I'm eagerly looking forward to your feedback!Warm regards, Aroosha
So most weeks i will have all my weekly 25 images approved then around 1 week per month all 25 images will be rejected under "quality" so definately something odd going on with the reviewers, its as if they reject one then cannot be bothered with reviewing the others, so just reject them all. Adobe need to sort out the reviews or be specific per image for rejections, other large agencies you can email someone and they will review the rejection and then approve if deemed appropiate.
Hello! In my most recent batch of reviewed files, several were rejected with the following message: Thanks for giving us the chance to consider your image. Unfortunately we were unable to process your file. Please contact us for more information. I have no idea why the images were rejected, and I don't know who to "contact" to find out. Any ideas? Thanks!
The guideline mentioned from the update on August 23rd addresses the copying of prompts used by other artists for generating AI images. If you write a prompt like "apple on the branch of a tree," which is a realistic description, and if many artists have already used this prompt and generated images based on it, it's not a direct violation of the guideline to use it as well. The intention is to avoid directly copying unique and creative prompts that individual artists have come up with. However, if i use a more common prompt like "apple, banana, or tomato on a white background," it might not be a direct copy of another artist's prompt since it's a general and common concept? The guideline primarily aims to prevent the reuse of distinct and specific prompts that are creative and unique to a particular artist's work.
I am a contributor, member and seller on Adobe. I made a request for the withdrawal of the fee, and have been waiting for the tenth day. In support I can not get help and a clear answer!
Hi,I read complaints on another forum that, in addition to the long waiting time, many more photos are rejected. That is also the case with me. I can accept that Adobe have become stricter with checking. But I also have a photo of a tower, two photos of bridges in the Dutch city of Middelburg, and a windmill in the city of Veere, which were rejected because the photos resemble photos I've already submitted. While these are the only photos. I was even in those cities for the first time in my life!!!The first and last two photos in the overview of rejected photos. I have read this complaint before. How is this possible?Regards Thijs The Netherlands
