So, when I submitting editorial images, I must click checkbox, that there are no trademarks and logotypes in my images. Is Adobe confused about the wording or have they stopped accepting editorial with logos and trademarks?
Hello, I hope to reply I want to understand what is the difference between editorial content and commercial content and when do we use editorial content and when do we use commercial content
My account is registered in the United States, but my current physical location is Sri Lanka. I'm not sure how this discrepancy occurred, but I now need to update my account's location to Sri Lanka. This change is necessary so that I can accurately update my address and tax information. I've attempted to resolve this issue by reaching out to the support chat. An agent tried to assist me by creating a trial version of a product on my account in an effort to change the location, but unfortunately, this approach did not work as intended. Furthermore, I've also sent an email to the contributor support email address. However, I have yet to receive a response. I remain hopeful that they will get back to me soon. Has anyone else experienced a similar situation?
Hi, I received an email from Michelle Haarhoff of the Adobe Team 20 days ago, stating that my account was temporarily blocked because I had submitted Generative AI content that did not adhere to their guidelines. The email read:"Your account was temporarily blocked after we noticed that you had submitted Generative AI content that is not within our guidelines. Once you review these terms, simply respond back to this message confirming your willingness to remove and make any necessary corrections to your portfolio, so we can reinstate your account again."On the same day, I sent a response apologizing for my mistake and assuring them that I would remove any images that violated their guidelines. However, my account is still blocked. When can I expect it to be reinstated?
Hello! Tried to log in to my contributor account on Adobe stock and saw this message "Your account has a validation status issue. You should contact us". If I understand right, my account is blocked now and I don't know the reason. And also I have money on my account and I can't withdraw it, because I can see only this message and nothing else. I contacted a support, but I received no answer. how long will it take to resolve this situation? And where I can find the reason of block?I built my portfolio for about two years, I add new illustrations regularly and now I can't add new works, so now I can't sell, no one see my works and can't buy it. And if you don't add works for some time it is not really good for portfolio.
HelloMy account is blocked. I send generated illustrations for verification and always indicate that this is artificial intelligence, as it is written in your rules. If you need any releases for my work, I am fully prepared to provide. I use Midjourney and I guarantee that I have never used photos of other people or illustrations of other designers for generation, I can prove this officially for each of my work.Of course, I am ready to delete all files that do not suit you in your collection or provide all the necessary releases. How long does this blocking of the account last and will it be unblocked?I responded to the email as soon as I received it.Thanks
I can't find a place in my contributor account to change my e-mail addy for moderation/payment updates. The correct addy shows in my Adobe account profile but doesn't seem to apply to my contributor profile. TIA.
I use MidJourney to create all of my images. To date, MidJourney has been able to produce fantastic images in a photographic style. It seems that every time I upload a photo-style image, it triggers an unexpected response. I made sure to check off the appropriate boxes indicating that I was submitting an AI-generated image, yet I receive follow-up questions regarding the authenticity of my upload. This left me perplexed with certain uncertainties. Since I am the creator of the art using MidJourney, do I still need to submit a release form? Is my checking off the boxes indicating that the art I'm submitting was created by me and is equivalent to me stating, "Hey, I'm releasing the AI-generated art I created"? Or am I completely wrong in that assumption? [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
I had an account in the Payoneer payment system, but now I have changed my account to a new one in the Payoneer system and cannot change the address when withdrawing moneyhow to do it? how to change data?
I have more than 200 designs under revision for more than 2 months. The files are not being reviewed and no reply is given to the mail. I don't understand exactly where the problem is.
Currently I'm submitting 4326x2400 px 300ppi images, where I'm keeping a sharp focus and balanced colors in the composition. Are there any other image benchmarks I should be aware of?

I am a CONTENT CREATOR and I have a problem with my stock.adobe.com account.I uploaded thousands of photos to Fotolia, and these photos are still being sold almost daily on stock.adobe.com . In this regard, I receive sales confirmations to my email [PII removed by moderator]. In total, there is a high three to four-digit amount that has not yet been paid out to me.There was an issue with the account merge with Fotolia (I just followed the steps), as I can neither see my uploaded photos nor my sales in my stock.adobe.com account, and my balance is $0. I definitely followed all the steps to link my adobe and fotolia accounts; otherwise, I wouldn't be able to log in to stock.adobe.com with my email [PII removed by moderator] .I've already tried logging in on two different computers and my phone. I can log in everywhere, but my hundreds of photos and the money from my account are not displayed. However, I sti
I've been contributing for 2 years uploaded vector files. 2 to 3 months I decided to try uploading AI generated photos aswell. I tried something new but broke the rules and my account got blocked. I emailed to say sorry and fix things, but no reply. My account now shows a problem. I want to fix it by checking my stuff and removing wrong things when I can. I promise to follow rules better. I'm asking for help to get my account back so I can keep sharing my work. Thanks for listening. [The moderator fixed the topics. Picking irrelevant topics doesn't make answers appear quicker.]

Hi, what does a individual/Canadian citezen put in these 3 spaces or Part Tw. Only planning on submitting AI generated images. Thank you!
I have a lengthy history of involvement with Adobe. I've been a loyal customer since Photoshop V5, and I also worked at Adobe for several years as a contractor. During the initial launch of Creative Suite many years ago, I played a significant role in generating millions of dollars for the company. Today, unexpectedly and without any prior notice or opportunity to address the issues, my contributor account with Adobe was abruptly closed. The reason cited was that my account was blocked due to the submission of Generative AI content that supposedly did not align with their guidelines. While I question the accuracy of this claim, I believe that a more professional approach would have involved simply removing the specific images in question and communicating with me about the concern. Over the past four weeks, the AI-generated images I shared depicted subjects such as Werewolves (rooted in European folklore), Jack-o-lanterns (associated with Halloween folklore), and whimsical wi
Until this second, I still don't know the cause or the violation that I have committed that caused my account to be suspended. Please provide a reasonable explanation regarding this. If I'm wrong, where did I go wrong so I can understand and be more careful in the future.Without any explanation, it seems as if the management of Adobe Stock has taken an illegal unilateral action.Has anyone experienced like me?account was killed without explanation
Every image I upload get refused for quality reasons. But I still don't understad, as all of them are great [moderator corrected the subject. Was: Any image is being accepted]
Hi Sir, My Adobe stock contributor account is blocked, I haven't received any mail, why my account is blocked without mentioning any reason. I request the adobe team to kindly review my account. "I have been a contributor since 2021, and up until now, I have never encountered any issues with my account. However, on Friday, September 25th, 2023, my account suddenly disappeared, accompanied by a message indicating an account validation problem. This happened just before receiving the $300 USD payment. Unfortunately, I did not receive the $300 USD payment either. It's important to note that I had left $150 USD in my account. Unfortunately, despite this, I have not received a response, and my attempts to resolve this issue through the contact form have not yielded any feedback or confirmation, not even via email. I understand that the team in charge may be very busy, but the fact that contributors' accounts are blocked for weeks, or even months, without communication or problem resolution can be very detrimental. With this in mind, I would like to propose an idea that could benefit everyone. Why not consider not blocking contributors' accounts before resolving issues within a 48-h
