Stock Contributors

Hello, my Adobe ID is registered in Pakistan with a verified email address. Adobe Stock Contributor onboarding requires phone verification with no skip option, but Pakistan (+92) is not offered in the country-code dropdown on account.adobe.com, so I cannot complete verification. Adobe Support chat confirmed there is no alternative verification path. Could Pakistan (+92) please be added to the list, or is there another way to verify? Thank you.

Recenty i uploaded this picture and i don't know why it's got rejected because of quality issue, anyone can help me? 

I know they are not the most beautiful to upload but I want to improve and get approved. So how do it do that?

Good morning, I have been uploading pictures to ADOBE for now more than 5 years, and it seems that recently most of y pictures are not accepted due to quality issue.You can find a sample over there.Is it because they are too edited ? What do you think ? Your help would be appreciated to understand why it's been so hard to get pictures accepted recently…I did not change the lense nor the camera, thus I don’t think the sharpness changed since my previous uploads. Today my Adobe Stock contributor account was suddenly deactivated. I have never done anything illegal or against Adobe rules. All the content I upload is created by me. I make my own AI images using Adobe Firefly, and I also create my own professional video content.On 16 November 2025, my account received more than 300 downloads, and after I requested my payout, my account was deactivated. I feel this might be a system misunderstanding or an automatic review issue.I have already submitted a request through the Adobe Stock Contributor Support Form, but I also wanted to ask here:Has anyone faced this before?How long does Adobe usually take to respond?Is there anything else I should do?I hope to recover my account because I always follow Adobe Stock guidelines and upload only original work.Thank you to anyone who can guide me.

Adobe Stock Contributor account deactivated for “suspicious activity” – appeal still unresolvedHello Adobe Stock Community,I am hoping that someone who has gone through a similar situation, or an Adobe Community Manager, can help me understand how to get an appeal effectively reviewed by Contributor Relations.I have been an Adobe Stock Contributor since the Fotolia era, for approximately 20 years.On 26 June 2026, my Contributor account was deactivated for “suspicious activity”. The notification did not identify any specific asset, transaction, activity or policy violation.I contacted Contributor Support immediately and received Case 00524676. Hello, all of the photos I submitted were rejected and I just started with Adobe Stock Photos.  Some of my photos were rejected due to quality issues - I’ve posted two of them as an example.  These are not AI generated and I don’t see any focus issues, so it seems like something else. I do not receive the SMS verification code on my Sri Lankan mobile number.I have tried both Dialog and Hutch mobile networks, but I still do not receive the verification SMS. I have a question about Adobe Stock's “Similar Content” rejection policy.While searching for the checkmark icon, I found several contributor profiles with many very similar assets, where only the color, position, or small details appear to be changed.For example:Contributor examples – Profile 1 Contributor examples – Profile 2 Contributor examples – Profile 3 Contributor examples – Profile 4I have personally submitted similar variations, but my files were rejected for “Similar Content.”I would like to understand how this policy is applied consistently. If these types of variations are acceptable, why are similar submissions from other contributors rejected?If these assets violate the Similar Content policy, could Adobe also review the examples above? Hello, I have been contacted by email by a certain company called Copytrack claiming that I don't have the rights to use an image that I purchased on Adobe Stock within my plan. They are also asking for money. The author of the image they claim doesn't match the name in my licensing history for that image. I have googled them and there is a lot of noise saying it is a scam, however just want to check if anyone else had this issue and how to reply? thanks

Trying to wrap my head around something: There appears to be very little correlation between my levels of sharpness, focus, and clarity and what gets accepted or not… it appears to be totally random.  I especially wish this particular rejection reason presented some kind of discernible pattern so I could make course corrections.    I generally work on illustrations at around 30 – 40 megapixels, and then submit at full working size. But since  Adobe’s minimum is 4 megapixels — does it make sense to downsize them to about 4mp when I’m finished, before sending?  Moderators zooming in close will hit pixel resolution zoom-in limits before they see any kind of micro softness to a sharp edge.  

I have been looking at the Weekly Top Sellers section on Adobe Stock and noticed something I don't fully understand.Some contributors appear to have 100+ pages of content and around 1,00,000 downloads, while others have only 10 or fewer pages of content but still have around 1,00,000 downloads.How is this possible? Does the number of assets/pages have little relationship to the number of downloads?Are there particular factors that can cause a contributor's assets to receive significantly more downloads - such as content type, search ranking, keywords, customer demand, licensing type, contributor history, or the age of the assets?I would really appreciate an explanation from experienced Adobe Stock contributors about how these high-download contributors achieve such results.

I have a question about the software used to create Adobe Stock content.If a contributor creates completely original artwork using an unlicensed or pirated copy of Adobe Illustrator, could this affect their Adobe Stock contributor account?For example, if the artwork itself is original and does not contain any copyrighted or third-party material, could Adobe still take action against the contributor account because the software used to create the artwork was not properly licensed?Could this result in content removal, account suspension, account termination, or other restrictions?I would appreciate clarification on whether Adobe Stock contributors are required to use properly licensed software when creating and submitting content, and what the potential account risks are if they do not.

Hi everyone,My abstract expressionism artwork was recently rejected by Adobe Stock. The reason given was the standard template for technical quality (artifacts, noise, or excessive filtering).Here is my technical workflow: The piece is a digital mixed media artwork with heavy industrial grunge textures and manual scratches. I upscaled the image using Upscayl 2.15.0 with the High Fidelity model. After that, I applied the Unsharp Mask filter in Photoshop CS3 to enhance the texture motifs. The final JPG file size is safely under 45MB.I suspect the combination of AI upscaling and Unsharp Mask created pixel artifacts that triggered the automated rejection, but I am not entirely sure how to fix it without losing the sharp texture details.I have attached the artwork below (both full view and 100% zoom crop). I would highly appreciate any honest critique and technical advice from senior contributors on how to clean up the pixels for a successful re-submission. Thank you!
