Hi Adobe Stock Contributors,Adobe’s current vector technical requirements now state that the minimum artboard resolution for AI, EPS, and SVG vectors is 15 MP, with a maximum of 65 MP.However, I’ve noticed that the Adobe Stock Contributor portal still appears to allow 4 MP vector files to be uploaded without an immediate technical error.I would like to clarify a few things:Is 15 MP now a strict technical requirement for AI/EPS/SVG vector submissions, or is it only a recommended artboard size? If a vector has an artboard of 4 MP and the Contributor portal accepts the upload, can it still pass Adobe Stock’s technical and quality review? If Adobe accepts a 4 MP vector, does the smaller artboard/resolution have any negative effect on the asset’s search ranking, visibility, impressions, or chances of receiving downloads compared with an otherwise identical 15–16 MP vector? Does Adobe Stock’s search algorithm take the vector’s artboard resolution into account when determining ranking or sear

Hello. I don't understand why my account was blocked—there were no explanations or notifications. Just before this happened, I tried to upload an EPS file but kept getting an error; I tried saving it in different formats and uploading it again, and only later did I notice the restrictions regarding EPS file uploads. Could that have been the reason for the block? Please check this manually. I even have a video of myself creating content on Twitch—I was streaming.
Hi everyone, My Adobe Stock Contributor account was blocked for a Terms Violation a few weeks ago. I submitted an appeal through the "Contact us" form and received Case ID ADB-46679654-G6S1. In my follow-up message on this case, I explained that a few of my submitted images included some small individual elements from Canva's built-in library (like an icon or small graphic) used within my own original designs, rather than full pre-made templates. I clarified that I wasn't aware this could violate Adobe Stock's content ownership requirements, apologized for the oversight, and committed to submitting only fully original content going forward. I received an automated confirmation that my message was received, but it's now been close to a week with no further update, and my account still shows as deactivated when I try to log in. Has anyone else experienced this kind of delay? Is there a typical response time I should expect at this stage, or anything else I can do? Any guidance would be g
Over the last two years, sales have declined significantly across ALL rmarkets. What do you think are the reasons? Without "super" in the title, of course :)
How do I check that the asset I submit to Adobe Stock is not submitted by someone else to Adobe Stock?
Hello everyone,I have a question for experienced Adobe Stock contributors about the best Artboard size for creating vector borders.According to Adobe Stock’s current requirements, the Artboard should be at least 15 MP and no more than 65 MP, but there does not seem to be one required dimension or aspect ratio.I’m planning to create horizontal vector border and would like to use one consistent, practical Artboard size for all of them.I’m currently considering 4800 × 3200 px (15.36 MP).For those who have experience selling vectors on Adobe Stock:Is 4800 × 3200 px a good choice for vector borders, or would you recommend a larger or different Artboard size, such as 5000 × 3000 px?Is there a particular size or aspect ratio that you have found more practical for borders in terms of usability for buyers and overall performance on Adobe Stock?I would like to choose one standard size before creating a large collection, so I’d really appreciate advice based on your actual experience.Thank you!
I uploaded several abstract background and texture designs to my contributor account, all based on my own creative concepts. However, they were rejected during review with the reason 'Similar content in our collection.' A lot of my files were rejected for this same issue.
Hi everyone, For the past three days, all my submitted photos on Adobe Stock have been getting rejected. I receive rejections every hour, with 2-3 photos or sometimes even 5-10 at once, and none of my images are getting accepted. I always follow Adobe’s submission guidelines and ensure high-quality content, so this sudden wave of rejections is quite confusing. Has anyone else experienced something similar recently? Also, I’m wondering if Adobe has implemented any AI-based review tool that might be causing this? Could this be an automated system issue, or has there been a change in the review process? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi fellow Adobe Stock Contributors,I recently submitted this abstract background to Adobe Stock, but it was rejected with the reason “Missing Generative AI Tag.”This artwork was created entirely by me from scratch using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, with standard non-generative tools, editing features, and filters. I did not use Generative Fill, Generative Expand, Firefly, or any other generative AI feature. I also did not use any downloaded, third-party, or stock assets. The abstract waves, shapes, colors, gradients, distortion, and visual effects were manually created and edited by me using standard Illustrator and Photoshop tools.I would really appreciate your feedback:Does this artwork look AI-generated to you?Have you experienced a similar rejection with manually created Illustrator/Photoshop artwork? Is there anything in this design that might be triggering Adobe’s AI detection system?Would you recommend making any changes before resubmitting?Any feedback or suggestions fr

My Adobe Stock Contributor account was hacked and the email address was changed without my authorization. I am the original account owner and need the account restored to my original email address.
Adobe Stock Contributor account deactivated for “suspicious activity” – appeal still unresolvedHello Adobe Stock Community,I am hoping that someone who has gone through a similar situation, or an Adobe Community Manager, can help me understand how to get an appeal effectively reviewed by Contributor Relations.I have been an Adobe Stock Contributor since the Fotolia era, for approximately 20 years. On 26 June 2026, my Contributor account was deactivated for “suspicious activity”. The notification did not identify any specific asset, transaction, activity or policy violation.I contacted Contributor Support immediately and received Case 00524676. Adobe instructed me to submit an appeal through the official appeal form, which I did. However, the appeal form gave me no acknowledgement of receipt, no appeal reference number and no way to track its status. On 22 July, I followed up through Case 00524676 asking Adobe to confirm whether the appeal had actually been received and requesting an updat
Hello Adobe Stock Community,My Adobe Stock Contributor account was recently blocked for a Terms violation. I received an email from Adobe Contributor Relations stating that my account was blocked following an internal review.I submitted my official appeal yesterday, but I have not received any response yet.I understand that reviews may take some time, but I wanted to ask other Adobe Stock contributors:How long did it take to receive a response after submitting your appeal? Has anyone recently had their account reinstated after an appeal? Should I simply wait for the appeal team to respond, or is there anything else I should do at this stage?I would really appreciate hearing from contributors who have experienced a similar situation.
Hi everyone,I wanted to check if anyone else has recently experienced a noticeable drop in downloads and earnings on Adobe Stock.Over the past period, I’ve seen a significant decline in performance. What makes it more unusual is that my content on other platforms continues to perform at a similar level, without the same drop.In addition, my weekly ranking has changed quite a bit — it has gone from around the 700–800 range to approaching 2000 within a few months, which seems like a substantial shift.I also want to note that I’ve been consistently uploading and updating my portfolio on a daily basis, so there hasn’t been any slowdown in activity on my side.As far as I can tell, everything on my account appears normal, so I’m wondering if this could be related to general platform fluctuations, search ranking adjustments, or visibility changes rather than anything account-specific.I understand that ups and downs are part of the process, but the sudden nature of this decline made me curious
My Adobe Stock account was deactivated yesterday. Can anyone please tell me why this happened and what I can do to get my account reactivated? I would really appreciate any guidance or advice. Thank you.
Hi everyone,I have a question about Adobe Stock's multiple-account policy.Suppose someone already has one active Contributor account but wants to create a separate account for a completely different type of content that they don't submit on their main account. If they start creating the second account but Adobe shows the multiple-account permission notice, and they immediately stop without completing verification and change their mind to create new acount, tax/payment details, or uploading anything — would that incomplete and abandoned signup be considered a multiple-account policy violation?Or does it only count as a second account once the Contributor account is fully completed and actually used?Just trying to understand how Adobe treats an incomplete account creation attempt. Thanks!
I just get a message that my account is blocked. And they didn't mentioned the reason. I need help to get back my contributor account. They didn’t mentioned specific reason in mail too.
Adobe Stock rejected this photo with “Quality Issues”. I’m trying to understand the specific technical problem. Could you pleaseee inspect it at 100% and tell me whether you see issues with sharpness, noise/artifacts, exposure, white balance, contrast, saturation, chromatic aberration or post-processing? I am totally at loss with this pic - I’m especially interested in knowing what you would correct before resubmitting. I have others accepted so not sure why here. thanksss!!
