Can I send non-transparent PNG to adobe stock as a contributor?I don't see the reason why I should have to convert to JPG and lose quality, as JPG is always lossy compression even in the highest quality.

I was reading the Transparent PNG requirements in the DOCs, but wasn't sure about the sRGB requirement. When I create images in MidJourney, it saves all files as PNG. I use different software to remove the background (making it transparent). What I'm not certain of, are the images I create and save in MidJourney sRGB. When googling, most instruction use PhotoShop to verify an image's color profile. Unfortunately, I don't have Photoshop. Is there an easy to understand online tool that tells you the color profile of an image? If it helps, I attached a transparent image created in MidJourney. Not sure if anyone can tell me if it meets Adobe Stock Criteria or not. The last thing I want to do is create hundreds of these images and find out none meet Adobe Stock's criteria. Thanks 

I'm very new to PNG files and I submitted my first 3 png files that got rejected later on . the cause is Quality Issues , I already know these have a high chance of being rejected  to this png thingy but still submitted it because I kinda wanted to experiment with it

Hello guys, I recently posted a Vector EPS file on adobe stock. I put it in a zip file along with a JPG pic ( for people who said Adobe now had fixed the error of saturated preview pic from the EPS file alone and skipped the JPG picture and without needing a zip file, I've tried and it is still the same:) ). But somehow the preview pic still gets darker than original pic ((1): original color, (2): Eps zip files). I uploaded 27 photos generated by AI. I didnt upload them all at once but used to upload 2 or 3 everyday. Now, after about 7 days since I first started to upload I noticed 2 of them showing under "not accepted" tab. The others are still showing under "in review". What does it mean? Are the others going to be accepted?

I'm currently facing an issue that I'm uncertain how to tackle. I've reached out to Adobe Stock via email, but unfortunately, I haven't received a response as of yet. The situation involves two images placed in the Reminder Tab, where a request for a Property Release was made. The request included a link to download the Property Release form. The challenge lies in the fact that the provided form is specifically tailored for Human Models. However, the images were actually created using MidJourney's Generative AI.  During the submission process, I made sure to indicate that these images were the result of Generative AI artistry by checking the relevant boxes. My previous submissions of Generative Art images were all approved without necessitating a Property Release Form. While I'm still navigating the ropes of this process, the precedent set by my other Generative Art approvals without having to submit a Property Release Form, makes me wonder if putting the two images in t

I was trying to find this answer but doesn't seem able to find it in google... if I used the "Publish Service" in lightroom to send photos to Adobe Stock, some Accepted, some doesn't. What if I delete the photo from the Published Photos? Will it be removed from Adobe Stock as well?  

I got an email saying images approved and to check my dashboard. Sure enough, there are images listed in my dashboard. The email did not tell me what happens next or if there is further action I need to take. Any feedback would be appreciated. 

I just noticed some unusual downloads on my account from a few days back after I requested a payout.I have seen accounts getting banned from the community for such reasons which is making me anxious.

Honestly, I don't understand the reason for the refusal, and it's even more insulting, because other photo stocks sell the same photos quite well. I'm using Adobe Stock potuguese version (Brazil), and I sent my official ID photo, in which is official, and it has been rejected.What should I do? The purpose of the ID is it not to prove that you are the actual person on your Adobe account? How can I prove that I am who I am, if my official ID has been rejected? Sorry, this is a bit frustrating.

I uploaded an image to adobe stocka and after few days I got an error that 'Unfortunately, this image doesn't meet our quality standards so we can’t accept it into our collection. Common issues that can impact the technical quality of images include exposure issues, soft focus, excessive filtering or artifacts/noise. ' the main reason of the error was quality issues.Will someone tell me clearly that what is the reason and how to solve it?

My contributor account was blocked, and says your account is in validation status issue. How much time it takes to resolve it

Nach den letzten Erfahrungen mit Ablehnungen von Adboe habe ich diesmal genau darauf geachtet, dass Schwarz- und Weißpunkt korrekt sind und die Nachbearbeitung normal ist. Der Focuspunkt sitzt auf dem Leuchtturm, Horizont ist gerade, keine Flecken. Wo liegt der Fehler bzw. was sind ejtzt noch Qualitätsprobleme??

How much time does the file store on the upload panel on Adobe stock contributors?   I upload my file 4 months ago. and I send some of my files In review section. My submission limit is over.   So, I can not send my file In review section.   Will be my file deleted after some time like 6 or 8 months later?   Now I want to know how much time my file will be stored on the upload panel on Adobe stock contributors?   Please explain to me in detail.
