Hallo, also auch hier wird seit vielen Monaten keine echte sachliche Prüfung der eingesandten Bilder mehr vorgenommen. Fast immer werden Bilder, die gleichzeitig eingereicht werden, entweder alle angenommen oder aber viel öfter alle abgelehnt mit teils fadenscheinigen Begründungen, meist artefakte. Das ist echt schade, denn offensichtlich arbeiten da mittlerweile keine Experten mehr an der Auswahl, sondern es geht vermutlich viel mehr um ergonomische oder nicht nachvollziehbare Gründe.Das gab es früher nicht, da wurde echt noch fachlich nach Qualität geprüft.

It's been a while since I opened my Adobe Stock account (about 5 years).That's why I don't know if my adobe account and my payoneer account are correctly matched.In my payoneer account, when I click on my bank account that I added there to receive money, shutterstock shows up as the source of money but not adobe stock.I've been having problems getting paid from adobe stock lately.My goal is to find and check the section where I linked my payoneer account with adobe stock. I've searched all over the site, every setting, but I can't find such a section. When I just want to receive payments, there are two options, payoneer and skrill. I choose payoneer, but I'm not sure if this payoneer account is connected correctly.When I contacted payoneer I was told that there is nothing wrong with my account.

Hi , I am adobe stock contributor , I have an iisue with selling my accepted photos on the website !when i press on the id of my pictures and search them on the website , it give that the page is not found !!Also when i search about My Portfolio , it give it isn't available !! Why ? and how to solve ?I have this problem from 2 months ago , and I can't sell my photos. Please help me😥

Can anyone help me to understand why the review team rejects images such as these because of intellectual property? I have no idea what they've considered an intellectual property here and the stock support was unable to help. [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hi, I have two questions,   1 - If I create a photo, put it on Adobe Stock. Can I still then use it on my Facebook Page? I normally get 5-10 sales each and every day but for the last 3 days my portal shows NO sales.  I find this hard to believe.  I've signed out and back in and it still says that.  I can see my profile is still public.  I havent had a day with no sales in a VERY long time, let alone 3 days in a row.  I asked in a Facebook group and one other person says theirs is doing the same thing.  What can I check to make sure or could it be possible that out of no where I'm getting no sales?

Hi everyone,  I have uploaded around 500 video files to Adobe Stock which are almost all rejected. I have attached 3 examples of files with the titles and keywords to shows you what I did. The reason for rejection is for all the same, it's about the keywords, title or language. What do I do wrong? I have been sending in video files for a longer time and previously they where almost always good. Thanks for the help!

Hello....This is my 1st adobe stock payout I withdraw money from the contributor site to my skrill on july 25st 2023... .Still  the payout is pending until today ( 7 th auguest)........and current status on the contributor site  is "Pending"....It is pending for 13 days.What should I do?

I emailed this to Mat Hayward too and will delete or update when I get a response. Only posting here as I thought others might have some useful advice.I post this not to complain or contest a rejection but just for my own knowledge and to avoid wasting reviewers' time in the future.I received IP-related rejections for two illustrations, both partly AI created (based on my own rough sketches, which is a typical workflow for me). However, for the life of me, I cannot discern what the intellectual property could be.Thanks friends. Any & all advice is gratefully accepted. edit: I've attached the images here.

Adobe stock made a payment of to my payoneer account on May 27, 2023. However, this amount was returned to Adobe because my bank account in my payoneer account is old and invalid. I have updated my Payoneer bank account. I have reported this to Adobe Stock 3 times (I filled out a form and explained the situation.) But I have not received any feedback. Will I get the  dollars I earned? I am waiting for your solution.

To get this amount, I clicked on the "payment" button as usual. Then I clicked on the "I am not a US Taxpayer" option. (I live in Turkey and I am a citizen of the Republic of Turkey. When I was filling out the W-8BEN form in Adobe, I saw that there is a certain tax rate between my country and the US, but I think this does not make me a US taxpayer, please warn me if I am wrong.) I then chose "payoneer" as the payment option. Hello,So I decided to submit some pictures I took to Adobe Stock. One of them was rejected with a day for quality issues, which I agree with. But then yesterday by my surprise, my other pictures were put in review because of the keywords and / or title I chose.This is one of the picture that I submitted (please don't judge the quality). hello everyone, I just started creating photos on the site, can you see if this is suitable?

I have completed my first vector art file, and now it is ready to submit for approval.I think I have completed all the requirements except for a couple of issues, which I am finding difficult to understand what to do.1)  My artboard is sized at 5000px by 3000px to meet the 15MB requirement.But my actual stand-alone vector graphic is only approximately 1000px by 700px. Is this correct? 2)  Do I need to offset my artboard to the top left-hand corner, and if so, do I need to have my vector image in that corner also? I have uploaded a screenshot to show what I mean.
