Stock Contributors

Hi everyone,  I have been trying around with AI a bit and uploaded some images labelled as "generative AI" to Adobe Stock. However, my images have been rejected with the reason "image quality"/"quality issues". I'm looking for advice on why exactly they have been rejected, as it is not specified by Adobe. Would be really helpful to know in order to avoid these mistakes in the future, or to even change the images to an acceptable state.Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!

I have sent photos many times and they write quality questions 

In my last group of 18 photos, none of them were accepted.   I have a lot of other photos that have been accepted and am confused that not one of these was accepted.  Has anyone had something similar happen recently.  Thanks!

Hi everyone,  My account was blocked a month ago due to submitting files as photos instead of illustrations. I removed all wrong files and uploaded them again as illustration following the guidelines. But now I have been published several files, and they labelled them as photos (when I am sure I uploaded them as illustrations with the tick marked as AI, all of them).Is that something adobe is doing right now, publishing some as photos instead of illustrations? Thank you very much in advance!

Hey pals.  My photos have been in review for approx 3 months now. I mean it has been a lot of days since I submitted it. Is there any issue that I am not aware of? Or any way to escalate the review process? Honestly, 3 months is a long time.

By that I am referring to the level of detail (not to be confused with sharpness, pixel count, etc. etc.). To convey a measage, sometimes more detail is less effective. Studies have shown that people learn more from simpler images. For example, a sharp photpgraph of a person with a confused look on her face with a complex background, may not convey confusion as well as a more graphic rendering of a confused looking person with a simple background. Also, am I correct that text bubbles should not be used, or are there exception? Thanks to you who respond!

Hello, I moved from Ukraine to Germany. My Adobe subscription (programs) is connected to my contributor account. I have got activation code (as a contributor who has enough sales).In what order do I have to act to change country?Adobe support chat answered they will cancel my subscription in this case. They don't know what to do and all the time close the chat.Can I change country only in my contributor account and tax form? Will I save my Adobe programs in this case? When will be better to change country in Adobe subscription?Thank you!

Is there a way you separate reviewing generative AI and original artwork submissions? It's already taking too long for original artworks to be reviewed because many artists upload generative AI works more that it's also affecting the review time for those submitting original works. Can you make a separate team for this? This is just my suggestion. I hope you take this into consideration as I already saw many artists here waiting for over a month to get their vectors approved.

Hi I uploaded 21 photos, 5 rejected for quality problems and 15 rejected for images already submitted, it doesn't make sense

I have taken the photos from Sony a6400 keeping main subject in focus , but still the photos are being rejected , can any one please tell the reason why they are being not accepted , so that i can improve from next time . Also i have heard , instead of .jpg file extension it should be .jpeg , is it so ? although both are same and it should not matter .
