Stock Contributors

I'm a contributor on Adobe Stock, and I'm having some issues with my submissions. I've submitted over 80 photos for review, and only 9 have been accepted so far. While I understand that the review process can take some time, many of my submissions have been pending for over two months now, and I haven't received any updates or feedback on the status of my submissions.I've followed all the submission guidelines, including the technical specifications. However, I'm concerned that I'm doing something wrong or missing something in my submissions.Has anyone else experienced similar issues with their submissions on Adobe Stock? If so, how did you resolve them? I would appreciate any advice or suggestions on how I can improve my submissions and increase my chances of acceptance.

hello, i got a mail from you that my adobe account was blocked because of my account that is non-compliant with your Terms of Use.I have used some key words in my designs which are taken from other artists. I uploaded the same design in my another account. I apologize for that and will not make the same mistake again. I will delete these designs from my account Please unblock my account.

Hi everyone,  wondering if it's better to submit illustrations in 300dpi or 72dpi. I'm aware that 300dpi is better for print and 72dpi better for the web, however, it's obviously not possible to know for sure how the client is going to use that picture. Hence, it would be helpful to know what the recommended dpi is. Would appreciate any guidance on this.  Thank you!

Hola! Pago el servicio de Adobe Stock y tambien soy contribuidora del mismo. Hace aproximadamente 1 mes solicite por primera vez cobrar el dinero (eran mas de USD25) y hasta ahora, no solo que no me llega el pago, tampoco me permite ingresar a mi cuenta como contribuidora (para comprar si) por "Problemas de validación", en el mismo mensaje hay un boton de contacto al que le voy mandado mas de 10 mensajes y todavia no tengo respuesta de nadie del equipo de Adobe, ni el pago.  

All my submitted images are stuck in review for over a month. Is there any solution.

I have an open case about my account of Contributor. One specialist answered me but didn't reply or gave me any solution.In the chat they are always busy and I can never talk with anybody.The issue still there and nobody in Adobe is helping me.

Hello, ı have logo works that ı have been selling for about 3-4 years. The account was closed because of my logo that was downloaded at least 100-200 times.I've been selling for years, I've already uploaded the eps file. How can I prove that I made the drawing? Where did this come from after 4 years?Also why are you closing my account instead of deleting the logo? this is unfair...because I have been uploading and selling for 4-5 years. I've never sold anyone else's logo. everyone bought my drawings from me. If you don't think I drew it, remove the logo. Please do not close my work and account that has been going on for years. Thank you. I am waiting for a reply  

Hello all, in the last weeks I get a lot of refuses because of quality issues. All of the photos had been accepted on other stock sides. Could someone clarify the real reasons please.

I submitted the video 9 days ago and it still hasn't been verified, as far as I'm concerned that's not normal. Also, apart from this video I uploaded 15 other projects, they haven't been verified either. Please explain what I am doing wrong

Hey, I must say I am a bit disappointed as all my pictures got rejected. Here I added a few examples. Critique more than welcome. I am a bit confused as a saw a few in the stock that where lower quality than the below (in my opinion). Any ideas on improvement or reasons?

Yo entiendo que es por la nitidez, pero no estoy segura pues he tratado de editarla para mejorarle considerablemente la nitidez (que creo que además era buena ya de inicio)Pero agradecería una ayuda para saber qué debo mejorar para que me acepten las imágenes.Y de paso si me pueden dar algun consejo ténico para poder hacer los ajustes.Gracias

I joined Adobe Stock a week ago.I was able to use the link to Adobe Sign to make a release before.However, yesterday I keep getting an error just before I send the Property release.The message is "The creation of the release failed."I've attached a screenshot.I've cleared my browser cache and restarted.Any suggestions? Dear Adobe community,I am writing this post to seek your help with a concerning issue I am facing. My Adobe Stock/Fotolia account has been blocked without any apparent reason. I received an email stating that your account has been blocked because we have become aware of activity in your account that is non-compliant with our Terms of Use. It has been almost 15 days since my account was blocked, and I have sent multiple emails to the Adobe Contributor Relations team to seek clarification on the reason behind it. Unfortunately, despite my efforts, I have not received a response to any of my emails. This lack of communication from their end has added to my frustration and confusion regarding the situation. I would like to emphasize that I have not engaged in any illegal activity on my account and have 1st pending payouts of around $250.please suggest me what should I do?
