Stock Contributors

I'm trying to figure out how to change the name of my Adobe Stock profile so that it no longer displays my real name. I'd like to use my artist name instead. I already have my artist name set up in my account settings, which you can find here: https://account.adobe.com/profile. Does anyone know how to switch over the profile name?   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hello my Photo was rejected and i am trying to improve my skill and I was wondering what is the issue, i guess the biggest problem is that the tongue is not in perfekt focus specialy when i zoom on the tongue i see some ghosting ?! for some answer and advise i would be really great full.

I'm a stock contributor and have an Adobe account. For no reason I can fathom my account is set up as United States rather than United Kindom. I have never paid for an Adobe plan and I am trying to buy the photography plan. I can't do this because I can't change my country. I used the help chat 3 times and they are dissapointingly unaware of what is going on. They kept sending me a link to the instructions on how to change your country and not the actual page where you do it. And the page they kept sending me to says I needed to contact them to change. I realise that all I need to do is create another Adobe account with a different email address and buy the plan with that. It's not really that difficult but here I am asking one last time, is there really no option other than this? It really is BONKERS you can't change the country code. Especially when my stock account knows that I'm not in the US because I had to complete a tax form to stop losing money to US tax.

Hello! I have a copyright question. I'm not good at vector graphics. But I can animate very well, the question is. What if I download a vector file from a free vector graphics site, animate it and post it on video stocks, am I breaking any rules?   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Dear Support Team, I am relatively new on the Adobe Contributor Program and have about 150 images approved and they show in my dashboard. Only when I go to my Portfolio page, only about 110 show up here, this issue I have been having since I have the account. When I search for the title in the Adobe database I can find them though. Can somebody assist me on this issue? Thank you very much With Love, Robert

I am having same issues to try and sync to my Fotolia account from Adobe. Getting the following error message "Your credentials could not be authenticated. Please try again." I've emailed contributor-support@adobe.com on Feb 3 2023 but haven't received a response yet. Hope someone can help out. I'm a contributor out in Singapore and would like to manage the earnings accrued on the sales of my pics. Thanks.   Note - I tried using the Forget Password function to reset my Fotolia login password on the sync page as well but it doesn't send an email indicated (same one where Adobe sends notifications on sales to).    

I was upload several files but when try to check my profile all approved images did not show up at all

Hi friends,usually my uploads pass the quality check but sometimes i have uploads where 50% or so get rejected bc of quality issues and I can't figure out why. Here are 3 examples. It's all generative ai so ofc you can't compare it to some A7RIV raws with Zeiss glass. Every image is around 9000x6000px.Maybe I should upload in lower resolution so artifacts or noise dont get blown up so much?What do you think?

So I keep getting about half of my AI images sent back for model releases. Adobe says I need a release if there are people in the shot and I pointed out that they are AI generated and stated as such per their requirements for submission of AI art.Has anyone had this problem? Solutions?Since I created it can I create my own imaginary model release as well to include with the submissions? I believe that they are using an algo for approval vs a content moderator. Any help on this would be appreciated - THANKS!

This happens to me a lot. My pictures get rejected because of quality issues. I dont see why. Good resolution, no grain or artefacts to my eyes. And I think its sharp enough. Maybe becuase of the flare?Shutterstock accepted the pictures.

Two of my Pictures where rejected saying it needs a model permission, though those two pictures were completely AI generated. Therefore those people do not exist in real life. So what to do now ? Greetings.  Alex

It's been months since my account being suspended for no reason...and tried to reach out to Adobe stocks but no reply..and I don't know why they keep collecting their monthly fee if the account is suspended..feels it doesn't feel rightguys

Lately I have been uploading and selling a number of 3D illustrations I created.  They are all created using the exact same settings and quality. Until the last week,  were accepted and my sales have been pretty good on them.  of the last 12 submissions, 8 were accepted and 4 were rejected saying the quality isn't acceptable. These are not photographs where its very possible randomg quality issues may happen.  These are digitally created, realistic looking graphic assets that are set the render in exactly the same quality levels. I'm not a noob at creating graphics so I do understand what I'm doing. Is this a case of the peple reviewing files uploaded not knowing what they are doing or maybe using photographic standards to review digital illustrations?  It's very frustrating and feeling like I should use a different site to sell these files on.Any suggestions?

I submitted two photos and they got rejected citing quality issues. Can I know exactly what I need to change so that I can submit them again?

i've to mention that i'am really disappointed from how contributor support deal with Adobe contributors !! my account blocked from yesterday and requested to contact support, i've sent more than 4 message for clarification from the website but no response.i've sent an email requesting clarification but no response.i've tried to go live chat & waited for more than 1 hour to be transferred to contributor support and no response.i've waited to receive any e-mail from adobe to clarify the reason of blocking the account and nothing received. (Nothing in Spam Folder - its empty).this is Very annoying & disappointing actually.please someone respond! 

Hi everyone, I found that some seller are selling my and not only my images here.I chatted about this situation and support said me mail to contributor-support@adobe.com. I did it, but after 6 days of waiting have no any answer and illegal content are selling.What I need to do?

This Photo is denied because of quality issues.... can someone help me out where the problem is? BTW this Stamp is older than 100 Years. So I don't think there are copyright Issues - or could that be another problem? Thank you for your help. Patrick

Hi, I have a simple question, all my photos that I uploaded similar to the ones I've attached weren't accepted for quality issues. This is frustrating because I wanted to upload more similar photos, photographed in similar lighting conditions, with the same camera, and I don't know what's wrong?
