Hello, I’m a contributor and I uploaded a large batch of AI-generated images to Adobe Stock. It has now been 17 days and most of the files are still pending review. About one-third of the batch has already been rejected for “similar content,” while the rest remain in review. My concern is: should I delete the remaining files that are still pending to avoid the risk of mass rejection, or is it better to leave them and wait for the moderation outcome? I’m worried that if many more of these pending files also get rejected for the same reason, it could negatively affect my contributor account (e.g., stricter moderation or reduced trust). Has anyone experienced this situation before? I’d really appreciate advice from experienced contributors or Adobe staff on the best approach here. Thank you!
I've been restricted from submitting submissions. How long will it take for it to be lifted? If anyone has had their restrictions lifted, please let me know how long it took.
Over the past months many contributors — myself included — have noticed a worrying shift in Adobe Stock’s review process. I routinely upload 7–8 assets per day, yet only about 1–3 of those are actually reviewed. At the same time, the rejection rate seems to have surged. When assets are rejected, the explanations we receive are often minimal, fragmented, and rarely helpful for improvement. This isn’t just an inconvenience. It affects our livelihoods, our workflow, and the trust we place in a platform that many of us rely on. The review process is the backbone of the marketplace: it guarantees quality for buyers and predictable outcomes for contributors. When that process becomes opaque or inconsistent, the entire ecosystem suffers. What contributors are experiencing• Very low review throughput compared to uploads — long stretches where few or no assets are checked.• A marked increase in rejections, sometimes for reasons that are vague or appear inconsistent with what is accepted in the pu
Has anyone else noticed that the Statistics tab on Adobe Stock is broken? Activity, Downloads, and Earnings results are different for any given time period depending on how you view them. If I manually add up each downloads in September, I get one answer. Summarizing by day shows somthing different. And summarizing by month shows something else again. Bottom line is that I have no way of getting an accurate number of downloads and earnings for September. Am I the only one? I'm not seeing this obvious bug referenced anywhere else.
Hello fellow contributors, I know that because many users of AI generate asset bombing review progress can be slow, but is review progress slowing down for all contributors or just me, or is it because of the US government shutdown that caused the review progress to slow down? I feel like reviews are slowing down.before September 30, I usually still get 3 to 6 reviews each day even it is rejection, but from October 1st, I only get 1 or 2 review on my account .
Hello, I've generated over 50-100 images using Seaart, upscaled to 4k, and all of them were rejected. Why? Are images created using Seaart not accepted? Could it be that the generator is at fault for not producing satisfactory images, resulting in none of them being accepted? Initially, I generated images using both Leonardo AI and Midjourney without encountering such issues. Some of the images created with Seaart are being rejected, and I'm not sure why. I understand one being rejected, but every single one? I know there are hundreds of thousands of similar images, but I found it intriguing and decided to give this new generator a try.
the following photo was rejected for quality issue. could you help me for understanding this issue in detail?
Hello,Yesterday I uploaded 15 AI-generated images on Adobe Stock. Today, 10 of them were rejected with the message: "We found that it is likely to be generated by AI and not labelled as such."However, I am sure I checked the "Created with Generative AI" option while uploading. I also deleted the other 5 images that were pending review because I was worried they might face the same issue. My questions are:1. Can I re-upload these images again after making sure they are properly labelled?2. Do I need to add "AI generated" in the title or keywords in addition to checking the box?3. Could this rejection be due to a technical error, or did I miss something in the process?Thank you.
Hi everyone,I’ve been having issues uploading AI (Adobe Illustrator) files lately — just to be clear, I mean Illustrator files, not AI-generated content. I used to upload them without trouble, and I even had some assets accepted and sold in this format. Now, whenever I try, I get the following error: '.ai couldn't be uploaded because it is not a valid file type' Has anyone else experienced this change? Did Adobe Stock stop accepting AI files directly, and is EPS now the only valid format? Thanks in advance

How is the upload limit calculated? I currently have a limit of 500 per week. What day of the week does the limit start counting?

If I upload different variations of the same image as a series, will it get rejected as similar content?
Any suggestions? Also, please rate this picture from 1-10; thank you.
Hi, if my shots of street photography or candid public shots contain random people do they still need release forms if I submit for editorial use?
Hi, I uploaded a few pictures that I thought might be good but was rejected.Could anyone give me ideas on how I can improve?
Hello,I don't have any photography background but have always like taking pictures. I don't have a camera, but thought I would try uploading some of my best photos from my iPhone 12 pro max. My first batch of photos got rejected for quality issues. My question is how far off is the quality? Any tips? Thanks, Jonathan Bowden
For the past several days, my images have been getting rejected only because of 'similar images already submitted.' Should I stop uploading for now or continue?
Hi! I was really excited uploading these photos, but all of the m were rejected due to similar content or quality issues. As I'm just starting with posting photos on stocksites, I know I have a lot to learn but I'm open for advice 🙂May I ask for some honest feedback on some of my photos?
Dear Adobe Stock Support Team, I am writing to request your assistance regarding an issue with my recent payout. I mistakenly entered the wrong email address for my payout. The payout amount was $37.83, and I realized that I had entered morsalinureasul1@gmail.com instead of my correct email address is <removed-kglad>. After checking, I found that the incorrect email address is not valid. Could you please help me resolve this issue? I would like to know if it is possible to refund the payout or redirect it to my correct email address. I sincerely apologize for the mistake and would greatly appreciate your support
Hello,CommunityI want to ask if having around 500 assets rejected for “Similar Content” can cause a contributor’s account to be suspended or blocked. Is there any policy regarding this, please clarify this policy?
