Two submissions rejected, 48 pending, all flagged as AI despite being Canva designs. Isgen.ai confirms 100% human-made. Adobe’s form won’t let me attach proof, and I’m getting auto-replies.Need urgent human review for IDs 1705500058 & 1706030603.Anyone face the same issue?
Hi there, Regarding my blocked Adobe Stock contributor account (Case #00435334), I'm checking in. About two weeks ago, I filed an appeal, but I haven't heard back as of yet. I've thoroughly read the guidelines and acknowledge my errors regarding the generative AI needs. I promise to abide by all regulations going forward. Would you kindly let me know how my case is progressing? I appreciate your time and help. Warm regards,Rashid Ahmad [Moderator deleted private information. Hello Adobe Stock Contributor Community, I have noticed that some top seller accounts do not appear in the recent weekly top sellers list on Adobe Stock. I’m curious about what exactly causes a seller to be missing from these lists. Is it related to policy violations, account suspensions, or some other reason? As an active contributor, I want to understand what lessons I should take away from this to stay compliant and maintain visibility in the marketplace. How can sellers avoid pitfalls that lead to being dropped from top seller rankings or having assets removed? Also, I’m considering promoting my Adobe Stock portfolio through social media channels like Pinterest and Instagram. Is this practice considered legit and effective by the community? Are there any best practices or things to watch out for when doing such promotions to bring more customers to Adobe Stock? I would appreciate detailed insights and personal experiences from experts and seasoned contributors here. Thank you! Ashr
Dear Adobe Contributor Relations Team,I respectfully submit additional clarification regarding my blocked account (Case ID: 00436955).As I mentioned earlier, I have always tried to follow Adobe Stock guidelines carefully. Out of my 200 uploaded assets, only around 10 were AI-generated, and for those I correctly marked the “Generative AI” checkbox. The remaining majority of my assets were fully original works created by me using Blender, Photoshop, After Effects, and PixelLab. These are not AI-generated.To support my appeal, I am attaching screenshots of some of my project files and workflows from Blender, Photoshop, After Effects, paint and PixelLab to demonstrate my original creative process. If needed, I am also willing to share additional files or details to further verify my work.I kindly request a re-review of my account based on this clarification and evidence. I highly value Adobe Stock’s platform and assure you that I will continue to carefully follow all submission policies in
Hello Adobe Stock Contributor Support Team, I hope you are doing well.I currently have two Adobe Stock contributor accounts, but I would like to receive payments to only one Skrill account. Could you please confirm if it is possible to link both contributor accounts to the same Skrill account for payout purposes? My account details are as follows: [PRIVATE INFORMATION REMOVED BY MODERATOR] Please let me know the proper procedure to update this setting, or if any additional verification is required from my side. Thank you very much for your support.
I get the following generic message: Your file has one or more of these issues: Your vector file contains a raster/bitmap image, and vector files must not contain raster elements. (this is probably not my problem, because my vector contains no pixel elements) Your JPEG preview file has been compressed too much, so textural problems have occurred in the file. (I don't understand this, I don't have a JPGE file attached) Your JPEG preview resolution must not be less than 5,000 X 3,000 (15 million pixels) (I don't understand this, I don't have a JPGE file attached) You didn't use anti-aliasing when exporting your vector file to JPEG, so there are problems with lines on the JPEG file. (please check if my vector has this problem, and fix this, if so vector files here, please help me find the problem
writes like this: "During our review, we found that your submission closely resembles content already available on Adobe Stock." I didn't find anything like it.
Hello Team and fellow contributors,I would like to ask for help and clarification regarding my Adobe Stock contributor account, which was suddenly deactivated (screenshot attached). I have always complied with Adobe Stock’s policies, and all the works I uploaded are my own original creations.Up until now, I still receive email notifications showing that my content continues to be downloaded and is generating earnings. However, I cannot access my contributor account to check my detailed earnings or manage my portfolio. In addition, when I try to re-upload my works, the system detects that these files already exist on Adobe Stock because they were previously uploaded through my deactivated account.I kindly request clarification on the reason for this deactivation and a solution on how I can regain access to my account. I sincerely hope to receive a response, guidance, or resolution so that I can continue contributing to Adobe Stock.Thank you very much for your attention and support.
I made these illustrations. I know they might look a bit similar, but even if they seem alike, they’re actually different in terms of style and genre to keep the characters diverse. 😕😕Really deserves to be rejected for similar content?
I’ve recently started contributing again after a couple of years off. I’ve uploaded a number of assets and in the In Review tab I’m seeing the message: "Thank you for your submission, your files will be reviewed as soon as possible. Moderation may take up to eight weeks." (screenshot attached). Is this the new normal now? In the past my files were usually reviewed within a week. Could the longer review time be because I’ve been inactive for a couple of years, or is this happening for everyone?
Give an idea of the best method to find low nice in Adobe Stroke.
Hello,My vector submissions have been pending for approval for 4 months now. Previously, my vectors were typically approved within 15 days, and some were even approved on the same day. My rejection rate is only 2 out of 100, so I’m unsure why there’s such a long delay this time. Can someone please advise me on what I should do?
Every single time I try and log into the contributor website so I can start selling stock photos it denies my access. Every time I click "Learn more" it takes me to the generic help site with no explination on why the access is denied whatsoever.

My files have been in review for 12 weeks, can you check the status?
Of the last 100 AI images reviewed, 98 were rejected on the grounds of similar content. Is there such a thing as a truly unique image in the world? Every image has a counterpart; are we looking for undiscovered places, undiscovered creatures?
Hi Adobe Stock Team,I want to clarify that I am not an individual contributor but lead a large creative team. We have multiple designers and a substantial portfolio of high-quality templates on various platforms.Could you please explain why our agency is not allowed to submit templates even though we are a professional, well-established team?Thank you,Swapan AhamedTeam Lead — MiniPro Agency
I uploaded this attched transparent PNG. It is unique, and i believe adobe does not have or niether i do have this kind of content but it got rejected as “similar content.” Yet I see many simple images on Adobe Stock (like onions or strawberries on white backgrounds) are being approved. Why are mine rejected while these get accepted?
I have a question regarding my portfolio. Some of my files were approved more than 12 weeks ago, but they still don’t appear in my public Adobe Stock portfolio. In the Contributor Dashboard, I can see them listed as Approved, but there is no “View on Adobe Stock” link, and when I search for them on the marketplace, I get the message: “We couldn't find any results for … Try your search outside of portfolios.” Does this mean that my files are categorized as Licensing Only and not available in the public marketplace? If so, is there anything I can do to increase the chance of my future uploads being available in the public portfolio instead of licensing only? Thank you very much for your help! Hi Everyone, When we announced Adobe Firefly, we made it clear that we are developing generative AI responsibly, with creators at the center. Although the use of Adobe Stock images for training Firefly is covered by our contributor agreement, we recognize that Firefly would only exist with the community that made it possible. As a result, today we are announcing the bonus payment details for contributors whose content was used to train our first commercial Firefly model, which is now available. All eligible Adobe Stock contributors with photos, vectors or illustrations, whose content was used to train the first commercial Firefly model, received a Firefly bonus payment today, September 13, 2023. The bonus payment is not guaranteed, it varies for each contributor, and is paid at Adobe’s discretion. The initial bonus is based on the all-time total number of approved images you submitted to Adobe Stock and the number of licenses that those images generated in t
Hola, soy nueva y me han rechazado todas, esta en particular por propiedad intelectual. Alguno me podría explicar porqué?Gracias
Hi, I am a contributor and would like to know if I can submit a photo of an urban center (for commercial use) that shows an ancient artistic balustrade where to highlight it better I have eliminated a building (houses) that is in the back. Generally, I'd like to know if changes to the actual image by removing windows, balconies, buildings, etc. are not permitted for photos of streets, squares, buildings, or cityscapes in general. Thanks and regards. Antonio Veraldi
