Hello everyoneFor the past few days, the site has been experiencing technical issues with the photos I uploaded and is not publishing them. These photos were taken by me and edited manually. How can I fix the problem and publish the photos?I will post a sample of my photos here for you to judge.
This is the third update to these images and I want a thorough review before I upload them again.
I want a detailed answer about the quality issues of this image and why its quality is unacceptable and what are the most important points I should focus on to get my images accepted
Hi everyone! My sister's phone is broken, and I live in a country where buying a new phone is currently very difficult due to the war. I wanted to ask if it’s possible for her to **work on her Adobe Stock Contributor account using my phone** by logging out of my account and logging into hers. Would this be safe, and would it affect my account, uploads, or earnings in any way? Any advice or experiences would be greatly appreciated! 🙏
Hello Adobe Stock Experts, I am facing an issue where many of my approved images are not appearing in the Adobe Stock search results. Even when I use the exact title or upload the image to the "image search option," my files do not show up that you can see in attached images. This issue affects multiple images across my portfolio of over 2,200 assets, which I’ve been building consistently for the past 5 months. I always follow proper keywording (40–48 keywords) and titles that are not too long or short, but despite this, visibility is very low, which directly impacts my sales. Could you please guide me on why this is happening and suggest the best way to resolve this issue?
Suppose I generate AI images with a pose taken from one of my original photographs, using ControlNet, such as depth or Canny. Do I need a model release, as the created image does not resemble the original subject at all, just the pose or depth map? I would figure a release is needed when using an input image with a very low denoise value (< 0.25). With higher than 0.25 and guidance above 4.0 the final result no longer resembles the original person, so I figure I do not need a release. I looked at the info on the Contributors site, but it is very generic regarding model releases with AI. I have older photos where I really like the poses and styling, but Adobe does not accept the old model releases, so I was hoping to give them a new AI lease on life. Any guidance would be appreciated, as it seems to be impossible to contact Adobe anymore. The example below is the resultant imageThe Depth map The original image (this one is model released)
Dear Adobe Stock Team, I submitted an appeal regarding the block of my Contributor account (Adobe ID: [senin mail adresin]) but have not yet received a response. I sincerely apologize for any past mistakes and I fully understand the Contributor Guidelines now. I kindly request an update on the status of my case, as I truly value the opportunity to contribute to Adobe Stock and would be very grateful for a second chance. Thank you very much for your time and support. Best regards,Good_Seller
Halllo, ich würde gerne meine Keywords bearbeiten. Sobald ich aber auf den Stift klicke öffnet sich ein weisses Browserfenster und eine Bearbeitung ist nicht möglich. Hat jemand eine Idee an was es liegen kann? [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
Hello, a question about AI images on the subject of "Manga / Anime". I had a complete series of about 50 images rejected, not a single one was accepted. It can't be the number of fingers etc. Now an acquaintance said that Adobe has stipulated that manga AI images are generally not accepted due to legal problems. Is that true? Because I can find manga images in the image pool. However, they are not explicitly described with the word manga. So before I start looking for quality problems, I'll ask whether I can save myself the trouble in general. Thank you very much.
Hello Adobe Support Team, I am trying to set up my Adobe Stock Contributor account, but I am unable to proceed because India is not available as an option for phone number verification. Since I am based in India, this prevents me from completing the registration process. Could you please guide me on how I can verify my account or let me know if there is an alternative method for contributors from India? Thank you for your support. Best regards,[ABHINAV]
Hello, Can someone help me.I have plus 20 images in review for over 4 months!I recently upload more images and they were review in days.Is there a place were I can speack with Adobe review team? Best regards
Hey there everyone,I’ve been a contributor since 2021, so it’s been more than 4 years now. In that time, only a few of my images were ever rejected, and usually for reasons like “Similar content already uploaded by you” (or something along those lines. I don’t remember exactly since they later changed the rejection message to “Similar content already in our collection”).Earlier, the Adobe Stock moderation team used to carefully review submissions and only reject images that were genuinely too similar. But nowadays, especially in the past few months, they’ve been rejecting a lot of content on this same ground. As I read in this link: Adobe Help - Submit Distinct Content So, in this case, I searched for an illustration of an avocado, and only 24 results came up. Now, you might think that if an avocado is already uploaded, I could try a line art style. But let me tell you, it will still get rejected. just look at the image below. On the same page, if you scroll down, you’ll see
almost 50% images are rejecting for " Similar content in our collection" . So what is the solutions or how can i check the similarities before submitting the files? [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
When I try to edit the keywords of an already registered image, clicking the edit button leads to a blank page
Dear Adobe Team,I hope you're doing well. I want to request that all of my products be added to the free collection, as I am not currently working on this platform. I want to sell all my products at once.I appreciate your assistance with this request. Looking forward to your response. Best Regards,Musab Farooq!
Hello All,Everytime I try to upload videos, it just spins endlessly. No matter how long I wait, I never even get an error uploading. I've tried dragging and dropping as well as clicking and going to the file. The files are around 400mb and I've tried 100mbs. They're video in H.246 format, 60fps, 4K.I uploaded my other content a few years ago using SFTP but now that option has disappeared for me and it seems I'm unable to upload videos at all. Quite frustrating, do I have any options?
Hello Adobe Stock Support Team, I recently had multiple video submissions rejected with the reason stated as “Quality Issues.” However, the rejection notes did not specify the exact problem. Could you please provide more detailed feedback on what specific quality issues were detected (e.g., noise, compression, resolution, stability, or other technical aspects)? This will help me improve my workflow and avoid repeating the same mistakes in future submissions. Thank you very much for your support and guidance.

I had opened a few Adobe Stock Contributor accounts a long time ago, but later deleted them. Now I checked all my Gmails, currently there is no Adobe Stock account active. But I am sure that I had opened account before and later deleted it.Now I want to know, can I open a new Contributor account again with my information/email? Since I am under 18, I would like to use my mother’s National Identity Card for verification. Is this allowed? Should I proceed with creating a new account using my mother’s ID? I am very interested in working with Adobe Stock.Thank you for your time and support. I look forward to your reply.
some of my uploaded items got rejected by quality issue. the reason are Your vector file contains a raster/bitmap image, and vector files must not contain raster elements.Your JPEG preview file has been compressed too much, so textural problems have occurred in the file.Your JPEG preview resolution must not be less than 5,000 X 3,000 (15 million pixels)You didn't use anti-aliasing when exporting your vector file to JPEG, so there are problems with lines on the JPEG file. but file format that i uploaded was Ai from Adobe illustrator, it's vector only no JPEG, and also i don't include image preview. is there anything that i can improve? can i re-upload the files? what can i do to resolve this? thanks!
I was uploaded some videos of a hindu funeral ceremony of an person ( woman) but those videos were not approved, because I uploaded all the model releases senn in those videos except of that dead person. But rite now I could not make the model release of that dead person ( woman) becoz she was already nomore. so I uploaded the property release of that dead body and that property release was signed by the son of the dead person and I took that dead persons husband as a witness. But that also not approved, now what can I do to approve those videos.File ID: 1652154148File ID: 1652098978File ID: 1651994914File ID: 1651055347File ID: 1649629710File ID: 1648928594File ID: 1648865195File ID: 1648741404File ID: 1648714218File ID: 1648618026File ID: 1648611781File ID: 1648578123File ID: 1648552097File ID: 1648514291File ID: 1648427260File ID: 1648413762File ID: 1648401635File ID: 1648324475File ID: 1648324475File ID: 1648270317File ID: 1648206755File ID: 1648213926File ID: 1647784035File ID: 16
Hello everyone,I need some guidance. I’ve been an Adobe Stock contributor for a while, and until about 9 weeks ago, I was receiving downloads almost daily on my images. However, for the past 9 weeks, I haven’t received even a single download.I haven’t changed my upload style much, and my portfolio was performing consistently before this sudden drop. Has anyone else experienced this kind of issue recently? Could it be related to Adobe Stock’s algorithm, visibility, keywords, or maybe just seasonal demand?Any advice, tips, or experiences would be really helpful. I’d love to know if this is just temporary or if I need to rethink my strategy. Thanks in advance!
I submitted a fully unique design made in Illustrator, yet Adobe Stock rejected it citing "Similar Content." The artwork was 100% original. Can anyone explain what triggers this rejection and how to avoid it in future submissions? Some clarification would really help. Thanks in advance!
