Hi, I’ve uploaded some of my own original vector silhouette artworks, and a few were created with AI tools, which I correctly marked as "Generated with AI."I heard from other contributors that accounts might be at risk even if AI content is properly labeled. I’ve already had 3 of my designs sold, so I just want to make sure I’m following all rules and keeping my account safe.Can you please confirm if I’m doing everything correctly or if there's anything else I should be aware of?

I have several images and vectors in InReview that are not being reviewed. As a result, I am unable to upload new images and vectors because the previous images have not been reviewed. I request you to review my images and vectors.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the suspension of my Adobe Stock Contributor account under Case 00384519, and to note that I have been waiting for a response since May 23, 2025, without any update. This extended silence has left me uncertain and disheartened.   I want to respectfully clarify that I have never submitted any offensive, spammy, or unauthorized content. Hi Adobe Community, I’ve been consistently uploading high-quality AI-generated content to Adobe Stock, including 20 ultra HD 4K video clips and over 40 AI-generated 4K image assets. I make sure each file meets Adobe’s standards in terms of resolution, quality, and commercial appeal. However, despite my ongoing efforts and focus on cream-level content, I haven’t seen any sales yet. I’m reaching out to understand how much more content, both in images and videos, I might need to upload before I can realistically expect to see some sales coming in. Also, I’m curious to know whether AI-generated content tends to sell well on this platform or if there are any extra steps I should take to improve discoverability and buyer interest. I'm working very hard to build a strong portfolio and would greatly appreciate any advice, tips, or feedback on how to increase my chances of getting sales and growing successfully on Adobe Stock. Hi,All my submisions are under review, and when I enter in "Uploaded files" in Adobe Stock there is a message at the top saying "Your ID card got rejected. Please submit another one before continuing".However, when I click on it nothing happens. I have tried but no way I can upload my ID. When I click on the "contributor account" button there is no information about where to upload the ID.Any one suggestion?

I need your help figuring out what is wrong with these images that were refused for submission. I can't quite figure it out myself.

I am looking for some help in this matter that someone in our house was dead and I recorded some photos and videos of that funeral ceremony. I want to know how to upload those photos and videos and what are the complete guidelines so that they will pass the quality check. I also uploaded the photos but those were rejected due to Intellectual Property Refusal, what can I do to make them pass and will be available for sale in site. plz help

Some of my videos display "Video quality may be too low". Should i delete the vidoes before submitting or just  uplaod them and see the resuslt.? What is your advise on this? Thank you replying!

Can someone please tell me why I haven't received my payment? Earlier it was showing processing but now it is showing pending for payment and then.I know it takes 7 to 10 days but it has been 12 days so I asked this question.

Hi everyone,I've noticed that some top-sellers files on Adobe Stock have over 1,000 downloads — some even above 100,000. I’m really curious to know if those files still get regular downloads, or if most of those downloads happened in the past.Do older bestsellers keep performing consistently, or do they slow down over time?I’m just asking to satisfy my curiosity and understand how things work for high-performing files.Would really appreciate any insight from experienced contributors!Thanks in advance.

According to this article https://helpx.adobe.com/de/stock/contributor/help/organize-with-csv-files.html  , you can upload csv files to Adobe Stock to customize titles and keywords. However, there is no “Upload CSV” option as described in the FAQ article.How can I upload CSV files? Thanks for the helpMarcel

90 percent images are getting rejected , its useless platform to waste time on it

This is incridible. Instead of thinking of a logical solution after AI images invaded the platform, Adobe made such decision. Your photo wasn't rejected because it had issues, or even because it was similar to many of your photos, but because it was similar to photos they have on the platform...what? You can't guess whenever your assets will be rejected for this reason, you don't even know if this decision is taken by a human reviewer or a bot.

I just had 19 photos rejected under "quality issues" all shot with my GFX100 (102mp) 23mm lens After decades working as a pro, I'm having lots of fun with a camera always near me, but I will not let all the time shooting stock go to waste.I'm not going to resubmit my rejections... despite in the past nearly always working out and having rejected photos accepted sometimes on the 4th try.It's Adobe's loss as far as I'm concerned... I lifted my exclusive Adobestock only policy, and now will be uploading my entire library and everything I create to Getty Images as well, who takes too long to accept, but my only disputes with them is for unrecognizable locations that they say require releases, and accept everything Adobe rejects.  Have a Great Day!  

Hello, I have files to review, AI-generated photos that are 6 months, 5 months, 4 months, etc. ago and they are sitting in the review column. When do you plan to review these images? I think the review deadlines you described in the terms and conditions are not being met. Greetings!

Hi all.I requested a my payout on June 25th and it still says pending.Is it normal for it to take longer than ten working days?

The payout status is still showing as "Pending" in my dashboard.I understand that the first payout may take longer, but I would like to confirm if this is still within the normal processing time or if there’s any issue with my account.I would really appreciate any insights or help. Hi all. Who knows the truth?on the right is that if I have acquired 300 files, then I cannot send them all for verification. Every day I try to open files for review and with 20 photos ready before editing - send only 2 or 3 files. It happens in different ways. Who knows what’s behind the system, but in fact you can’t send files for verification.I know about the exchange of 400 files per week! And the files that I uploaded a month ago are still not sent for verification.In short, I upload more and more new material, but I can't send almost anything. it says that the files were sent successfully - but this is not true
