Substance 3D Assets and Community Assets

Explaine me can i use Community assets for example Bacon for my workshop in steam or other games for commercial use? Dont need to tell that i have no right to sell, i know it. I need to know only one thing: can i use it for commercial use for free. I would also like to clarify one more point, can i use the asstes without modification.

Hello, I was just wondering why the polycount of the models found on the assets page doesn't correspond to the polycount I get when I open the FBX file in an external tool (Maya, Unity, e.g.).Take this office chair: https://substance3d.adobe.com/assets/db647de2625d86f6c792f8c46eea2c0b7def49ec. It states that it is made of 1.6K triangles, but when I open the FBX file in Maya, it shows 56.7K instead. I'm somewhat new to 3D, so there is probably something I'm missing

I've tried to get the student license for Substance Painter, but it didn't work. At first I tried to fill the form with the email address that was used to create Adobe account, but it said I typed invalid UniqueID and asked me to correct errors before submitting the form. After changing account details and setting primary email to the alias of the first one I've used, I could successfuly send the form. The problem is I didn't get any email back. I've checked my inbox multiple times, there is no message neither in received nor spam. Proxmox mail gateway that my university uses to filter messages also doesn't show anything.Submitting the form again displays error stating that UniqueID already exists. Is there any way to solve this? It seems to me that there is no button that would allow me to resend the email. I receive every other message that Adobe sends me, so it's not a problem of my email address.

For my work, I need to create a 3D scene of a dresser with a lot of cosmetics via Adobe Substance 3D Sampler. Although I have a MIRACO (a 3D scanner), there are too few relevant materials around me to scan, and my own modeling ability is very limited. So I would like to ask if there are any relevant models in the model library that I can use, how do I get them, and is there a difference between free and paid for these models?I'd appreciate it if you could provide me with an answer.

Im a stock photographer and videographer and work in 3D as well.  I currently use substance 3D Sampler for texture building but I wanted to know if I upgrade my plan to the plan that includes the 3D models can I use those models in stock?  I know I cant just resell the model as stock, but can I use the 3D models in stock photography and video as long as they modified and retuxured and part of a larger scene?

Thank you so much for clicking in. I have some questions about Substance that I would like you all to help me with.I am a graphic designer. The software I used most before was Photoshop. Occasionally, I would use Premiere Pro to edit videos. But because of my work, I now need to do some 3D models. Because I lack the knowledge of 3D modeling, I purchased a MIRACO (a 3D scanner). So far,  I have learned how to use the scanner and the file output. Can I put the files exported from the scanner directly on top of Substance for editing? And if I need to edit my scanned models, what are the basic operations I need to learn (it would be great if there is an official course from Adobe). Besides that, has anyone tried 3D modeling with the help of a scanner, and if so, can you share with me how to make better use of it and the software to improve the efficiency of modeling? Thanks for reading and answering!

Hello, I have a subscription for Substance, and I can not download assests from neither the web nor creative desktop client. Everytime I try to donwload one of them, I get this error message : to download assest, first subscribe to a 3D offer. I have tried to logout and login again in the client, and still the same error. Thank you

I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed.I used to access my Substance 3D account with a Student License. where I built a big asset library and purschased much of Download Points, that I can no longer access right now, and when a i contacted the custmor support they were totally unhelpful, made me wait for like an hour, transfering through different agents, then they left me in the chat for like an hour or more with no response.All I asked for is the link my Substance account to Adobe to transfer my Content!This is totally unacceptable.

So I subscribed to get 30 assests and it says I have a plan and everything but when I go to download, it just says upgrade. Like obviously I aint gonna give more money then I already do so I need some help here. So you know, I can download my assests?

I am writing to inquire about the possibility of using these assets as a dataset for AI training.Even if the usage is strictly for research purposes, I am eager to utilize these assets for my academic paper. I create a new fill layer. I import my texture map into the textures shelf, and then click and drag the texture to the fill layer - I do not get the green icon with a plus sign. Instead, I get a forbidden icon and am unable to drop my texture into the base color of my fill layer. What could be causing this problem? 

First, I have a Creative Cloud account with my company. Today, I started the free trial for the Substance 3d Texturing plan under that same account. It shows up under my plans within that email/login. However, when I go to the Adobe Substance 3D Assets web page, it says I have no available downloads. So, I tried to use Creative Cloud (Marketplace -> 3D -> Surfaces) and when I click download, it says "please subscribe to 3D plan"....which I am. Second, I attempted to contact support through the chat feature. When I asked to speak to an agent, it told me it couldn't find a plan associated with my account, which I have two. I need this fixed asap and I need someone to actually contact me so I can continue with my work.

Hi everyone, I used to download .sbs files from substance library and study form those graphs but now the format is nno longer available, you can only download .sbsar. What's going on? I'm I doing something wrong? I really need to access the graphs, that's the whole point of me having the subscription to 3d substance asets. Thank you!

Hi, I have two subscriptions: full apps and a 3D substance painter.I'm thinking of buying a substance pinter on Steam or a re-new Adobe subscription. Can't I download the material without a 3D substance pinter subscription? I asked this question several times using live chat with Adobe customer service, but no one answered.Strangely, they just transferred me to a different department, and no one ever answered anything.  

Hi to whoever may respond, I'm currently trying to download a substance 3D texture for my project in school and our school has the full Adobe enterprise suite, however when I try to subscribe to get an asset with Substance it tells me to pick a plan. This does not occur when i try and use Adobe Stock or the fonts so I believe it's just a substance issue. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

I'm from polandI have a literal optical fiber as my internet connection, I download Steam games with speeds exceeding 100mb/s so why as a year-by-year payer for adobe products I get 6kb/s download speeds for my materials what is that?  my connection to any server be it the USA or China is great, the best it can be.  

Like the user in the post Can not Upload my Material in Community Assets , I am not able to upload any material I create to the Community Assets. However even after looking at the Automatic asset analysis section and adjusting the graph I still getIn case it was something to do with how I defined my outputs I deleted them all and used the "Create > Output nodes" context menu item on the last "Base Material" in the graph. (And the output nodes include all the required elements AFAICS). I think the output is "dynamic" if by looking at Anyone have any other ideas what could be blocking the upload?  I have attached the archive below if that would help in diagnosing the problem.

I just purchased a year subscription for substance 3D through MAXON. The budle included all the adobe 3D programs and access to 3D assets. After redemming the code I am still unable to download any assets, Eveytime I try, it promps me to start a subscription. 

I am a freelancer and work alone and do not have a team, and I have already a Substance 3D Collection subscription I already know that with Adobe substance 3D subscription is included30 assets downloads for free each month for Substance 3D Texturing 50 assets downloads for free each month for Substance 3D CollectionBUT I wonder What happens if you want to download more than 50 assets each month?Can you buy additional downloads for adobe Substance 3D assets ?Is there any possible way to download more assets each month paying more? Thanks Very much for any possible helpBest wishes
