Substance 3D Assets and Community Assets

Long story short the community asssets is not accepting my additional images for the sbsar i have uploaded.What are the image requirements? 1. Jpeg/png?2. Square or any dimension?3. 1k, 2k, 4k?4. Transparency allowed? It wasnt like this months ago. You have changed the requirements and they are not stated anywhere on the community website. It would be best that they clarified for a smooth experience to the users. Regards. 

I had subscribed to the Substance 3D Texturing plan last week. I've downloaded a few materials from the Asset Library. Then I realized I need to upgrade to have access to the Lights assets. So I clicked on Subscribe, went to my account page and upgraded to the Substance 3D Collection plan. The new subscription charge cleared my bank account (Adobe may have technical issues - but charging my credit card isn't one of them!) Upon returning to the Asset Library page I now have 0 available downloads and all the assets show a "Subscribe" button. If I click on Subscribe I'm taken back to my account page.  I've logged out and back in on both the CC Desktop app, and the Assets Library page. Deleted browser cache. Tech support bounced me back and forth between billing and tech folks - with zero answers. What am I missing?

I have had an ongoing issue where I can't see Substance 3D assets in the CC Desktop app on either my Mac or my Windows (was 10, now 11) PC.I have been in contact with Adobe Support. Still, they can't rectify the issue even after using a remote control to try many things, including complete clean installs and Registry Edits to purge anything from Adobe.It should look like this:(from another user support post)    But instead, I see this:(Screen Cap)Support said they would contact someone else in the back end, but I thought I'd also post this here.Hopefully, it is cleared up because using the web substance 3D asset store via the web launcher is really frustrating.Cheers,Sean

Hello, couple of days ago I made a 3D model of a Lego Brick, and I tried to upload it into the community. But it always gets stuck at making the 3D thumbnail. I've added images of the 3D asset as said in the pop menu about the beta version. I do not believe there is currently a way to bulk download all of one's assets.  I would like to suggest to Adobe that there be some sort of zipped up build file request.  I have over 1000 texture assets and somehow over the years some have dropped out of my painter (probably lost in some upgrade).  It is incredibly cumbersome and tedious to go through and download every single item one at a time and check if i have them.  It would be really handy to be able to request a zip of everything.  Then I could simply reinstall everything and know that my collection locally was complete.   I really miss having the source button inside painter and being able to download things straight into painter so I do hope that feature is coming back.  If it is not possible to do the zipping suggested above then a built in feature to "sync materials assets" in the main application would also do the trick and would be even easier for the user to get everything in

I have a substance indie license and it expired (though I was under the impression it wouldn't, given the adobe takeover of substance a while back) yesterday. I cant seem to find where to redownload it?Is there a link somewhere or a contact email I can use?Thanks Jamie D

Hello, today I wanted to use some of my substance aquired materials after I haven't checked in for quite a while and just realized that the platform was discontinued. I believe I have linked my accounts somwhere in the past but all my points and materials are missing. Maybe I made a mistake when linking accounts, but I never really checked if the transfer was completed and was just continuing to use my substance account. Is this it? All gone because I didn't pay enough attention to the 3 emails and this whole adobe/substance account chaos despite having paid loads for software and licenses? On top of that, finding a support contact is made impossible on the adobe site.Is there a way to retrieve my points and assets anyways? Thanks in advance 

I have 5588 credits but when I try and dowload a new asset I keep getting:Access denied! You don't have permission for this action! Please contact your account administrator.  

The assets page keeps listing the same stuff over and over which makes browsing a not so fun experience.Are there plans to fix it? Or is that intentional, before I complain too much? 🙂Tom

Hello, I transferred my substance credits to my adobe account a while ago but now that I want to use them my account says it's 0. Can somebody from support fix this for me? I used to have a somewhere around a few 100 credits. Thanks. Regards,Joep Swagemakers  

what gives? am I to assume we will get our credits we paid for merged with our new accounts? I have some 314 credits, not including what I have already "owned". Is this process going to take place over the coming days or weeks? I will be pretty pissed, if I lose access to all my materials/textures including credits i paid for over these last several months. Please let me know some plan of action is in place. concerned customer/user of painter.

Anyone else missing the door panel and one of the hinge sets on the Integrated Microwave model?  Tried downloading it again but got same results. 

I didn't link my adobe and substance account. Did I lose all my 300 points gathered from Allegorithmic subscription?

I went in a bought the 20$ subtance painter plan, and when i look at my homepage, it said "trial ended" im quite unsure what trial, and i tried to check the history of my account, and didnt find much.I checked paypal and it took my 20$, and i still dont have access to substance painter.it tells me to buy the 20$ plan, but when i do it says i already have it.

I guess I'm now having my "Adobe Moment" with the Substance suite, but just deleting substance share without proper warning (like multiple emails, big popups on the legacy share etc. from the beginning) was the eye opener for me. I found that the subscription was an easy way to hook into a development that was moving towards goals that benefit me as a user, but decisions like that, show that there is no such understanding present in those making these decisions, so a subscription isn't warranted anymore.  The decision to burn the combined user effort that people accumulated with their hard work, generosity and will to share knowledge over years, in favor of some silly corporate pipe dream, was nothing but insane, and showed profound disregard for the user. You lost a subscription customer, and I hope not just one.

So I stumbled upon a user re-uploading the same materials on Adobe Substance 3D Community Assets from another user. The materialsare identical, but the upload time is different. There is no referencing to the original creator. Look:  I don't know where to find the "report the abuse" option.

I'm trying to set an easy workflow for artists (mainly without 3d experiance) to work in 3D Collection. Shouldn't the assets from sets be downloadable as separate objects? And have separate UVs? For example this hard cover book - https://substance3d.adobe.com/assets/collections/f79e7de8cf47a3658251ea233e0565b7bfd8c912/asset/93109c999d7b38c8cf54e7a0ffb5428b15c02273 - is supposed to be used for quick 3D mockup, but the opened and closed book is in one file with single UV map. I'd need external app to import, delete one of the books, maybe could count on AutoUVs from Painter - but still it's a couple of extra steps.  Am I missing something? I know I can split the objects in Stager, but still, it's an extra step which people with 3D knowleadge can accept, but it's complicating workflow for people trying to get into 3D, whom, I suppose, Stager app and Assets are dedicated for. Thanks for any ideas in advance

Hey there, I really need some assistance. We had thousands of points in our Substance Account, and since Adobe took over and replaced all their schemes and accounts with the new ones, we now have zero assets and zero points!I ensured I linked our old account with my adobe one, but something appears to be very wrong. Please can someone from support contact me, and we can work together to resolve this major issue? Thanks,T

Hi there, I linked our Allegorithmic Account, as was mandated, ages ago, but all of our purchased assets and all of the points (3000+) have completely disappeared.  Please can we have these placed back into our account ASAP? ThanksT

I don't know where to post this but I'll post it here and you can move to a new site if possible. I'm trialing the new substance site and look forward to the reasonable payments monthly for the new product. I have the following questions: 1. The old site had a PBR guide that was from 2018. Will that be refreshed? (See attached).2. The old substance site had installers for Windows, Mac, and Linux. Should I download these or will CC be able to detect my OS version. I didn't know there was a substance version for linux. Looking forward to using this amazing product!!  

Hello,are there additional options for purchasing assets other than the monthly etc. subscription plans that I'm taken to when browsing the store,. e. g. (and most logically) on a per asset base? Maybe hidden away somewhere?  I'm afraid that none of what I'm currently seeing makes a lot of sense to me. As I understand it, I'd have to pay for a yearly(!) team subscription if I wanted to download, say, 55 assets right now. And what would I do if I needed to download more than 100 (not sure what "pooled between team members" means, but I guess 100 total)? Wait a month? A substance texture is one asset/download, I assume? This whole time based approach seems utterly impractical and unintuitive to me as potential user/buyer. Let's say I get a monthly plan, I'd have to check each month in advance if I expect to need new assets in order to be able to cancel and not lose money (money that Adobe makes, which, quite frankly, seems to be the reason for pushing that kind of mod
