Why am I already charged of £62.99 on mu account in which it should be charged after a month and I can cancel my subscription with no fee?

I’m using ipad air 5th generation(ipados version 18.7.8 and app version 26.08.00). I’ve been using this app since years and it worked fine but after the recent updates, files don’t open in the app. I’ve tried restarting the ipad multiple times, even uninstalled and reinstalled the app.I’m attaching a screen recording below. It’s not visible in the recording but I’m constantly tapping on the pdf and it’s not opening. If I close the app and open the file from file manager, it works but it takes 20-30 sec to open the file. And the file I’m trying to open in this recording is only 56 MB. I also tried opening a 250 MB file and it took 3 min to open.I turned off “Enable generative AI features in Acrobat” and “Convert to Liquid Mode automatically” in settings and it’s still the same. I even tried with both wifi on and off and that didn’t matter either. All the files are stored locally on ipad.

hello everyone, I use my Ipad to read and edit documents. Recently, I updated the software to the latest version IOS version. The problem is that ever time I use the reader, the app will prompt me by saying that the document was a “read only“ version and requires me to create a local copy. What’s worse is that after creating a local copy, the same problem arises after awhile All these problems doesn’t exist before the update and I am Sure that the documents are not “read only version”. Appreciate any help here!

There is no Hindi language available in Adobe Acrobat when we apply text recognition (OCR). Please make Hindi language available in Adobe Acrobat same like available in Adobe scan.

I don’t understand how I can not fill out USCIS form on an iPad. I have the latest iPad from Apple and it can for sure handle heavy applications. You are telling me it can not fill out an 11-page document? Any fix or alternative to this?

Hello, I am experiencing significant problems with Adobe Acrobat on my iPad.Device: iPad Pro 11-inch (4th generation)iPadOS: 26.6Acrobat version: 26.07.51 (build 20260818.120342)Subscription: Acrobat PremiumSince around August 28, 2026, some PDF files that previously opened normally have started failing to open directly from Acrobat → Files on iPad.The files are stored locally under Files → On My iPad. Some PDFs open normally, while others do not. The problematic PDFs open immediately in Apple’s Files app. They also open successfully if I use Open With → Acrobat.The problem is intermittent: sometimes the same PDF opens only after many attempts.This does not appear to be simply a file-size issue. There is an odd bug when trying to edit highlights/comments on single page view, as shown on this screenshot, it zooms away alot and there is a white box filling the screen.Meanwhile, the same test on continuous view works as intended

I would like to report a display/UI issue affecting Adobe Acrobat Reader on Android tablets.The problem started with the app version released on August 30, 2026 and is still present after the September 2, 2026 update.On Android tablets, when the device is used in landscape orientation and I highlight some text, the color palette is not displayed correctly.
