Refund Request for Accidental Subscription RenewalHello Adobe Support,I would like to request a refund for an accidental subscription renewal charge of ₱630.56. I recently added money to my GCash account because I needed it for my mother's medical expenses. Unfortunately, ₱630.56 was automatically charged for my Adobe subscription renewal.I have been using Adobe on a trial basis only, and I am no longer using the service. I have also already canceled the plan after noticing the charge. The money I added to my GCash was intended for my mother's hospital expenses and her gallbladder removal surgery.I urgently need the funds to help pay for her medical bills. I would greatly appreciate your understanding and assistance in refunding the ₱630.56 charge. This refund would really help us with my mother's medical expenses. I am using the free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader on Android. I have noticed a Gujarati text rendering problem in Reading Mode. In Normal Mode, the Gujarati text in my PDF is displayed correctly. The Gujarati characters, matras, and conjunct characters appear properly and are readable. However, when I switch to Reading Mode, the text becomes larger and is reflowed, but some Gujarati characters, matras, and conjuncts become distorted or incorrectly rendered. This changes the visual structure of some Gujarati words and makes the text more difficult to read. The same PDF displays correctly in Normal Mode, so the problem appears to occur during the Reading Mode text reflow/rendering process. I have screenshots showing the difference between Normal Mode and Reading Mode and would like to share them as evidence. Could the Acrobat Reader team please investigate Gujarati Unicode text shaping, font rendering, and complex-script handling during Reading Mode reflow? I would also like to share a

Eu abri um pdf no acrobat para estudos, porém todo vez que eu grifo uma nova informação o aplicativo salva uma nova cópia do arquivo em vez de só atualizar o arquivo inicial, então vão ficando muitos arquivos salvos. Eu gostaria de saber se tem como configurar o aplicativo para que ele só atualize o arquivo inicial.

The email notification is not being received when an agreements has been completed. In the past I record the completed signed agreement. 

I may have started a 7-day free trial of Adobe Acrobat Premium while trying to fill out a PDF. My Adobe account shows “Acrobat Premium,” but “Manage plan” takes me back to the same page and I cannot find a cancel option. The subscription does not appear in Google Play. I have not been charged yet, but I am concerned about a possible $69.99 annual charge when the trial ends. Please tell me where this subscription was purchased, whether a free trial is active, its end date, and exactly how to cancel it before any charge. I also need help reaching a support agent because I cannot complete the cancellation myself.

my issue started with the case number above, which seemed to be an activation issue. The tool, “Request e–signatures” was no longer available to me and I had noticed that under my account when I click my icon in the upper right hand corner, it stated that I was a free user. I have paid a subscription to Acrobat Pro for many many years. The above case was a result of my phone call and waiting hours on the phone and finally speaking with someone that was unable to resolve the issue. Then I get that email above. Tell me the case was closed without resolution.After my own troubleshooting, I discovered that the price of the Acrobat Pro plan went up from $15.99 per month to $19.99 a month. So I upgraded my plan and I had to do that process on both, my iPhone and my iPad. After doing that, they told, “Request e-signatures” Became an option on my iPad; however, it still does not show on the iPhone. I do run beta software on the iPad and I run non-beta software with the latest version on my iPh

I had subscribed and used the 7-day free trial. I had also canceled the very same day. Yet, I’m still being charged for over the full amount, even though I had canceled my free trial way before payment was due. Now it’s effecting me downloading other apps. I’d like for that to be canceled considering it’s false advertisement and almost a scam.

Hello,There is no active Adobe plan or subscription in my Adobe account, and I cannot find this payment in my purchase history.However, my card was charged on August 25, 2026, at 5:35 PM. The card ends in 0793.I do not recognize this charge and would like to request a refund. Please help me identify the transaction and investigate this payment.Thank you.
