Acrobat Reader Mobile

I accidentally tapped “Clear” in the Recent Files section on my iPhone, and all my files disappeared. I’m not sure whether this only cleared the recent files list or actually deleted the files.I then signed in to Adobe on the web and found some of my documents, which were probably saved in Adobe’s cloud storage. However, the rest are still missing. Where could they be, especially those that may have been stored locally on my iPhone?Could you please explain in detail how to find and recover these missing or deleted files? Please include step-by-step instructions for checking Adobe Acrobat, the Files app, “On My iPhone,” iCloud Drive, the Recently Deleted folder, and any available backups.

Mainly I used send a copy when emailing service tickets and I’m able to pick Gmail from the suggested apps when sending a copy. But since the latest update Gmail is not available on the suggested apps to send a copy. The apple mail is available but the company I work for only uses Gmail. Gmail is available to share a link but not to send a copy.

I'm paying for premium but the tools to edit a pdf don't work. It doesn't matter how many taps I hit on, they simply don't work.Is it me or is the program that isn't activated.Is there a tutorial somewhere that I can watch and learn some more of basics?

I just subscribed to a service Monday and I'm being charged for something I didn't ask for today this is not right 

I have a Premium subscription through Apple App - I have gone into my subscriptions and confirmed this and the subscription is valid until Oct. When in Adobe app on my IPad Pro (4th gen) for past few weeks now,  it will not recognize my subscription, tells me I need to subscribe, when I click ok, it says already subscribed.  When I click restore purchase it says "an error occurred when attempting to restore purchases" sometimes.  other times,it says it's associate with another account, which it is not, as I have just confirmed...I have tried turning iPad off and restarting, signing out and then back in multiple times (always using Apple ID).  Can you please help me clear this up? 

my Adobe is crashing when opening certain local files. I had it for years with no problems. This showed up two weeks ago. I have no problem loading pdf files from the cloud (OneDrive).I’ve tried the following with no success:1 up dating Adobe and iOS2 uninstall and reinstall Adobe several times, it works fine for one day, then starts to crash again3 restart my iPad4 change setting preferences to default5. There is enough storage space on iPadThe attached screen video shows me opening one file With no issues while 3 failed attempts To open another.Appreciate any advice

I already have a premium subscription but the acrobat app doesn’t recognise it and it says free user. I’ve reinstalled the app twice and logged in but the issue still persists. 

The Adobe Acrobat Premium subscription I pay for using my Moble phone app for it, won't let me edit on my PC when logged in. It tells me to get a subscription, which I have it with this app and am logged in under this account. It's supposed to let me create, sign, edit, my pdf from mobile device or PC. Why won't it let me do it on PC?

Tem 2 dias que do nada o serviço de leitura do app parou de funcionar com as vozes online, já reinstalei, resetei telefone, coloquei em uns 3 wifi diferente, usei 5g, 4g, limpei cache e nada resolve

I'm not satisfied with the app if I pay for my app but can't use it on my Computer 

Estou tentando usar o recurso de criar PDF, mas quando tento abrir, ele me pede uma senha e eu não sei qual é 

Device: iPad Pro 12.9-inch (5th generation), iPadOS 27.0.1 (also happened on the previous iPadOS version), Acrobat 26.09.00 (20261001.161901).Since this evening, Acrobat crashes about one second after opening any PDF, whether from OneDrive, from "On My iPad", or with Wi-Fi and cellular turned off. The files open normally in the Files app preview. I have already restarted the iPad, updated iPadOS and reinstalled OneDrive. Is this a known issue, and is a fix planned?

Lors de la souscription, il était clairement indiqué que je bénéficiais de 7 jours d’essai gratuit et que je ne serais pas facturée si je résiliais avant la fin de cette période.Or, j’ai été prélevée immédiatement, alors que j’ai résilié mon abonnement juste après l’avoir souscrit, le jour même.Je souhaite donc obtenir le remboursement intégral de la somme prélevée, puisque les conditions de l’essai gratuit n’ont pas été respectées.Merci de bien vouloir procéder au remboursement dans les meilleurs délais.
