Adobe Express: Animate Characters - Internal Server Error

I have been trying to make short, animated videos from voice files using the "Animate Characters" feature but keep receiving the error message: "We were unable to contact our service. Please try again later. (Error code: INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR)."

Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.

Hello community, can you tell me how to fix Adobe Express connection issue. I'm not sure why it is suddenly having more and more problems like this over the last week I've started using it. I have a premium membership but I'm using the free adobe express. Do I have to switch over or something? I cannot see any switches. I tried quitting and starting again but makes no difference.

Adobe might be updating something.

I occassionally get "You are Offline" message on the screen. 
This occassionally happens.

What do you mean by having turned the feature off? Adobe Express still has this on:

I see this as well on https://new.express.adobe.com/tools/animate-from-audio.  I record audio, and then see INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR.  Does this mean Adobe's servers are down?  Hard to believe.  Or is it a browser cache issue?
