App is crashing. Files not loading. | Outage Fixed - Sept 5th, 2025

As of Sept 5 10:36pm adobe express is not working and is unusable. Please fix this issue as I use this run my small business online and website posts.

It's so frustrating! I will have to look at other editing software. There seems to be a lot of little issues that cost me a lot of time.

I cleared the cache straight away. I don't use a VPN on my desktop. And no, no knew anything. 

 

It worked on my phone so I had to go on  there and edit text, music, and stock on there and then go back on my desktop and finish it off. 

 

If the issue persists tomorrow, I will let you know. Cheers.

Hallo Community,

ich nutze Adobe Express NU (neueste Version) und habe ein schwerwiegendes Problem:

  • Es wird nichts mehr geladen – weder Medien, Text, Elemente, Diagramme/Collagen noch Generative KI.

  • Die linke Werkzeugleiste bleibt komplett leer.

  • Ich habe bereits versucht: Cache und Cookies zu löschen, Browser zu wechseln (Chrome/Edge), im Inkognito-Modus zu testen und die App neu zu installieren. Leider ohne Erfolg.

Gerät/Umgebung: [z. B. Windows 11, Edge, Firefox

 

Ist das Problem bekannt und kann mir jemand helfen. Danke im Voraus.

For those running into the issue with empty panels (media, templates etc.), could you please try again now? We have deployed a fix that attempts to address this issue.

Also have problem, butt when i search let's say ball or feather i get all results, no filtering, just all. Make no sense.

Can you share a screen recording of the search results that appear when you look for a desired asset? We'd like to see what experience comes up for you to investigate it. I'd also suggest you try once in incognito/private browsing mode to see if that makes any difference.

Opened the Adobe Express online version to create a presentation. None of the templates are loading.

Tried both Chrome and Safarin with no success.

 

Also tried the recently installed desktop version and the issue persists.

I’m experiencing a complete functionality failure in Adobe Express. I’m unable to add any elements—text, shapes, images, or anything else—to my project. Even the plus sign is unresponsive. I’ve tried restarting my browser and computer, clearing cookies and cache, running diagnostics (which came back 100% functional), switching browsers, and logging out and back in. I’ve also tested other files and attempted to create new ones, but those capabilities are broken as well. There are no errors showing in the browser console, and the panel remains grey or frozen regardless of what I try. This issue is affecting all files, not just one, and it’s preventing me from completing work-critical tasks. Any advice or escalation would be greatly appreciated.

I use the free version of Express to create social media content for my businesses and the amount of times I've cursed it's existence is immeasurable. Frequently frozen and glitchy, I couldn't imagine actually paying for this infuriating app. Right now, it refuses to load the various post sizes so I can't even begin my latest content creation. End rant.
