App is crashing. Files not loading. | Outage Fixed - Sept 5th, 2025

As of Sept 5 10:36pm adobe express is not working and is unusable. Please fix this issue as I use this run my small business online and website posts.

I am still experiencing the issue of not having any templates or elements show up. Empty gray boxes (or nothing) appear when searching

There was a minor issue with the Adobe Express web app that caused a subset of our users to experience limited functionality related to accessing templates or content assets. Our team worked on it, and the issue has been resolved. Please try again after clearing the cache/cookies of your browser, and let us know if the problem persists for you.
