Buttons unavailable in Adobe Express moble app

An assortment of buttons are unaviailable on mobile app when in a file. This buttons include the save icon and "..." for more options

using the ipad app and the shapes of the grey and purple download and share buttons are in the top bar, but the button text and what makes them buttons are gone. also missing are the undo/redo keys and anything else from the top function row.

We understand the urgency regarding missing buttons in Adobe Express mobile. Please try these steps:

  1. Restart the app and make sure it's updated from the Google Play Store.

  2. Clear cache and data: Settings → Apps → Adobe Express → Storage → Clear Cache & Clear Data.

  3. Check permissions, especially Storage.

  4. Reinstall the app if the issue persists.

If still not resolved, please share: device model, Android version, app version, and if it occurs with a specific project. This helps us investigate further.

Hello, I am having the same issue on both my galaxy phone and tablet. I have tried all of the suggestions below and the buttons on the top tool bar are still not showing up. All that's there are a bunch of grey circles that do not do anything. Please help.

Hello, I have the same issue, and it's been happening since two days ago.  I have reinstalled the app and still have the same issue. It is urgent that this matter gets fixed right away, please. I need the app and the service, I use it every day.

Adobe team, do you have any idea of how long this is going to take to fix the problem ? Last time there was one it dealt with a couple of hours. If I reinstall the app should I expect data loss or my project will still be there when I log in ?

As a workaround, can you please try using the download button from the Home (Your Stuff) section, and let us know if that helps?

Hello. After the Samsung (Adroid) update that I installed yesterday, Adobe Express won't load the pages icon at the top, nor the one to save the file. Thus, the app is useless. Please, help!

I'm on a iPhone 15 running latest ios, tried deleting app and reinstalling. No change. Still have those 5 dull gray circles on the top right of app. Still can not download.

Thanx for the tip Tarun but I'm afraid downloading is just one of the problems because it's just one of the ... buttons which are actually grey not usable rounds since this morning 😞

Can't switch from one image to the other, can't go bak to the project overview... in one word can't use the app and it happens to be my number one tool producing - mobile first - dozens of files per day for business purposes. 

Please help

En Ios y en Android tiene el mismo error que no se muestran los botones de la parte superior. En cambio la versión de escritorio no tiene ese problema.
