Buttons unavailable in Adobe Express moble app

An assortment of buttons are unaviailable on mobile app when in a file. This buttons include the save icon and "..." for more options

I'm on an iPhone and iPad. I've tried reinstalling the app and restarting my device. Nothing works. Same blank bubbles where the buttons should be.

It's frustrating! I updated to the latest version 20.0.0 and everything's still the same! With the phantom export buttons.

@Amitej S how exactly do we use the webapp to export? When I go to the web version it only gives me the option to download the mobile app. Do you have to be on a desktop?

The grey useless buttons are back 😣

The app is not working agaon.

Same problem here. Still can't use it to export my work. I've to use desktop to export, than transfer the file to cloud and then download to my iPhone to use it. Why there's no solution yet? Hope you can help as soon as possible.

Hi! I can't downloaw the creativities because the buttons are disabled. It's on the App for iPad. And in the browser I'm not able either.IMG_1633.jpeg

Just downloaded and installed the latest update, you would think it would include a fix for this problem. But nope. Adobe you need to do better.

Any idea of how long this is going to take ?

Even if I'm grateful for the workaround tips you published in th thread, it's highly complicated to work without le mobapp.
