Hey everyone! We worked on fixing this issue. Can you please try again and confirm if you're still getting this error? You may want to clear the cache/cookies once before trying again.

Do let us know how it goes!

Hi @elena_2974

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Would it be possible to share a link to the project with the issue? Did the error seem tied to any specific action like trying to save the file?

Thanks.

Dave

Hi Dave,

Thanks for picking this up.

The issue shows when when I try and open ANY of my past projects, e.g. https://new.express.adobe.com/id/urn:aaid:sc:AP:ec7904cd-6e53-4025-8b1f-3078be03f649?invite=true&pro....

While I am in a session working on a new project for the first time, it allows me to do anything - download, etc. As soon as I close the page or refresh and try to go back to the project, I get the error message.

Hope this helps.

Hi @Charlene234928439wa3

I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties. Thanks for trying those troubleshooting steps, but I'm sorry to hear they didn't help. Could you also please try creating a duplicate instance of your video file and see if the issue persists with that copy? If you continue to face difficulties with that version, could you share a link to the video with me privately? I'll send you a private message here through the forums with details.

Thanks,
Dave
