Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Would it be possible to share a link to the project with the issue? Did the error seem tied to any specific action like trying to save the file?
While I am in a session working on a new project for the first time, it allows me to do anything - download, etc. As soon as I close the page or refresh and try to go back to the project, I get the error message.
Thanks for your response. I tried to open the project but got the same error. I've shared the issue with our product team. Once I hear anything from them, I will let you know.

I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties. Thanks for trying those troubleshooting steps, but I'm sorry to hear they didn't help. Could you also please try creating a duplicate instance of your video file and see if the issue persists with that copy?
